Guest Reviews
- Danielle (8/5): Deux choses à signaler. Une chambre donnant sur la rue (bruit du tramway ) - Emplacement. Deux salles de bains. Décoration.proche de tout.
- Lalaind (10/5): Amazing! Will stay here again - The location was perfect so close to everything. The apartment was huge and clean. Checking in was easy. It can get noisy at night due to its proximity to bourbon street
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Robert (6/5): - Location Low water pressure in bathroom sink, broken toilet handle.
- Lena (10/5): I would stay at another Roami/ cozy suite - Apartment was clean & cozy. Codes to get in and out of building. First hallway into the building had an awful smell
- Janay (10/5): -
- Mayli (10/5): -
- Kelsey (9/5): Great place, location, and will definitelystaybthere again - Loved the location, the place was spacious and lots of lighting. We had 3 individual units and the microwave didn’t work in one. Also as checkin is not until around 4 pm, the maintenance guy ended his day at 5 so I’d anything was wrong he wouldn’t be back out. He was delayed at replying. However the main place was great at replying.
- Ashley (9/5): Privacy in the strip! Great location - The space, decor, and location! The air did not circulate in the room closer to the bedroom.
- Kamea (10/5): Great location and value for location - The place was in an excellent location, as it was close to everything. The ease of check-in and check out. The cleanliness of the apartment was phenomenal.
- Kate (5/5): Ok - Extremely noisy apartment bring earplugs great location but the locals roaming the streets at night were very noisy and was hard to sleep. We felt safe inside The beautiful spacious apartment however if I was traveling with my family again next time I would stay in a larger major chain resort this is not a reflection of the host just the area/ city. By day amazing location after dark not so much we have traveled the US many times and this location did not feel safe for family’s after dark Spacious
- Nathan (6/5): I need a guaranteed that have the ground floor issues sorted before returning as we plan to return in the next 18mths fr - Decor was good The ground floor was always smelly, but I worked out why. No one cleans it way mop!
When the bins go out they were always leaving a trail of smelly liquid on the floor and no one cleans the floor after that process, thus it always smells there! I was embarrassed for my kids and wife!

- Andrew (9/5): Location! Location! Location! With all the comforts of home without being cramped up in a small hote - For the price the location was exceptional. Convenient to everything that we wanted to do during our stay in NOLA. The apartment was way more comfortable than a standard hotel room. Gave more space and allowed us to prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Because of the great location, there was lots of noise coming from the streets. They provide a sound machine which helps but a small price to pay for such a great location, The curtains were not thick (maybe blackout curtains would be a benefit) BUT you don't go to New Orleans for R&R and to catch up on sleep,
- Destiny (3/5): - Very clean once in side and all the basic amenities you could need. The space was great once I got there it was the getting there that was hard. Most place I’ve stayed with send you into a day or two ahead of time so you can plan that didn’t happen in this case. I was left locked out of the building with all my luggage and three kids trying to get while my phone slowly die I had been text and calling someone that entire day. I can include photos and was getting no where finally after my third phone call and 40 mins on the phone I was able to get into the building. It just shouldn’t be that hard when you’re on vacation. I only say something hoping they will make a change so it can be easier on the next person. The outside of this location is not somewhere you want to be standing with all your luggage for that amount of time.
