- Saria_Suzie175 (4/5): ทำเลดี - ห้องใหม่ ตกแต่งสวยงาม สะอาดสะอ้าน จัดสวนได้สวยงาม โดยเฉพาะตรงรีสอร์ท ชอบมากๆ ตรงข้ามกับโลตัส อาหารเช้าคือข้าวต้ม แต่ลูกค้าบางคนเห็นได้ชุด amarican breakfast อาจเป็นเพราะ online booked มา , ส่วนเรา walk-in จึงได้ข้าวต้มแทน กาแฟก็ เนสกาแฟ 3in1 แบบง่ายๆ คิดว่าก็สมราคาแหละ ที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง ที่นอนนุ่มพอดี แต่ยุบกลางเล็กน้อย เหมือนทีนอนเก่าแต่สภาพก็ไม่แย่ ได้ห้อง 106 ตรงรีสอร์ท... พนักงานพูดจา ส่วนมากพูดไม่มี ค่ะ หรือ ครับ พูดห้วนๆ โทรศัพท์มาเช็คห้อง คำแรกที่ได้ยินคือ ฮัลโหล แล้วเงียบไปเลย ตอนแรกคิดว่าเค้าให้ รปภ. มารับสาย เพราะไม่รับสายแบบพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์ทั่วไป เช่น Spm resident resort and spa สมพร speaking may I help you? หรือ สวัสดีค่ะ-ครับ ชื่อโรงแรม- ชื่อผู้รับโทรศัพท์ - ติดต่อเรื่องอะไรดีครับ -ค่ะ .... นึกว่าโทรผิดที่ น่าจะเป็นห้องเช่าเล็กๆ แต่เช็คใน Google ใหม่มันก็ใหญ่อยู่นะ มันตี 4 แล้ว มันใกล้ดีกับที่น้องชายอยู่ เลยเอาวะ ไปก็ไป, แต่พอมาถึง พนักงานชายคนนั้นก็ไสใจดีอยู่ แต่พอมาตอนเช้า 8 โมงกว่าๆ เจอผู้หญิง จะว่าเจอก็ไม่ใช่เพราะนางนั่งหลบอยู่ มองแทบจะไม่เห็น เราพูดสวัสดีค่ะ 2 ครั้ง นางยังไม่ตอบรับเลย แทนที่พนักงานจะสแตนบายรอลูกค้า แต่ลูกต้องตามหาพนักงาน, จริงๆมี TripAdvisor แล้ว คนจะเริ่มรู้จักมากขึ้นเพราะคะแนนดาวและรีวิวที่ลูกค้าให้... ยังมีคนเขียนรีวิวน้อยอยู่ จะดาวเยอะหรือน้อย ก็ตอนเริ่มต้นนี่แหละ ถ้าดาวน้อยแต่ต้น มันขึ้นยากอยู่นะคะ .. จริงๆชอบห้อง และสถานที่ตั้ง แต่พนักงานต้องมีการเทรนค่ะ .. ให้สองดาวพอ

- Andy (6/5): Hotel in Industriezone - Check Inn mangelhaft, Reservierung erst nach langem hin und her aufgetaucht. Räudiger Plastikteppich im Aufzug. Personal sehr abweisend - kein Englisch. 2 Tage übernachtet, nicht empfehlenswert.
