• Lars (10/5): Fantastisk feriested med skøn mad og meget hjælpsomt og opmærksomt personale. - Dejligt og ordentligt sted med meget imødekommende personale. Skøn restaurant med dejlig mad på stedet Ligger ofte i sky-fanen fra Edna. Tog lidt af fornøjelsen ved en ellers skøn pool.

• Thirza (9/5): Perfecte locatie om onze vakantie te beginnen! - Giada was onwijs aardig en gastvrij, de locatie was adembenemend mooi en het eten wat geserveerd werd was heerlijk. Al met al een top ervaring en wij komen zeker nog een keer terug! Wij hadden wat problemen met het toilet op onze kamer maar dit werd goed opgelost door ons een andere kamer aan te bieden (dit wilden wij echter niet omdat we te mooi uitzicht hadden).

The one thing is that the location is a little far away if you're using it as a base to travel around eastern Sicily. But otherwise, perfect spot.

Het is fantastis om s'morgen op terras te ontbijten met zicht op zee en omgeving en prachtig zicht op de Etna Alles was ok.

Frühstück und Abendessen werden mit Liebe zubereitet, was man schmeckt und in schönstem Ambiente serviert. Blick auf Ätna und Meer - einfach traumhaft! Ein Auto ist allerdings erforderlich.
• Ari Pajukoski (9/5): Loma SIsiliassa - Henkilökunta oli vilpittömän ystävällistä ja palvelevaa. Paikka on todella siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Moniin yksityiskohtiin on kiinnitetty paljon huomiota. Aamiainen oli runsas, mukana mm. itse tehtyjä leivoksia, omasta tarhasta poimittuja viikunoita sekä mansikoita. Tunnelma oli rauhallinen. Huone ilman parveketta oli aavistuksen pimeä. Olisi ollut suhteellisen helppo rakentaessa laittaa ikkunan viereen ovi, jolloin huoneeseen olisi saatu parveke. Parvekkeen puuttuminen vähensi huoneen viihtyisyyttä. Osassa huoneista on parveke. Sänky oli kova ja se vaatisi ehdottomasti pintaa pehmentävän petauspatjan. Tästä annoimme myös rakentavan palautteen ja petauspatja olisi meille sitten hoidettu, mutta siinä vaiheessa emme enää sitä kaivanneet. Paikan syytä ei ole se, että ilma on selkeästi viileämpää noissa korkeuksissa, kuin rannan tuntumassa. Auringon laskun jälkeen tuli melko viileää, eikä enää ulkona tehnyt mieli olla. Uima-allas oli hieman liian kylmä. Lämpimät illat ja uintimahdollisuus oli juuri yksi, mitä tulimme Sisiliasta hakemaan ja siitä syystä lähdimme tästä muuten loistavasta paikasta pari päivää aikaisemmin, kuin oli alkuperäinen suunnitelma.

Heerlijke plek om een paar dagen te relaxen en de Etna te bezoeken. Het ontbijt is indrukkewekkend, het avondeten (keuze uit verschillende opties, 's morgen aan te geven) is heerlijk met bijpassende wijnen uit de directe omgeving.

Secure property with locked gates. Gorgeous well kept gardens, large clean pool with ample loungers and umbrellas. Well situated lounge chairs and tables with exceptional views of Mt Etna. But most of all the family and staff who owns and runs the place. Sara went out of her way to cater to our every need, including making us drinks and sandwiches for lunch by the pool, making sure we could access a TV show, having her chef make us a Lasagna meal. It is a home away from home and they truly made us feel so welcome. This was our best stay in our 21 day trip to Sicily. Nothing.

Sara made us (my wife and five year old daughter) feel at home from the moment we arrived. They continued to make sure we were happy. The freshly baked cakes for breakfast were delicious and the dinner served was of the highest quality. We felt extremely comfortable throughout the week and the location provides a great view of Mount Etna. Sara also gave great advice on places to visit and park. I highly recommend, a truly brilliant experience.

• Ruth (10/5): Truly outstanding in terms of staff, location and accommodation. - "From the garden" - I loved hearing this about food that we ate for breakfast or dinner. The food was divine. The location is so peaceful and the staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. There is no public transport to get here. You have to have hired a car or get a taxi. So, that is an additional cost that might need to be considered.