- TAMARA (4/5): Convenient, but not at all what it looks like on Booking.com. Beware! ROAMI is associated with a company called CozySuit - It was attractively furnished in Booking photos, but was in severe need of maintenance. The kitchen was attractive but had a very poor cooking implements. The only thing besides Teflon pots and pans was a salt and pepper shaker. No cooking oil, no spices, etc.. The apartment was very dirty. The beds only had about 2 inches of clearance between the bedframe and the floor, so no one had vacuumed under them in years. It was filthy under there. We discovered that because one of the rugs had a curled up edge that was a dangerous trip hazard. It was a jute rug, and so you couldn’t just fold it back to its original shape. The floors in the entry and kitchen were sticky. There was a strobing lightbulb in the kitchen ceiling, and only half the undercabinet lights worked. Exhaust fan did not work and there was no light over the stove. The lamp in the living room would flicker off and on. There was no door to get to the balcony, even though there was furniture out there. He had to open the window to climb out, and the window blind had clearly been broken for a long time. Baseboards were dirty and chipped, there was mold in the showers. Windows were so filthy that you could barely see out them. Furthermore, we accidentally got off on the wrong floor once and found that the door code was identical to that of our apartment. not exactly secure!!! the apartment was to the French Quarter, but on the weekends, the outside noise was quite loud.

- Ilze (7/5): -
- Jazmyne (10/5): My stay was amazing, clean, and convient. - The property was very clean and secure. I loved that we were literally walking distance from everything. Everything was perfect!
- Jhontaveioun (10/5): Wish I would have stayed longer. - My stay at Roami in the heart of New Orleans was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t be better everything was close by, from restaurants and bars to the main attractions. The building felt secure and modern, and the space itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed.
Check-in was super easy, and the Roami team was very responsive and friendly whenever I had a question. It truly felt like a home away from home. I especially loved how peaceful it was inside, even though it’s right in the middle of all the excitement.
I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to New Orleans and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. There’s really nothing bad I can say about my stay.
- Ella-umbrella (7/5): - Lots of space and nice furniture, with a well equipped kitchen. No staff on site, but they replied quickly to our message Bed not comfortable at all, needs a new mattress. Sofa bed mattress was torn, but still usable. Sofa bed wasn't prepared, which is understandable since we only booked 1 day in advance. However, there were no extra sheets or blankets in the apartment. We found sheets at least downstairs and were given a blanket the next day. No dishwasher pods, although we were told repeatedly that we would get them. Finally, we had to wash by hand and left the rest. Dirty floors.
- Morgane (7/5): -
- Luis (1/5): Worst experience of New Orleans. - A fair deal but save your money and energy for something else I got bedbug bites and management didn’t take me seriously unless I did the investigation for them. Very dirty under the bed and They refused refunds. I had a great experience with the saints hotel across the Main Street.
- Duane (8/5): - Overall great stay and would stay again. Was just frustrating when I reached out for extra sheets for the sofa bed and no one ever reached back out to me.
- Eva (10/5): -
- Carlos (8/5): Great apartment - Apartment was amazing and so nice to just stay with my dog.
Dinning room and kitchen were a blast
Felt safe and really isolated from the noisy outside A few bulbs weren't working and rug int he bedroom needed some deep cleaning.
Location too close to Bourbon Street, so after 6 PM not very safe to be walking around
- Laura (2/5): - The staff responded but we had multiple issues. No bedding for second bed. When we got it didn’t fit. Had to contact again for different sheets and blankets. Bathroom sink broken drain stuck closed so we could not use at all. took til last day to get fixed had to use kitchen. lock battery alarm went off
- Indrajit (7/5): - Location was perfect with good amenities Very bad odour in the room and also at the entrance.
- Wayne (8/5): -
- Adan (10/5): - Place was very nice. Its in an older building so keep that in mind but its been renovated and maintained well. Walking distance to everything, bourbon street, is less than a block away. convenience stores on the corner.
i recommend parking at the unipark garage up the way from there, its about a 3-5 minute walk away. safe, i parked there for 4 days, and not once did i have to drive anywhere. make sure to reserve your parking.
overall awesome experience will stay here again for sure.
- Mark J C Simmons (10/5): - Excellent location and facilities Expensive parking in local garages - and the place was so nice we didn't really want to leave it to explore New Orleans itself! A small point, but it would be great to have a standard or table-top light in the corner by the sofa.
- Leslie (10/5): Fabulous - Absolutely amazing. Wonderful condominium. Literally near Bourbon street without being on Bourbon street. Less than a minute walk.
