Нужно пройти по набережной до всех ресторанов, пляжей, Торговый центр Ананас вообще на другом конце бухты. Но это все не критично. Что немного раздражало, так это многочисленные выключатели света в номере. Это реальный квест включить и выключить свет. Мастер выключатель не работает как ожидаешь. Вообще непонятно как выключить весь свет перед сном. Немного перестарались с этим

- Ruslan_EKB (6/5): - Качество и ассортимент блюд на завтраке, удобное время завтрака с 7 до 13 ч Подогреваемый бассейн с хорошим видом. Номер 520 с видом на океан 360 градусов, по факту вид на стройку (на фото), шум с 7 утра. Ночью шум от дискотеки до часа ночи. Также был очень сильный шум ветра через окна. Нормально выспаться не прлучилось Вся мебель обшарпана, требует обновления.

Забронированы 2 номера с оплатой через booking.com, отель потребовал оплату картой, но для иностранцев существует лимит на оплату в сутки, было очень неудобно оплатить всю сумму частями

- Ekaterina (6/5): - Большие номера, стильные. Хорошее расположение в дали от суеты. Отель уставший. Номера требуют обновления. Что-то отваливается, покрытие стенах в некоторых местах ободрано. Но самый главный минус это качество уборки, ужасно грязно, ковер в пятнах, пол не моют. Выезде какие-то пятна на стенах, полу, ковре. Ванну не моют вообще. Имеется характерный запах. Персонал не говорит по английски. Даже вопрос про пляжное полотенце вызывает ступор. На завтраке в соке был обнаружен осколок стекла! Цена и качество не соответствует.

- Ekaterina (8/5): Отель хороший за свою цену, для пары ночей отличный вариант. - Отель чистый, удобное расположение, большие номера, отличные завтраки. Были проблемы с оплатой на стороне отеля при заселении, ремонт на территории, детская игровая также на ремонте, нет собственного пляжа.
- Irina_krasnoyarsk (10/5): Приятный отдых - Сам отель новый, очень комфортный для отдыха, в уединенном районе. Территория ухоженная, чистая. Качество обслуживания в отеле полностью соответствует заявленному. Завтраки очень разнообразные, удобно, что диапазон работы ресторана на завтрак с 6-30 до 13-00. Наш рейс был задержан, и мы прибыли в отель в 12-45. Мы успели оформить заселение и ровно в 13-00 вошли в ресторан, где нам предоставили возможность поесть. Такого нет ничего, чтобы не понравилось. А вот можно было бы улучшить - напишу. Знание языка (английского или русского) работников ресепшн сделало бы общение более комфортным и продуктивным.

- Aleksandr (9/5): I spent a pretty good time in this hotel with my woman. - Everything was more or less pleasant, except our booking didn’t went smooth. Front desk staff didn’t speak english and we had booking issues. I think because the front desk staff is not trained well enough to understand what customer service is all about, despite this hotel being rated *****. This booking issue is visible in our communication with the hotel via Booking.com chat.
- Natalia (9/5): - Отличный отель, соответствует своей категории. Новые большие номера, ухоженная территория, более того можно пользоваться всей инфраструктурой соседнего мерриота. Территориально расположен очень удачно, пешком до центрального пляжа минут 10 по берегу, но при этом вся ночная жизнь не мешает спать по ночам. До о.Феникс минут 10 на машине, до ЖД вокзала 30 минут с учётом пробок в городе. Завтраки на любой вкус, как китайская еда, так и вполне европейская (яйца, бекон, каша, хлопья, йогурт и т.п.), две кофемашины. На территории большой бассейн и поменьше на 3 этаже с красивым видом. Ресепшен круглосуточный, персонал не говорит ни на каком языке кроме китайского ю, но у всех есть портативные переводчики. Номера большие, с красивой панорамной ванной:))) уборка регулярная.

