- kinyahda (1/5): keep your expectations very low if you plan to stay here. on all scales 2/10 - the place is completely misrepresented in the photos, it was so trashy the pool was even green and murky but still open. the only thing nice was the location was beach front. but everything was broken and dirty. awful place. had to book another place to stay. its a scam don't book ahead of time and look at room before paying read the first comment the place is awful

The bathroom stunk of sewer but was better after we put a cup over the shower drain. There was no window from our room. The hotel should clarify on their bookings that there is no window from their standard rooms.

- Johannes (1/5): Unpleasant experience. Bad breakfast. - The hotel is right at the Jomtien beach at a quiet part. There is nice night market near by. An unpleasant experience. The hotel seems to be catering mostly Chinese, always a bad sign in Thailand. Mattresses are very hard, rooms are old and by all means avoid the breakfast. The food from the breakfast is terrible and I got sick from it right away.

- David (4/5): Disappointing - Nice size room, friendly staff Was expecting a double but got a twin room, had to push beds together and was dirty underneath. Bathroom smelled like a Bangkok canal, view was a brick wall (see photo), had coffee making facilities but no coffee or tea sachets. I think that it was ok just for sleep, shouldn't have been more than 500 thb a night. Check in staff were friendly though.

- Gerd (4/5): Hotel in Strandnähe - Renoviert. Lässt ansonsten jeglichen Komfort vermissen. Ist wohl keinesfalls als Urlaubshotel gedacht, eher für kurze Aufenthalte. Darum wohl auch WiFi das auf 3 Tage befristet ist. Danach wieder neue Codes besorgen. Der Pool ist eigentlich ein Witz, nicht ein Sonnenstrahl. 2 Stühle, 2 Liegen, aber selbst die wurden nie benutzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr übersichtlich. kostet auch nicht soviel. Alles in allem, das beste ist der Strandabschnitt. ist sauber und verhältnismäßig ruhig für diese Gegend. Ich war das letzte Mal in Jomtien, Zumal man für die Zukunft wohl Russisch lernen muss.

- Dave (8/5): Cozy, across from beach - Pros: Great staff and very nice ladies that will accommodate you and help you, not too much noise as not too close to nightlife (about 15 minute 150 baht motortaxi to Pattaya Walking Street), very nice rooms with cozy beds, free wifi. Cons: Seaview rooms are not necessarily directly facing the sea; you need to ask for that, the pool is on 1st floor and gets no sun, bathroom drain slightly smelled. Overall a nice Stay to get away from nightlife for a while.