- Jessica (10/5): - We were totally blown away by this hotel. Checking in and out was easy, and the room itself was incredible! My only gripes were that the housekeeping staff didn’t do a great job cleaning before we got there, cause I found a dirty pair of leggings and a wad of hair in the laundry room. Also, the little thing you pull up to make the bathtub turn into a shower didn’t work, and it didn’t get fixed until the last night of our trip. I called and texted the phone number of the guy that was listed in our check-in instructions and never got a response, so I emailed them and got a response right away. After that, they were good at communicating with me.
The area outside the hotel had some road work going on at the time, so that blocked the sidewalk a bit. Also we went out one night and two people were sitting in front of the entrance, which was awkward, but they didn’t stay long. The location is otherwise amazing! It’s literally a block away from bourbon street, with a CVS on the corner and lots of restaurants across the street. The location and the incredible room overall were the highlights of the hotel, and I’d definitely go back again!
- Haely (10/5): - Close to the streetcars. The bedroom bed was extra soft and plush. The pullout couch wasn’t soft, but is perfect for someone whose back might hurt from a soft bed. Internet access was fast and easy to access. The floors were still slightly dirty, especially in the laundry room. The foldout couch cushions looked old and haven’t been replaced in a long time. I purchased Lysol to spray just in case. Otherwise the property was perfect and orderly.
- Maria (2/5): - We were so excited to go to this property based off of the pictures we saw.Once we got there we felt very isolated and there was no option to sit on any balcony shown in the pictures. Worst of all was when we’re ready for bed. The sheets had old blood on them so we grabbed new ones and when we went to lay down the bed felt unstable so we picked up the mattress and there were flimsy broken boards and some of the frame was put back together with 2x4s. We couldn’t sleep on there so went to the couch. Called the next morning and they had us sitting around till 3 on my birthday just to have someone riding a scooter come add more flimsy boards and 2x4s instead of just moving us to another room. They stated all the rooms had the same bed frame and we would encounter the same issue so it was best to stay where they had added the 2x4s. I could not believe what I was hearing. I could not believe that’s what we paid for. I was so disappointed in this place. They need to accommodate their guests and never say there’s nothing they can do. They need to replace their furniture and sheets. Inspect it before letting someone else in.
I wish I could add the pictures we took but we had to add the review to warn other people :/
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martin (10/5): Great stay for our 30 Anniversary! - We had an amazing stay. Great value, great location, great amenities name it....this place had it all. We would stay here again when we are in the N.O.
Spacious, decorative, high ceilings, exposed brick, floor to ceiling windows, on site laundry in your unit, full kitchen. We walked to everywhere even Bourbon Street we didn’t need our car. There are a lot of parking lot options (ins and outs) nearby. We really recommend this place.
- Reign (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gregory (10/5): Awesome property location. It was clean, spacious and priced well. Only drawback was parking and schlepping you bags to -
- Ingrid (10/5): Exceptional - It was a perfect stay. The home was clean and inviting.
- Brianna (10/5): - Great little place. Parking is a little tough but the overall place is cute and right on bourbon street
- Tanya (8/5): Good location, affordable apartment. - Very central to the heart of New Orleans, yet still quiet. Nice and big to spread out for a few days. We also took advantage of the kitchen and cooked breakfast each morning. The ice and water dispenser in the fridge was a nice touch. The washing machine was quite mouldy - I ran a hot wash empty through it before I used it, and there were a few areas that hadn't been cleaned properly before our stay. But overall the apartment was very comfortable.
- Theodore (10/5): Great time! - We walked from the property to the Essence Festival, as the Superdome was just under a mile away. Additionally, the Convention Center was just under a mile away, so we walked there as well. A little pricey.