- SERGEI (7/5): Средненько весьма. - Был неплохой, завтрак, вид из окна тоже понравился, бассейн был бы хорош, есди бы у лежаков присутствовали зонтики от солнца. Приехали к 13.30 не заселили, сказали что номер не готов и будет через 1.5 часа готов к 15.00, были готовы к этому, вернулись в 15.45 номер всё был не готов, пообещали за задержку тарелку фруктов (принесли через 3 дня после напоминания), номер уже был подушатанный, на нижнем бассейне у лежаков отстуствовали зонтики, бассейн на 3 этаже открывался в 11.00, с днём рождения супругу не поздравили, хотя в другом отеле поздравили на день раньше, так как уезжали в день рождения, в общем на пятёрку никак не тянет, 4 звезды максимум

- Olga (9/5): Great hotel but be aware of its specifics - Breakfasts were great! Many options from European to Chinese cuisine. The room is spacious, great view from the balcony. The staff is helpful even though the communication is often complicated - they speak only Chinese and use machine translators. Spacious territory shared with JW Marriot which facilities are also available. There was a stench from the toilet, I presume, due to the sewerage pecularities. At times, we could also smell strong cigarette smoke from the ventilation inside the room - not so nice for non-smokers. The room is cleaned regularly, but the cleaners don't wipe out all the surfaces, so some of them remained dusty for the entire stay of 10 days. There is no dedicated beach at the hotel, so you will have to take a short walk down the road with cars passing by if you wany to get to the sandy beach/seaside walk.

Just inform properly about amount of spicy. Very good breakfast, several options. Western and asian style.
- Xin (9/5): Superb - Beautiful and comfortable stay. Room view was literally "mountain", sea and sky per it's name. Appreciate the staff who gave us a room upgrade from our original Elegant ocean view room during check-in. There was an option to communicate with the staff via Wechat which was convenient. They were able to share additional information for reference such as breakfast timings, hotel shuttle timings to nearby locations/attractions. You could also take a short leisurely walk along the waterfront to and fro both ends as JW Marriott and Shanghaitian share the same compound. Some may find the hotel's location inaccessible as it is relatively more exclusive - convenient store is perhaps a 10 min walk away. We didn't find this to be a major issue. Considering the various sightseeing areas in the east/west areas of Sanya, dadonghai is considered central and reduced the time needed for travel. We had a late lunch at the hotel's restaurant as we arrived late on our first day. Even though we were the only ones at the restaurant, the food took a long time to come and the service staff never once checked in.

The long breakfast hour also allowed us to not rush through the breakfast period. The breakfast options could be improved further.

They were kind enough for the next day to put us in another room . However the bedsheets were so dirty that we couldn’t go to bed until they came back to change them at 11pm . They gave us a bottle of wine for the issue , that was nice but I really didn’t expect this from this price of hotel .

- Kai (8/5): Very good - comfortable room with nice bathroom and view to the bay. very friendly crew from reception until waiters, barmen and cleaning personal. especially the chef showed his dedication to satisfy the customers during breakfast. breakfast variety is very rich. no waiting lines. very clean. good situated. nice pool surrounding. good and affordable bar. 15 minutes walk to the Dolphin Sports Bar - very recommendable, good food, very good drinks, international service level, good prices. international tourist place and nearly nobody speaks english. catch a taxi in front of hotel is difficult. taxi driver rejects the service. there is no beach to go swimming but still nice for a walk when low tide. air condition is not effective, need to chose between strong cold direct onto the bed blowing wind or too low flow to cool down.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel within walking distance of the beach - This resort was absolutely beautiful and deserves the 5 star rating. Though most employees spoke Mandarin only, I was able to get by. The amenities were great as well as the food and services. My room smelled a bit like smoke - that was my only complaint as the concierge did not ask me whether I preferred a non-smoking room or a smoking room. The views were amazing from my 18th floor room of the JW Mariott hotel across the way and the ocean to the left of Dadonghai. The actual beach was just a five minute walk from the hotel and water sports were plenty on that beach.

