• Cheah (6/5): An average room but good service. - A simple decent room. Place is cold and humid so coild.see black spots (mould) near basin area. Not sure what to do because it is the highlands. Maybe use dehumidifiers? Service is above average. Can visit again.

• Anis (8/5): - Value to money, room is affordable and spacious for a couple like us. Things to improve, firstly drainage, and I also think they need to put a mirror in the room. The only mirror is in the toilet, so when someone is showering, you can't really get ready in the room.

• Fahmy (8/5): - the location is very strategic. so may tourist attractions nearby, especially the Kea Farm market and sheep sanctuary. the room is clean and comfy. parking is quite scary though, have to maneuver steep entrance.
• David (4/5): - The photos of the property look great but upon arriving I immediately felt disappointed. There is some kind of arcade and parking lot below and to the side of the photos. Really strange! One of the first warning signs is when you enter the room and there is a sign giving you a price list of all the bed linen in case you steal it. Generally Malaysia seems to be a very honest place so if that's the kind of people staying there... The walls were incredibly thin and because the walkway to the rooms is right our your main (only) window if there's any noise it's very loud. We had people staying next to us who had two small children and they were up until midnight, crying, running around, playing with the switches on the adjoining wall, and then up again at 7am running up and down the aforementioned walkway in their flip flops. The whole room also smelled of damp, which was because the shower has a blind in it which just moved water outside the shower onto the floor which never dries. Incidentally the hot water was ever only lukewarm at best (less of a problem in Malaysia but something like shaving is not great). The location is quite good for going to the Flora Park (which I would recommend) and the Butterfly Garden (which was also good with two children), but overall I would spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.

• NUR ATIQAH (8/5): 2N1D - Overall OK, clean, beautiful garden, near to Kea farm market. few lacking: 1. The garden open for outside visitor, from very early morning to late at night visitors making noise & disturb the guest privacy. 2. Only toilet tissue provided in the toilet. No tissue at bed area. 3. Car park near to room's building, car's noise very annoying throughout the day (even at mid night)

• Verified traveler (4/5): - I did not enjoy staying at this hotel as the room was below expectations in terms of size and the included amenities. In my estimation, this hotel is not strategically located within Cameron Highlands and you need taxi most of the time when you need to visits major attractions since they are not within a walkable distance from the hotel. Noise was an issue when the kids were playing in the hotel's garden just below my room and also the poor noise isolation makers it hard to get sound sleep. I am not sure if the poor isolation was only for my part or the hotel or it is a general issue faced by everyone staying in this hotel.

• Nfr (2/5): - Housekeeping services is so bad. 4 days 3 nights at here but only one time they cleaning my room after many times requested the housekeeping service. So sad and very dissappointed as we need wait outside while they are cleaning our room. Cannot accepts reason the cleaner gave to us because there have many rooms need to clean. Please improves your housekeeping's staffs.

• Jia (6/5): - Even though the housestay stated that they have provided wifi, but the wifi is super terrible as we cannot really connect it! Even though we have connected the wifi, the speed is very slow that we cannot even send out a message. And also even it stated that parking is free, but there was no enough slot for car to park. Besides, the plug was broken and we have informed the staff but they didn't fix it! Futhermore, there is no lift so you will have to carry all luggage upstair.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Such a nice & meaningful stay - Nice place especially when you want to spend your time with your family. The room is cozy, just a bit disappointed with the water heater. But still you can managed to have a nice warm shower if you slow down the water at maximum heat. The morning market is so crowded with people, so if you are planning to go out with your car, please do so before 9am or earlier.

Have a romantic garden which is perfect for couple like us. Sunrise is quite nice at this hotel too but the steamboat is disappointing. Overall I like the place as I manage to enjoy my time together with her here.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Double charged - I booked 2 rooms for 3 people in each room, and paid the extra guest fee expecting to get an extra bed in each room. Upon arrival I was told that extra beds were not provided and I had to pay for it in cash. Not a very honest establishment.

• Syaz (6/5): Close to the market - Having trouble getting there as it is located inside the market place. I saw the huge signboard, but couldn't see the entrance because there were too many people crowding the road, however we managed to get through. The parking entrance are very steep, you gotta be real careful. There will be a guy asking for entry money, just tell him that you're a guest at the hotel so he won't charge. If he still charge you, you can claim at the reception, just make sure you get a parking receipt. The garden is beautiful but the environment is very crowded. Too many people making noise, taking pictures, and eating at the garden. I doubt they are a guest there. The hotel should have a strict policy of who can occupy the area. The room is okay. I was with my husband and mom. So our room has 1 queen bed + 1 single bed. Only 3 pillows were given. So one for each of us. Asked for 3 more extra pillows and were charged RM5 each. The extra pillows has urine stains and smells of urine. I checked in at 3.30pm, tried to rest but it was too noisy outside. I notice the noise lasts til 7pm. I can hear the guest next door talking and laughing, and also footsteps from the guest upstairs. They should have a proper soundproof . Other than that, I have no other issues. But it will be my first and last time staying here. I'm just really annoyed with the noise.

• fazli (6/5): affordable price , nice view - this hotel have its own flower garden and it has a very nice view. the market only walking distance. the price is very affordable during weekdays except for public holiday. the weather is too cold during the night inside the room . so it is advised to bring thick cloth. parking area enough for everyone. it is advised to have own transport to seek for food especially during night.

• mohamad (8/5): Nice hotel close to th market n nice view. - I went there on saturday afternoon and during the journey,i saw the view along cameron higlands are so nice and the avoirement during the journey was so cold.when i reach to the hotel,i check in at 1500hrs and took a picture of my familys and they are so excited cz this is the first time i brings them to a vacations.the next morning,i n my family wrnt to morning market which near at my hotel and bought some souviener and foods.I check out around 1130hrs and went home.
