- Githu (10/5): - Real nice hotel, everything looks new, clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly. It is basically right across Al Ain mall which means you have pretty much everything you need nearby without even driving. I would stay here again.

None of them understood how to make a tradition English cup of tea., but that is a minor issue. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would love to stay there again. Keep up the high standards!

- Mahmoud (4/5): - Really disappointed with our experience at Ayla Grand Hotel. We found black and red mould in the bathroom (around the shower, bath and bathroom fittings) and a dirty scum around the bath plug - we raised this with a lady on reception who said she would arrange for someone to clean it whilst we were out, we returned and the bathroom was exactly as it was when we left. The room lacks the basic amenities that you would expect in a 5* hotel (for example; bath robe, coffee machine, conditioner, smart/streaming TV and an iron that steams). We were staying with our baby son, and the glass protection on the bedside tables were not secured and nearly fell on my son when lightly knocked - this is really unsafe. Ayla Grand has also clearly cut costs where possible, poor workmanship is evident - one sign of this was the bathroom sink which was nearly unusable due to the faucet being too short for the size of the sink. I’m concerned as we’re due to return to the hotel later this week, and I’d like to speak to someone from the management team to ensure that our experience is at least slightly improved.

- Batool (8/5): My stay at Ayla grand - It is more of a 4-star standard. The suite was nice. The hotel did not have an adaptor with lots of discussions and talking to the manager an adaptor was provided. Empty plates and cutlery are provided at a cost.

The only problem was the room access key which was not functioning several times and had to be re-programmed from the Reception desk. Need to make a special mention of Mr.Vijay -Manager of the Coffee shop who was very helpful. He along with the Chef Mr.Swapan specially cooked tasty dishes for us due to diet restrictions. We are avid travellers and would suggest this hotel to anyone.

Excellent place to stay for business or pleasure. They also have a very well-appointed rooftop pool and spa with incredible facilities😊. 5-star luxury for a pittance - we paid just $97 USD for an incredible room. Highly recommended!!

The level of room scent and perfume in the lobby of the hotel was overwhelming, so much so I had to hold my breath and run to the elevator. Once on a room floor it wasn't as bad, but still at a minus 5 stars level. So overdone it was sickening. Later in the evening we decided to try out the rooftop pool and deck area. Coming out of the elevator on the top floor made the lobby seem okay, I was hit with a wave of scent so strong I immediately had a headache and had to walk as fast as I could to get down the hall, by the workout room, past the bathrooms, past the massage and spa areas, down another hall to get out of the stink. I would not stay at this hotel if it were free, if they paid me. I would rather sleep in the car.

- Gogad (10/5): - Arriving to the hotel it was clear that we would have a great stay: worderful lobby and excellent room. The staff provided a warm welcome and smooth check in. The food is delicious and gorgeous. Being across to the mall is very convenient.

- Shane (8/5): Weekend stay in Al Ain - This was our first stay one of the Ayla Grand Group Hotels. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. Our room was a standard room. The room facilities consisted of usually two bottles of water, coffee/tea making facilities, mini-bar, shaving kit, bathrobes, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the linen including towels were of a good quality. Our stay was for one night and we did not use any of the hotel facilities which include a pool, gym, etc. and we did not have breakfast. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located to most of Al Ain attractions.
- John (10/5): What a Fantastic hotel - What a great hotel, service from staff and rooms with a view. The rooftop pool was something unexpected with great views around Al Ain and Jabel Hafeet. The breakfast was one of the best we have had and 5 star rating is an understatement. Would we stay again the answer would be a 100% yes, would we recommend this hotel well that's 100% yes as well. I have travelled around the world and have stayed in many hotels and I have to say this was one of the best.

- kate (10/5): 5* Brand New Hotel, opposite a shopping mall - I stayed here for 2 days in october 2017. At check in I chose to upgrade the classic room I booked to a King deluxe room, with a small price difference. The hotel doesn't look much in the outside, but is very elegant, modern and luxurious inside. This hotel has been open for 6 months, and everything still look new inside. The rooms are very spacious, with a separate sitting area. Stunning bathroom with had a bath tub, walkin in shower and seaparte toilet. Breakfast was excelent, and has a good selction of hot & cold items. The bed are super comfy, and has a good selection of TV Channels in Engish and other languages. It has the state of the art electronic systems & door enrty system, which was very impressive. I would definatly stay here aagin.
- Najd (10/5): Ayla Bawadi is Always the Best - The moment I got to the reception, I knew my stay would be fabulous. I like the location a great deal. Also Bernadette at the reception was amazing.

- Angela (10/5): Tranquil - The hotel is new and very well kept. The staff were very attentive. I visited during Ramadan, so the restaurant service was limited. The hotel is across the street from Al Ain Mall which was an added plus for a short trip. I look forward to staying at this hotel in the future.