• Layla (10/5): - This hotel is perfect as a base to explore the eastern side of the island, conveniently located between Mount Etna and the sea. The hotel is lovely - clean and modern with everything you need including a pool. It is a family run business, and they could not have been more lovely - nothing was too much trouble. Our flight was delayed and we had problems picking up the hire car, but they waited up to check us in at 1am! The breakfast buffet was ample with lots of fresh fruit and freshly baked pastries/cakes and omelettes from their own hens. You can order dinner at the hotel at an extra cost, but all lovingly prepared and we had the best tiramisu on the holiday! Would definitely recommend!

Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and they did everything they can to make us feel at home. The rooms are big ,spacious and clean. Very good breakfast, with delicious home baked pastries in addition to fruit from there own gardens. You can enjoy the breakfast sitting in front of a marvelous view of the sea or the Etna volcano (depends on which side of the table you choose). Nice size pool and very nice pool area. My kids loved it. 30 min from the cable car of Etna and in overall , I found it to be a good central location for the east side of Sicily. Sara and the whole family, thank you for a fantastic vacation, we couldnt have ask for more. We will always remember you and our vocation hope to see you again. gps took us from a side road the fist time we arrived. make sure you arrive to the front gate.

Breakfast is abundant with the typical fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, cold cuts and homemade cakes and tarts --eggs upon request. Rooms are very clean if somewhat stuffy because a/c is turned off during the day to economize energy. The place is relatively newly renovated so everything sparkles. It is well located for all the local sights. Ample free parking, good wifi. Gorgeous pool overlooking olive groves with the sea in the distance. What's not to love? The beds are hard and older bones will feel it in the morning.

Upon checking in we had welcome cocktails and pastry on the terrace over looking an amazing view and an inviting swimming pool. The Inn is family own, built by the owner and managed by his wife and 2 daughters. The property is stunning, it's immaculate with incredible views. We had the privilege of staying for dinner, everything was amazing! The food is prepared by the lady of the house, everything was delicious and presentation were amazing! It was truly fantastic to enjoy an authentic Sicilian Family Meal! Our room was well appointed with a large comfortable bed, great balcony overlooking the breathtaking views. The location was ideal, 30 minutes or less from Mount Etna or if your coming from Taormina it was about the same distances. The inn offered a great breakfast, had free parking, great wifi and fantastic hospitality! My biggest regret we should have stayed an extra day to enjoy the facilities, such as the inviting swimming pool!

• RAM (10/5): excellent place to stay! - My wife and I came for 4 nights. We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. The plcae is beatiful. The staff is doing everything to assist and to make the stay pleasant especially Sara was who is the best host we ever met in any hotel. The food was great- both breakfasts and dinners. we will defintely come again abd we recommend to everybody to come there. .

We meet Sara and her family, they always were interested about our comfortץ The place is stunning and peaceful,with all the facilities and comfort. The dinner we had was fantastic! The hotel is close to Zaffarana Etna center. - The pool is freezing. If you are looking for a hotel near the mountain Etna, you should go there !
• steph (10/5): Perfect! - This hotel is amazing! The buildings and gardens are beautiful, with incredible views both of the sea and of Etna, which looks stunning. Federica and Sara who looked after us were so warm and welcoming and incredible helpful. They work very hard but without any fuss creating a very relaxed atmosphere for all the guests. The food was delicious; simple dishes made from local (many their own) ingredients. Freshly made cakes and pastries for breakfast including a gluten free cake especially baked for me! Perfect.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect boutique hotel - What an amazing find! The hotel is perfectly located in a quaint Sicilian town with amazing views of Mt Etna and the sea. The property is expertly restored including a beautiful pool and is priced well below the nearby resorts. However the most impressive feature about this hotel is the staff. Sara and her colleagues are the epitome of true hospitality and made sure every detail of our stay was special. We would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.
• Nicole (10/5): Felt Like One of The Family - We were on a lengthy trip through Europe with our 7 year old and this hotel was like stopping at home. Every need was anticipated before we thought of it. The grounds are stunning and the location was perfect for exploring Mt. Etna and surroundings. We were sad to leave as I have never felt so at home staying somewhere. Sara and her family were so welcoming - greeting is with cake and prosecco. Each evening at dinner they had a fun video shown outside for the children and the food was heavenly.
