I didn’t like the pillow. We also asked for more milk upon our return. The man at reception seemed confused then said no. We were even happy to pay for it. He just said you’ll get more tomorrow. Was uninterested in explaining during the night we drink coffee several times during the night.

• Christine (8/5): Comfortable stay - Clean and well set up. Aircon, shower ( hot and cold water, reasonable pressure), fridge, microwave working well. Clean sheets, comfortable bed and quiet at night. Parking with an additional charge felt secure and well organised. Area felt safe, very convenient with shopping centre located right next to it. When I checked in, reception staff was friendly and efficient. They did put up a sign for parking entrance but it was not as easy to find the parking entrance from the direction I came from with a car, went past it and requiring a loop back

Fridge, microwave, and electric kettle were very useful. Appreciated that the window opened The shower would flood the bathroom floor because of a poorly placed slit between the glass panel door and there wasn’t much to help it besides squeegee all the water down the drain with a towel. Keeping the window open meant dealing with how noisy the street traffic was

The room was excellent, very clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. room temperature was great. Complimentary coffee the next morning was much appreciated. Can't think of anything.

• Eva (10/5): Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert - Wir waren für eine Nacht auf Durchreise dort. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Toll war es auch auf dem Rooftop, dort stand sogar ein Grill und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Its convenient to be located right across from the shopping centre with lots of food options. The car park spots were quite narrow and it was very hard to get my car in the spot especially as one of the cars next to me was not completely in the lines. It was not clear how to enter the parking area from the street and then having to get out of the car to use the key card to open the gate was a bit inconvenient.

• Natalie (9/5): I had a very comfortable, relaxing and pleasant stay. Balcony was a bonus. - Very comfy bed. Decent pressure and size shower. Room was a good size. Having bottled water and a balcony was a welcomed bonus. It was easy to get to. Kitchenette had cups/glasses, dishes, fridge and a sink. A couch/lounge would have been good to have in the room. So would have a small dining table.

• András (10/5): - It was exactly as shown in the pictures – everything was perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was clean, quiet, and well equipped, with a balcony. We really appreciated the daily bottled water and the complimentary daily coffee at reception. I would especially highlight the rooftop area where you can barbecue, as well as the large shared kitchen, which is spotless and fully equipped for preparing any kind of meal. Everything we needed was available at the mall across the street, and the 500X bus provided quick access to the CBD. The staff can be a bit noisy in the morning during cleaning, but they are very kind, and for early risers this is not an issue.

Was very nice to come back to after a concert - Room was very clean, layout was great, shower pressure was great, they had free coffee/tea/bikkies, the lady during check in was very nice and it was very easy to check in and get our parking. The bed was very comfy and the bed was made very well. The lady at check out didn’t speak very good English which isn’t a problem however she couldn’t understand my question about check out and there was another guest there that had the same problem as me at the same time. Also there was only PowerPoints on one side of the bed so it wasn’t the best for phone charging but we sorted it

The staff was amazing accommodating our request for parking. Someone took my allocated spot but the staff handled it professionally. Travelled with my sister for a concert and we felt safe staying there. There’s free coffee and free fruits at the lobby. Receptionist is there 24/7.
