• Piotr (9/5): Great stay in the heart of Naples - Very nice and spacious appartment in great location in an 19th century building just next to Universita metro station. Few minutes walk from Spaccanapoli and Centro Storico and walkable distance or easy to get to generally to all most interesting places in the city as well as train station for excurions to Pompei, Sorrento or Amalfi coast. Alessandra was going beyod and above to make our stay as pleasant as possible while Antonia made sure our room was always shining clean. Lots of bars, pizzerias and resturants nearby as well as supermarket. Great place! All was absolutely great. The only thing i would maybe point out if i have to i that the room we stayed in has just one quite small window so it can get pretty stuffy in the room. It can be a bit noisy when you open tue window and the air-conditioning in the room is pretty noisy as well.

• Christiane (10/5): Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen! - Tolle Lage im Stadtzentrum und zugleich absolute Ruhe in der Wohnung. Fast alles zu Fuß erreichbar, und nur 1 Minute entfernt ein ganz vorzügliches Michelin-Restaurant, Aria. Der Service war top und ebenso das Frühstück.

They arranged for a taxi to the airport early the next day, recommended local restaurants to try, and places to visit in the short time we were there. The accommodations themselves we great—lots of hot water, fairly quiet, and the most comfortable bed we had in our two week Italian vacation! Highly recommend!

• Cliff (10/5): NAP Luxury, Naples - We loved staying at the NAP Luxury “Hotel” (only 5 rooms), in a great tourist location in Naples. The breakfast was very good and filling too. Our room was open and spacious. Alessandra (“Ale”) and Nikolai were both very friendly and accommodating hosts. I have one two constructive suggestions to the hotel staff: (1) our internet access and internet television did not work very well, and I suggest getting WiFi extenders to boost the signal; and (2) the shower floor is very slippery when wet. I suggest offering a clear bath mat and/or installing grab bars on the shower wall. (I grabbed in the glass shower wall when I entered and exited the shower).

• Victor (10/5): Outstanding Value and Service - This hotel is a hidden gem in Naples. For a very reasonable price, we had a spacious, well-designed, and quiet room stocked with quality toiletries, slippers, and even complimentary snacks. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The location is excellent—close to the port, next to a metro station with direct service to Napoli Centrale Station, and surrounded by great food. What really stood out was the service: the staff were proactive, welcoming, and flexible, even letting us check in early and store our luggage on both arrival and departure days. Although it’s a small hotel, it truly punches above its weight. Highly recommend!

The bathroom was also big. Great air-conditioning and lovely breakfast. The numbering system around the square that the property is located in meant that we couldn't easily locate it. We walked around for at least 20 mins because the street numbers didn't make sense.

From the moment we booked, the staff were fantastic—always in touch via WhatsApp, quick to respond, and ready to help with anything. Everything about the place felt high-end, yet warm and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the city. One night we went out for a late walk and absolutely loved the hustle and bustle of Naples—it was electric. Nicolo at the hotel was wonderful—friendly, full of local tips, and even took the time to teach us some Italian. He recommended a nearby pizza place, and it turned out to be the best pizza we’ve ever had (and that’s saying something in Naples!). I also loved how they had transformed an old building, keeping its charm but upgrading it with modern touches. Nap Luxury Guest House didn’t just give us a place to stay—it gave us an authentic taste of Naples, and we loved every minute of it.

• Verified traveler (10/5): An unusual but great mini hotel find - Small guesthouse hotel in an old multiuse building with very well thought out spacious rooms, a great selection of toiletries (even a hand cream sample) & a very comfy large bed. Centrally located, easily walkable in 20 mins to centro historico & approximately 10 mins walk from port so very handy for ferries. Cold continental breakfast included with hot drink & friendly helpful staff even providing a list of food places to check out. Only negatives were an empty can of Pringles on arrival, uncomfortable pillows, and although the shower is very big the door isn't long enough and it floods into the bathroom. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again if ever in town.

Both rooms and corresponding bathrooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The provisions were well stocked and our rooms were cleaned each day. Breakfast each morning was fresh with plenty of choices. We were also provided with much needed water to take away for each day's sightseeing. Our host Nicolo was a fountain of Napoli knowledge and his recommendations of restaurants and places to visit were excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Once I booked our stay with Nap Lux Nico jumped in and help make so many great arrangements for us. One of my favorite parts of our stay is every morning walking out to a delicious breakfast spread by Alessandra. Our hosts were extremely friendly, both upon arrival and during daily interaction, giving us tips on attractions in the city and places to eat, offering us help every time we asked them, Breakfast was very good, fresh and varied and the room cleaning service was top, every day. The location is very good, easy access from the central station and the airport, close to the city center, many facilities nearby. When we return to Naples we will definitely stay here again. We were welcomed warmly and got into our room early which was great after an early flight. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning unit is a little noisy. The owner/concierge of this 4 room property was delightfu and everything was pure style and quality. There was the highest level of attention to detail to everything imaginable. It really made our last stop, Naples so memorable.
• George (10/5): - We stayed in the suite, this is very nice! The suite has 2 spacious bedrooms and two wonderful bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a very long counter, which is great, lots of space for all your toiletries, etc. This unit was very clean and updated. It is in a nice location, many popular sites are walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

• Orley (10/5): Centrally located, luxurious and so comfortable - an oasis in the city - Location was very central. Rooms were gorgeous and spacious, bathrooms were large and luxurious and fully equipoed. Staff were lovely and very helpful! We arrived late at night as flight was delayed. From the outside it’s really hard to find as it’s just a big door to an apartment block and we didn’t realise that’s where it was.

The room was hugh, brd very comfortable and very very clean. Bathroom Awesome. Breakfast was really great Claudia and Nicolo are a great team and fantastic hosts. I truly enjoy my stay and if i ever return to Naples, i will definitely stay at the best guest house in Naples. • Mathew (10/5): - My wife and I stayed here for our Honeymoon as the first stop and it was fantastic. We just had a late flight and needed a stop over before going to Sorrento and we ended up settling on this B&B. While Naples isn't the prettiest, the actual hotel itself is great. The gentleman that runs the hotel is incredibly nice, and helped us plan out where to go for a late dinner and how to get to the ferry for our journey to Sorrento. Even when I had questions about transportation from the airport and prices for the taxi's, I'd just send him a text and he'd respond very quickly. He also provided a beautiful breakfast spread in the morning. The room itself was extremely comfortable, the AC worked great, and the bathroom was very nice. If I ever stay in Naples again, I won't even look anywhere else. Great job
• Felecia (10/5): Wonderful 3 night stay at Nap Luxury Guest House! - The accommodations were as advertised! Our suite was tastefully decorated with all of the amenities. They thought of everything to make our stay incredibly wonderful. The guest house is in a great location and within walking distance to great restaurants, the metro station, shops, and the main ferry station where you can catch the ferry to Capri, Positano, Ischia, Sorrento, Amalfi, etc. Claudia and Nicoló were the best hosts. Breakfast was delicious. Nicoló recommended many restaurants and we ate at Diego Vitagliano and Signora Bettina where the food was fantastic! Claudia prepared our breakfast daily during our stay and even accommodated us with breakfast earlier than normal when we had to leave for early morning tours. We would stay here again and again as it’s lovely and safe. On a scale of 1-10, this place and the hosts get 10 stars. You will not be disappointed.