The ocean view we paid for was not that great, could have been due to us being put in a corner room farthest from the ocean, I believe they should advertise it as a 'partial ocean view' instead. Food was fine. Not that many choices, it was difficult communicating with room service as they only speak chinese.

- DORISYANG (10/5): - 酒店員工非常有禮貌，酒店房間又大又舒適，浸泡浴缸還附有浴鹽及絲瓜絡，很貼心，一般的洗盥用品都有提供。食物方面酒店的自助晚餐一般，中菜廳的火鍋有驚喜。如果要到外面吃飯，往春日百貨方向大約步行15分鐘左右，附近有各式各樣的小舖可供選擇，大部分都乾淨整潔。還有坐出租車都是看錶計費的，酒店也有人會代叫，十分方便又便宜。

- Verified traveler (10/5): A short breakaway - Room and services were excellent. The shower room had a big rain shower head, the flow of the water was fine and the pressure was great. Everything was perfect. The only minus point, if you are staying for more than 2 nights and having breakfast there, it may be bored and no much changes to the food.
- seon-gyeong (8/5): 호텔 및 싼야에 대한 전반적인 후기 - 숙박시설은 전반적으로 최신식에 편리했고, 3층 수영장에서 바라보는 바다의 풍경이 아름다웠습니다. 호텔 밑에 연결된 산책로 따라, 15~20분정도 걷다보면 대동해 해수욕장이 나오고 중간중간마다 야외식당이 많아 볼거리가 많았습니다. 다만, 아쉬운 점은 하이난 자체가 중국어/러시아어를 선호하고, 숙소이외 지역에서는 영어가 통하지않아 불편했습니다.

- wangyashu (10/5): - 超级好，这次旅行住的最满意的地方，服务好，早餐棒在市区去第一市场10块的专车费用，晚上旁边的海边很多酒吧，走十分钟就到了很多小吃酒吧有很多乐队，但是酒店是很安静的听不到一点声音的，喝喝酒吹吹海风在海边走走安逸得很，服务员颜值很高热情，早上下午有很多娱乐项目摩托艇呀香蕉船等等很多，价格不是特别贵可以讲价。

- Verified traveler (8/5): New Hotel in Sanya - The suite is clean and tidy. Staff are nice. Location of the hotel is convenient to travel to scenic spots. The breakfast despite with varieties, are not as tasty as expected. Improvement in this area will make the stay more appealing. Too bad that with effect from 1 June 2018, hotel guests are not allowed to use the facilities of the Marriott Hotel adjacent to Autograph Collection.

- Norma (10/5): Beautiful property with good food - The hotel is a bit secluded but it is good since the property is quiet. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. I was pretty pleased about the property everything is really beautiful and well keep. The food is also delicious. A bit expensive but i really loved it. The food the buffet is average but the have some western options which are OK. The bad: Unless you speak Chinese you are pretty much out of luck. The staff English is almost non-existent. The check in was slow, money exchange was slow too. Three people at the counter all of them busy with the same guest. Ordering room service is also a hassle. I would say it is not an English friendly property. Worth to mention that they have Russian speaking staff so maybe this property is good for Russian speaking people too. PS. Always book the rooms facing the sea. The view is totally worth it. Room 716 has an amazing view.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel, great service. - Great (new) hotel, fantastic service from the staff. Even with language issues they really try hard...and always smiling! Really nice rooms, awesome view to the sea, 4(!) swimming pools, good restaurants with nice breakfast buffet. Would come back! PS. Only drawback is extremely slow WIFI! Not good enough.
- Alex (10/5): Beautiful sea view hotel - This is a new hotel with great sea view room. Room is clean and comfort unexpected. Staff is nice and telling us the most best trip plan during stay. The hotel is also very close to the seafood restaurants. Prefect for holiday and willing to stay again for sure.
