• Andreas (10/5): Besser geht es nicht - Sehr komfortables und ungewöhnlich sauberes und professionell geführtes Hotel mit stets extrem freundlichem Personal. Beim Frühstück bleiben keine Wünsche offen und das Abendessen, sofern man einen Tisch reserviert hat, hat Sterne-Niveau. Auf dem ganzen Costal Path habe ich keine vergleichbar gute Unterkunft gefunden. Vielen Dank!

Breakfast was delicious, including plant-based items to accommodate our vegan preferences. We loved sitting outdoors on the lawn in the late afternoon with beverages from the bar. Staff shared tips on historical tin mines to explore nearby. No issues.

Toiletries lovely touch but my personal preference would be for local products rather than scottish however none of this affected my stay.

Die Lage war wundervoll - man kann direkt vom Hotel am idyllischen Coast Path wandern und der nächste Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Zimmer waren putzig gestaltet und das Frühstück war toll (man kann am Abend vorher auswählen was man möchte) Die Hoteliers sind sehr nett und geben gute Tipps was man unternehmen kann. • Jennifer (10/5): Quality accommodation in peaceful area. - Trelawne Hotel is a high quality establishment with a very gracious atmosphere, yet most welcoming and friendly. The location is peaceful with pleasant views, yet convenient for beaches and Falmouth. The staff were most obliging and thoughtful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All was good.

Dog friendly rooms available as well as dog friendly dining. Room was well equipped as well as offering dog towels. Great location and views were superb. On site parking was excellent. Toilet flush was very challenging in Room 4. Not easy to work and someone older may have had difficulty in getting the toilet to flush.

• Antony (9/5): Good quiet location and good value for money compared to staying in Falmouth itself. Need a car - Nice quiet location with good parking on-site. Nice bar and excellent restaurant. Comfortable lounge area. Comfortable bed. Nice friendly staff. About 12-15 minutes drive from Falmouth. A couple of nice small sandy beaches on the way. I stayed in early October when the nights were starting to get cold and yet the central heating system was still not yet on so the rom started to get cold. The TV in the room was quite small by modern standards.

• Debby (10/5): Convenient, comfortable and clean - The property was located close to where we were attending a wedding, so that was ideal for us. Some rooms can accommodate a dog which was a bonus. It was clean and comfortable with a wide range of breakfast options. We did not strongly dislike anything about the property. Worth noting that you gave to choose your breakfast the day before, but that was not too big an issue. Some rooms have a shower over the bath which is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, so it’s worth talking to the venue about that on booking, some rooms have lovely low profile showers. A bit pricey but it was August in Cornwall, so everywhere is.

• Heather (10/5): - Lovely stay here for three nights, and would return and recommend to family and friends. Made very welcome. Very clean hotel. Room was lovely and overlooking garden and sea view. Shower in bath that could do with a foot grip as quite slippy once water was under foot, as nearly fell getting out. Pleased that kettle, beverages and biscuits were in the room for early morning cuppa. Breakfast was excellent and each night completed menu for the next day. Allocated same table each day. Had dinner upon arrival evening and that too was excellent. Complements to the chef! Quiet property so very peaceful. There are enough car spaces for parking and we were pleased there was an EV charging station, but unfortunately it was in ‘error’ mode. Though we tried a few times and called helpline it couldn’t be rebooted. This was outside of the hotel’s means and they said it had worked for others. As we were travelling round Cornwall we found an alternative at the local McDonald’s (not that we ate there!) but overall EV chargers are scarce in Cornwall.
• Christine (8/5): Comfortable and enjoyable, with a friendly, easy going atmosphere, and adequate for my short stay. - Room comfortable, if a little small. Staff very friendly and efficient, and willing to provide anything extra if asked. Free and easy atmosphere. Never felt hassled. Lovely view from window. Overall a pleasant and quiet hotel. Nothing detracted from a pleasant stay, which was for accommodation for a family wedding nearby. Only very slight disappointment was the single bed, but I knew that it would be a single in advance (no choice as it was a fairly late booking for a peak week). Some noise from water tank early morning, but understandable, as my room was on the second floor. Water pressure in shower was not very good, but again, to be expected on a second floor. Not a case if not liking it - I know that accommodation type is dictated by the physical properties and layout of the building - more a feeling that maybe the price could have been a little lower to reflect that.

We couldn't locate hotel until after 10.30pm. We had to ask at another hotel and found we had turned around just 100 yards form destination. had to phone hotel and they gave us tree with fairy lights. Would not recommend location due to difficulty we had. perhaps advise new bookings to go via main route to Falmouth.

• Tanja (7/5): Das Hotel war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war etwas unausgewogen - Frühstück und Abendessen haben sehr gut geschmeckt, die Portionen beim Abendessen waren allerdings vergleichsweise klein, oder der Preis zu hoch... das kommt auf die Sichtweise an.... Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer (wir hatten Einzelzimmer) waren extrem klein.