- John (10/5): Very Close to Bourbon St. But could still get sleep at night. - Very Clean with great location. N/A
- Veronica (10/5): Amazing - I loved everything about this property. The location was amazing. We bought the jazzy pass for transportation and the property was within steps away from the street cars. We go to New Orleans at least once a year and we have found our forever place to stay! Nothing
- Silvia (8/5): Very good - The apartment is quite well equipped of everything and nice, closed to the French Quarter • The cleanliness is poor. The floors have only been swept, not mopped. The rugs are full of dust—clearly, they never use a vacuum or carpet beater. The windows and blackout curtains are filthy, both inside and out. There are fake decorative plants covered in layers of dust.
• The entrance to the building and the hallway on the first floor smell bad.
• The small street outside is full of homeless people, drug addicts, and rundown garbage bins.
- Felicity (10/5): Would definitely look into staying here again on a return to NO. It was our safe and quiet haven. - Great location, one minute walk to bourbon street, two minutes if the light is red. Very roomy penthouse with a well stocked kitchen. Laundry and walk in wardrobe. Huge comfy bed. Very nice coffee supplied. Huge selection of herbs and spices. Public transport very handy. Parking in New Orleans close to the centre is hard to come by. Kitchen could do with a can opener. Floor was a bit dirty.
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient to everything.
Nice amenities and clean the bed was so comfortable. Would definitely stay there again
- David (9/5): Stay at Roami Bourboun - The apartment was large and comfortable. All kitchen items were well supplied, and all toiletries were well supplied, too. Loved the skylight in the dining area! The location is excellent for museums, French Quarter, etc... Everything is within walking distance! Floors were a bit dirty, and access to the entrance door was blocked by street construction. The keypad for the front door entry # button sticks at times and caused the door not to open electronically at times.
- Maren (10/5): - Tolle Unterkunft mit hervorragend ausgestatteter Küche (Spülmaschine!) (Waschmaschine und Trockner) mitten im Zentrum
- Chris (1/5): It smelt like POOP i couldn’t even do the work that was needed - Bad It smelled like POOP
- Soda (6/5): - The property was spacious and in a great location with everything you need inside. It was dirty. These apartments are not cleaned very well and did notice water damage on the walls and ceilings. Aside from that I
- Mimi (10/5): Perfect location for getting around and food. - Perfect location. Felt like my own apartment with everything that I need. Only thing I would wish for was a full length mirror, apart from that it was perfect. I did hear the neighbours partying or being loud early hours one morning but didnt last long. Its a great location and as a solo traveller who didnt know anyone, I loved it because its right next door to a great restaurant for Louisiana cuisine and close to grocery store to stok up the kitchen. Looking forward to going back.
- Francisca (10/5): - Clean and great cost
- Xanthis (10/5): - When I was planning a girls trip to New Orleans, I stumbled upon a listing for this location. It was within walking distance of several of the main attractions and was cheaper than even some of the sketchier hotels.
The rooms was beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything a visitor could want! I loved the easy self checkin and checkout system. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to book a trip to New Orleans!!
- Livengood (9/5): Great stay for a sister trip - I loved the location and the apartment we stayed in was clean and had plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. There was only one highball glass and one water glass. There were 3 cups but one was chipped. (This is not enough for the amount of people this unit sleeps.) One stool was broken and I almost fell. One of the chairs around the table has a broken back. This does not mean I didn't thoroughly enjoy my stay!
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb -
- Candace (10/5): - This location is very convenient and it's close to public transportation and most tourist places.
- Irene (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): - Great property, well maintained with everything we needed.
Only recommendation would be to have property managers provide better blinds or black out curtains for the bedroom facing Carondelet. The street light is at window level on the second floor and is quite bright.
- Kelly (10/5): - Very responsive to problems. Great apartment
- Jessie (4/5): - First off the location was fantastic, the property was spacious, that’s the only positives , when we arrived the property was dirty I called and they sent someone that only cleaned one spot and not the rest , we had a broken remote for the tv , they were supposed to send another and never did , we found a working one on the third day under the couch . The floors and chairs were disgusting . Bring house shoes , they don’t provide and cleaning supplies there I couldn’t clean the floor ( wet vac, swiffer , mop) my socks were black from the floor .
