- Manfred (10/5): Sehr schöner Arbeitsaufenthalt im durchaus charmanten Lichtenberg. Besser geht´s nicht. - Interessantes, gut durchdachtes Design. Super Personal! Sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Tee und Kaffee zur freien Entnahme. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Leute von A.B Gebäudereinigung leisten hier sehr professionelle Arbeit (ganz liebe Grüße an Buli!). Zum Transport: Wir sind mit dem Schlafwagen von Wien am Berliner Hauptbahnhof um ca. 07:40 Uhr angekommen. Mit der Tram M8 ging es praktisch direkt "vor die Haustür", gleich neben dem Dong-Xuan-Center (Original vietnamesische Küche! Sehr empfehlenswert). Da das Zimmer für den vorigen Tag nicht gebucht war, durften wir es sofort beziehen. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Berlin werden wir sicher wieder hier einchecken. Was hat mir/uns nicht gefallen? Da fällt mir nichts dazu ein :-)

- Jörg (6/5): Haus schön aber das Personal hat noch viel Luft nach oben - Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr schick und schön Das personal am Abend war nicht nett um es milde auszudrücken, kennt die eigenen Prozesse der Hotelkette nicht. Als ich meinen checkin Code auf dem Handy gezeigt habe, hat er gesagt, was soll ich damit und ich verseuche doch nicht mein Handy. Eigentlich stand das willkommen im Hotel noch ein Wort vor der totalen Eskalation. Das Parken am Hotel, was ich schon vorab gebucht hatte, dort sollte ich erst 12,€ bezahlen sonst macht er das Tor nicht auf. Habe drauf verzichtet und irgendwo geparkt, einfach sehr frech und erst nach einer deutlichen Ansprache total nett geworden unfassbar 🤦🏼♂️

- Grzegorz (10/5): - Dobre połączenie. Tramwaj praktycznie pod drzwiami i do samego centrum bez przesiadek. Parking w hotelowy 12 euro ale na ulicy przed, też można parkować za darmo. Obok hale azjatyckie gdzie można zjeśc i kupić chinskie rzeczy itd. mała atrakcja ponieważ czuliśmy się trochę jak w Azji. W Hotelu dostępne śniadanie polecam pysznie i świeżo. W Ciągu dnia można zrobić sobie kawę, herbate w Loggy za darmo. Super opcja. Pokój i łazienka nowa czysta więc wszystko na plus.

- Bannick (8/5): - Das die Matratze des Bettes einszelen sind und sie immer rutschen auch wenn man alleine das Bett nutzt.. Leider ist die Duschkabine nicht so richtig dicht und nach jedem Duschen ist das Badezimmer nass.

Frühstück vielseitig. Mit der nahegelegenen Tram kommt man gut in die Innenstadt, dauert aber ca 40 Minuten. Für mich, alleinreisend auf Kulturreise, war es ideal. Preis-Leistung mit nicht ganz 80€ inkl. Frühstück sehr gut. Würde ich wieder wählen.

- RP. (7/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer gute Ausstattung Leider hatte ich in der FRÜH nur kaltes Wasser zum duschen. Aussage an der Rezption bei uns gibt es erst ab 07:00 warmes Wasser. Damit war die Sache für den Angestellten erledigt. Ich ging dann und habe mir gedacht das man das hätte vorher sagen können.

- Sabine (9/5): Wieder ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Berlin - Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Den ganzen Tag kann man sich gratis Getränke am Automaten holen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und wird ständig neu aufgefüllt. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Direkt vor der Tür ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle.

Veldig hyggelig personale og trivelig stemning blant gjestene! Det var litt uklar informasjon om når rommene skulle vaskes, så jeg ble gående litt på vent.
