• Alexander (10/5): I was missing nothing and had a wonderful and companioble time - Hej Annupuri Oasis Lodge team, for me it was a wonderful stay and a pleasure getting you to know, too. Close contact with your guests and your patient and your obliging way of finding solutions for your guests issues makes it a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much for helping with my issues of organisation like the transfer from the train station, calling the ski delivery service and finding alternative ways of departure as train connections had been canceled due to heavy snow fall. I do not use to stay in hostel like accommodations but spending time companionably with other guests and you was a wonderful experience. There was a lot of space to stow my luggage and ski material for drying as well as a bed with curtains for a little privacy. I love this open room where you meet others and find a lot of experiences to share. —————— an onsen with public access is nearby for self catering a konbini can be reached via bus in about 45 minutes and a supermarket a bit further in Kutchan Ski rental is nearby but a delivery service with onsite adjustment is also available -
• Anouar Arfa (10/5): Warm and cozy chalet with amazing staff & people - Amazing place and would recommend 100% to anyone who's coming to Niseko, it was very cozy and warm and location is great (6min walk from the Annupuri lifts and shuttle bus stop for other ski bases). the staff were super nice and very helpful and kind they took great care of their guests (Special shoutout to Vincent and Sampa for driving me from/to bus stop). The breakfast was very delicious as well. Would definitely come back here next time as well
• Steve (10/5): Amazing - This is the lodge of lodges in the Niseko - Annapuri area, Vincent and team go out of their way to make you feel at home from the time you arrive, I highly recommend this lodge, the staff are extremely helpful and always willing to answer your questions and assist in whatever way they can. Great communication from the time you book, pick up and drop off service to the local bus stop. The buffet breakfast is exceptionally good. The atmosphere is amazing with a cozy fireplace in the living room.
• Rachel (10/5): - Friendly, genuinely helpful staff who are always there and seem to anticipate what you need. I especially loved the hearty breakfast. It was delicious and comforting, with simple but well-prepared dishes like roasted potatoes and sautéed mushrooms that really hit the spot before a ski day. The location is extremely convenient, easy to access, and perfectly placed for getting around to everything in the area. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and the common areas made it easy to relax and interact with other guests, which added a really nice social feel to the stay. Ski rentals were incredibly convenient. Everything was delivered directly to the hotel, saving time and hassle, and the prices were competitive, including for ski poles and an avalanche pack. Transportation was also well handled. After a flight cancellation, the taxi from the airport was arranged smoothly, which was a huge relief at the end of a long travel day. Overall, a very comfortable, stress-free stay with thoughtful touches throughout.

• Aliena (8/5): Great base to start our Japanese adventure! - The location was ideal for getting on and off the mountain and we loved the relaxed social aspect to the lodge, with the communal breakfasts and meeting people from all over the world. Breakfast was delicious and the living room where everyone hangs out is very cosy. There’s nothing to not like if you know what you’re expecting from it!

This is not a 5-star hotel but for those that want good value, clean, and great people, it’s the place to be. Nothing really.
