- Vera (9/5): Sofort wieder - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Mit dem Tram schnell im Zentrum und im Stadion oder Messe. Das Frühstück war gut. Toll war die Gästekarte wo man gratis mit der ÖV fahren konnte und teils Vergünstigungen hatte.

La mise à disposition des fontaines à eau et machine à café. La disponibilité du personnel. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La carte des repas mériterait d’être améliorée. Il faudrait proposer un plus large choix de prix. Trop d’écart actuellement.

- Alessia (10/5): Soggiorno molto bello, la città mi è piaciuta tantissimo e ci ritornerò in futuro - L’hotel si trova a soli quindici minuti dalla stazione ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, non lontano da tutti i principali luoghi di interesse. Staff molto gentile, ho avuto bisogno di assistenza già prima della partenza e hanno risposto alle mie domande e ai miei dubbi con cortesia. Al check in è andato tutto bene e mi hanno dato tutte le spiegazioni necessarie per il mio soggiorno, mi hanno rilasciato la Basel card con cui si possono usare i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente ed avere degli sconti sui biglietti di entrata ai musei Camera molto bella, letto comodissimo ho dormito come un ghiro, bagno molto spazioso, struttura ben insonorizzata. A disposizione su ogni piano un distributore di acqua gratuito, trovo questa accortezza favolosa. Colazione varia, con caffè, the e scelta di cibo varia.

Alles tip top für ein Kurztripp. Zimmer und Lage entsprechen dem Angebot. Leider gab es in der Dusche einen grösseren feuchten Kalkfleck am Boden und das Frühstückserlebnis hielt sich auch in Grenzen.

- Lars (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt! - Ich bin für das Länderspiel am Abend angereist, so dass die Lage unschlagbar war. Auch zur schönen Altstadt, die man in ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Das Zimmer, Bad und Co. waren ganz wunderbar, auch das Frühstück (inklusive) war sehr nett. Und mein Bulli passte in die Parkgarage. Also alles perfekt, vielen Dank. Auch mein Hund war sehr zufrieden :-). Nichts zu meckern!

- Alan (8/5): A modern clean hotel - The room was comfortable and very quiet. The choice for breakfast was very good with ample seating in the breakfast room.. Overall it was a good experience although some guests may not like the location being a bit further from the city centre. However the free public transport allows you to be in the city centre within 10 minutes.

- Tanja (9/5): Wenn wir wieder in Basel übernachten müssen, definitiv wieder in diesem Hotel! - Alles tiptop - Abwicklung schnell und effizient das hat uns sehr gefallen, da wir nur aus „fahrtechnischen“ Gründen eine Nacht dort verbracht haben. Sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer und das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Ea gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetzen, einzig durch die zentrale Lage und je nach Ausrichtung des Zimmers halt teilweile nachts den Zugverkehr gehört. Und im Lift roch es immer stark nach Essen.

- Miroslav (9/5): Longer weekend with the family - Rooms are spacious, although bit more cabinets would help. Breakfast was with a good and relatively broad offer. Free coffee, water and during Eastern also chocolate was available at the lobby. Hotel is located roughly 12-15 min walk from central station, tram has bus stop roughly 500m from the hotel. Public transport is free (+travel to hotel at arrival based on booking proof), you will get your Basel card directly in the hotel. Price a bit higher comparing to same standard elsewhere in Europe, but it is Switzerland. Towels were exchanged every day, even not requested. Not very nature friendly.

- Sonja (8/5): Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Gutes Hotel mit ansprechender Zimmergrösse. Bad sauber und zweckmäßig. Gutes Frühstück mit ausreichender Auswahl. Zimmer mit Verbindungstür möglich. Sehr gute Lage. Perfekt ist, dass man für den Aufenthalt eine Baselkarte mit Vergünstigungen (Eintritte Museen, Zoo, etc.) sowie freie Fahrt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erhält. Man kann Kleinigkeiten in der Bar essen Keine Lüftung im Bad (Toilette). Man kann auch im Zimmer kein Fenster öffnen.

- Stanislava (8/5): - Je blízko vlakovej stanice, super bolo že keď sme si prišli odložiť veci po prílete pred check in tak nám hneď dali Basel card a mali sme dopravu po meste zadarmo. Fajn bol aj kávovar na recepcii kde ste si mohli kedykoľvek spraviť kávu a čaj a na každom poschodí bol stroj na časovanie vody. Veľmi malá skriňa na odkladanie veci na izbe
