- Raff (4/5): Sul posto cambia tutto. - Nonostante prenotazione con formula "paga dopo" mi sono visto addebitare due volte la cifra da corrispondere,14 e 7 giorni prima della partenza,avendo fornito esclusivamente come garanzia i dati della carta.Sin da subito è stato riconosciuto l’errore e avviata la restituzione di una transazione tramite storno (riaccredito avvenuto a vacanza ben inoltrata).In fase di prenotazione avevamo scelto la struttura poiché dotata di terrazzino riservato, mentre una volta arrivati siamo stati accompagnati nell'unico alloggio al piano terra con terrazzino comunicante con una corte munita di salottino-bar per tutti gli ospiti,dicendo quindi addio alla privacy.Dopo 5 minuti nell'alloggio abbiamo iniziato a sentire puzza di muffa proveniente da mura,armadi,retro letto, cassetti;recatomi in direzione mi è stato prima negato un cambio alloggio e poi un incontro con il responsabile e gentilmente informato che non sarebbe potuto mai avvenire,la struttura con cui avevo effettuato la prenotazione si appoggiava per i servizi di check in,reception ed altro ad un’altra struttura (una sorta di subaffitto),infatti è a quest’ultima che ho dovuto corrispondere la cifra per usufruire del parcheggio interno. In una seconda fase,notata l’assenza della leva del rubinetto in cucina,cabina doccia con nastro adesivo ai lati per tamponare perdite d’acqua,rubinetto doccia con ruggine e instabile nella parete,il giorno ho inviato un messaggio di malcontento al referente della prenotazione,senza ricevere risposta.
- Verified traveler (6/5): hotel vicinissimo al centro e spiaggia - Hotel situato in zona tranquilla sulla parte nuova di Otranto a 200 metri dal centro, bene la pulizia e il personale, ma scarsa la manutenzione(sciacquone wc mal funzionante, soffione doccia rotto, mobili e suppellettili fragilissimi). Positivo il servizio navetta per spiaggia di Alimini (una delle più belle)
