• Michael (4/5): - We have stayed at this hotel 2 or 3 times before. Why should we come back? The bathroom was hazardous. The shower curtain was at least 5” short, guaranteed soaked floor 40 inch from the shower. The toilet seat was loose so up and off was an uneven experience. Trying to get on the internet was at best exasperating. The staff was helpful, but they were clearly irritated with your protocol. Breakfast should be a priority for a hotel such as yours. Well, you have to do better. Was coffee available…sorta but aI scant supply and not yet tepid. Your orange and apple juice was running on low. What happened to oatmeal.,,product recall, didn’t have it? Eggs and meat were cold. Kitchen staff inattentive! Cold coffee, unclean food counters and tables. Not at all our experiences in our last visits! So disappointed. Will not return!
