• Verified traveler (8/5): 枕だけ！ - この値段でこのグレードとクオリティーならバッチリです。 みなとみらいに行く時は定宿にすると思います。 一点だけ。 枕がどれも柔らか過ぎて、ベッドとの相性がイマイチでした。 固さの違う枕や他のビジネスホテルのように表面と裏面で固さの違う枕などあると最高です。 その点だけ星一つ減らしました。 あとは全てにおいて満足です。

• Rie (10/5): - Kアリーナ横浜のライブ参加のために初めて宿泊。 近くてよい。 部屋の窓からKアリーナのライブ物販行列の様子が見えた。 部屋は広くテーブルが多くあり荷物や食べ物を広げられて良かった。 レースカーテンだけで厚手のカーテンがないと思ったらロールスクリーンだった。 レースカーテンとロールスクリーンの組み合わせは初めて見た。 浴槽はなくシャワーのみ、入浴については問題はなかったが、カランがなく洗面台の蛇口も固定で動かないタイプだったため、空気清浄加湿器のタンクに水を入れるのに難儀した。 シャワーでタンクに入れるのでも良かったのかもしれないが、電気ケトルに水を汲んでタンクに入れた。 洗面台を使う際に、凄く臭い訳ではないがトイレの臭いが若干気になった。 上の階の部屋の足音が少し気になった。 チェックアウトはカードを機械に入れるだけなのでよい。 Kアリーナにまた行くことがあったら利用するかもしれないが、他のホテルを検討するかもしれない。

• Junghun (10/5): このホテルを予約して良かった。 - 部屋が本当にきれい。景色も良い。横浜に行事があってから２泊３日宿泊したんだが、思ったよりもよかった。ちょっと高いんだが、素晴らしい景色、優しかった係員、清潔な部屋を思えば合理的な値段じゃないかと思う。