- Xavier (6/5): Good location bad service on site . - Location Cleanliness and missing amenities
- Dalia (8/5): Other than the homeless person blocking the entrance ,everything was great - The condo was clean and comfortable. There was a homeless person sleeping in front of the entrance. Blocking the door.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location - needs a few repairs - Spacious rooms, complete kitchen, excellent location. Some items need to be fixed: vent in bathroom not working, bedroom TV not working, carpets need to be secured at corners where they curl up-especially in bedroom as they're tripping hazards. Only mirror is in the bathroom - would be nice to have one in bedroom as well.
- Fred (9/5): Superb -
- Gary (10/5): Enjoyed the stay and the comfortable bed, great location - Close to bourbon st and canal st Property was perfect, just hard to remember codes when under the influence of a few drinks
- Michelle (8/5): Decent Room & Location - The room was great & easy location. Very few pieces of drinkware in the room. Only large towels, didn't know where to locate smaller towels. Apparently there had been a boil water order for part of our stay, no communication about that.
- Kareem (10/5): - The property was nearby eating areas and the entertainment. Very clean and convenient for shopping as well. Highly recommend.
- Serahill (8/5): Great location and spacious accommodation - Location was excellent -just meters from Bourbon St and trams going everywhere
Accommodation was very spacious
Great to have washing machine and dryer Needs some more artwork on walls
Needs more crockery eg There were no bowls - we ate our cereal out of glasses
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariah (6/5): - The location was the highlight of our stay—it’s within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, and right on Bourbon Street, which was super convenient.
However, there were a few things that detracted from the experience. There was no clear information about where we could check our bags while waiting to check into our room. We were left confused, and someone pulled up and looked at us like we were crazy as we tried to figure out how to access the luggage area. They then proceeded to talk to us like as I felt like a child which I felt was extremely unnecessary consider considering we were trying to explain to him the situation. Even our cab driver was trying to explain the situation to him, but the guy was still talking to us like that.
The heating system was also an issue. Even with the heater turned up, it was still cold, as all the heat seemed locked in the bathroom and bedroom. One of the vents even seemed to blow cold air instead of heat.
Lastly, the washing machine and dishwasher were filled with mildew and mold, which was off-putting.
The location is great, but the management needs to address these issues to make the stay more comfortable for future guests.
- Shahetah (9/5): Superb - It was spacious had a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Right where everything is. Perfect location. No windows to look out of. 🤷🏽♀️
- Tara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lindsey (8/5): Very good - The apartments are centrally located, and a short walk to most tourist spots. Parking isn’t clear, and parking in the city is always a nightmare. Also, the rooms we booked were listed as “one apartment that sleeps 11” however it was 3 separate apartments on the same floor. Not a huge deal. But kind of defeated the purpose for us.
- Joshua (10/5): Our stay was amazing. - The apartment was absolutely beautiful and clean. We would definitely like to stay here again.
- Lewis (10/5): This was the best place I have stayed in New Orleans. - Perfect location, and clean. Like everywhere in New Orleans Parking is difficult.
- Johan (9/5): Overall, would recommend this stay! - The apartment was clean and tidy and looks like the pictures and had all the amenities you could need whilst on holiday. The location was great being just off Bourbon Street, and handy having cafes, shops, grocer's within 5 mins or less walk. The Balcony was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The blind/curtain to get to the balcony was difficult to use as it appeared to be broken.
A few times when returning to the apartment, there was a person/people loitering at the entrance of the building, which is quite small, eating, drinking, or sleeping and would ask for money as we entered.
- Scott (1/5): Place was great except for the check in procedure - Took 2 hours to check in. high call volume to talk to someone and my door code was not in my check in procedure causing me to stand outside for an hour trying to get into the apartment. Once I had submitted all of my info I was never sent a boarding pass and I had to call to get that going and that took an hour
- Nayive (6/5): Decent - Location and big spacious Was not really clean
I had to wash the towels and the sheets
The sofa bed was disgusting. Looks like it has mold or something.
Things were so dirty, not acceptable
- Erin (6/5): Pleasant - The location was close to everything. The floors were dirty and the shower had not been cleaned. Still hair all in the tub. The WiFi was off when we arrived and was out the three days we were there. They told us it was the internet company’s issue. But when going to the business next door, who also used the same company, were told there was no issue with theirs.
- Lilblaze101 (10/5): Was an unforgettable trip with me and my partner. - The breakfast was excellent and had what I was looking for after my long trip. My buddies and I enjoyed grabbing a quick bite to eat and was able to make some of our own recipes in the home. Will definitely be back ! The transportation to and from places and the concert I was going to. Had a hard time getting uber to the right address. I also would have liked there to be more communication as to all the hidden fees.
- Karen (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Our apartment was very spacious and was located to the back of the building so there was no street noise. Although there were no windows, the large skylight and high ceilings in the living area bought in a lot of natural light. Odd amount of cutlery, crockery and glassware.
- Carsten (10/5): Great apartment close to French Quarter - recently remodeled apartment, very nice furniture.
It was quiet considering the location.
Great / easy check-in instructions. n/a
- Christine (7/5): We like the idea…. The lack of privacy was concerning - Location! Our son could stay with us The lack of privacy because of the window in the bedroom and insufficient covering for the window. Made it hard to sleep if our son watched tv.
- Peter (7/5): Bourbon Place - Location and space within the property.
Linens were all good standard.
Being close to Bourbon St obviously meant a noiser evening/night. Some basic equipment missing in the kitchen, scissors can opener etc.
Lounge furniture was not comfortable.
Shower wasn't very powerful.
Although we appreciate there is a need to adhere to check in times for thorough cleaning purposes. We felt abrupt resistance to accommodating ours slightly earlier arrival.
Hence we ended up waiting for 2 hrs near the apartment in which we felt unsafe with all our luggage etc as there was no safe place to leave our luggage. When we were permitted (45 mins early) in by one of the online staff, we then met with a very abrupt supervisor who came to check the apartment. I appreciate she was annoyed with her colleague but her manner to us ( the paying customer) made us feel as though we should not have been there.
It was not good customer service when an employee was trying her best to accommodate us and not leave us in a vulnerable position. The company can obviously say they are not responsible for our arrival time, however customer service and politeness on every level is a reflection upon the whole company.
So no doubt the employee whom tried her best to help us will have received a telling off, I hope the supervisor will noted her manner with us was not ok. Out of the two I know who I would employ.
- James (8/5): Hello, we hope all is well with you & yours. My Fiancé & I reserved 127 Corondelet St at Roami in N -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - The size of the apartment, location, and bed were fabulous! The response from the contact/management. The bathroom faucets were loose and shower/tub lever would not move so only the shower was able to be used.
- Charles (10/5): - Enjoyable
- Brandon (8/5): Very good -
- VALERIE R (10/5): - We had an awesome stay
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, clean, secure. Noisy, too bright at night.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Sara (5/5): Don't have high expectations - The kitchen and location were what drew us to the hotel. No bed linens for the sofa bed until the second night when we asked for them. The supplies were not stocked until the 5th day we were there. Someone urinated in the vestibule daily. Window to the balcony wouldn't open. Sofabed very uncomfortable, sofa itself also uncomfortable. Door to room stuck and needed batteries changed on lock. No counter or shelf space in bathroom.
- Crosby (9/5): Our stay was excellent, I felt safe and comfortable. My family and I will definitely be back. - Very convenient, great area Couldn’t figure out how to safely open the window to the patio. Would’ve loved to have a cane/ pole or something to keep it all the way open.
- Cristóbal (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was incredible. I had a great stay. There was nothing I didn't like
- Angel (10/5): Exceptional -
