Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.
Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team.
Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.

- Maria Belén (5/5): Estadía que no repetiría - El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a pasos de la estación de tren y buses que conecta fácilmente con lugares como Ámsterdam y Zaanse Schans. Está rodeado de tiendas y supermercados. El personal fue amable. La vista desde la habitación era muy linda y las camas eran cómodas. La limpieza de la habitación no está incluida con la tarifa. Todo se paga extra: llegar una hora antes, dejar las valijas en la recepción, la limpieza de la habitación. Los lugares comunes estaban sucios. Para completar, el baño es tan pequeño que la misma puerta del baño es a la vez la puerta de la ducha, por lo que la privacidad es escasa. Yo entiendo que es un destino caro, pero la relación precio-calidad me pareció malisima.

The location is convenient to Amsterdam city centre, with frequent trains and buses. The local town centre is wonderful as well. The first room we checked into was dirty and uncleaned, so we asked the reception to change rooms. The second room was much cleaner and met my expectations. On the second night, the smell of weed came into the room from next door.

- Carlos Alberto (4/5): - La ubicación muy cerca de la estación. La habitación es muy chica. No tiene placard, es un panel hay una suerte de mueble mínimo con 3 perchas pegado a la pared. No tienen calentador de agua, ni te facilitan uno aunque lo pidas. Me tuve que comprar uno y acarrearlo todo el viaje! Si queres un café hay que bajar al lobby y comprar uno de la máquina expendedora por €7. El secador de pelo te lo prestan por 2 horas. A las 10 en punto hora del check out literalmente nos abrió la puerta sin golpear la mujer del housekeeping para que nos saliéramos. Maleducados. No volvería.

- Iva (4/5): - Hotel me jako razočarao. Soba uopće nije bila čista – WC je bio prljav, svuda je bilo prašine, a krevet izrazito neudoban. U sobi nema osnovnih stvari poput fena za kosu ni pegle, nego ih svaki put morate tražiti na recepciji i vratiti unutar dva sata. Također nema room servicea, a za ručnike i toaletni papir opet morate ići pitati na recepciju. Osoblje je ljubazno i spremno pomoći, što je jedina pozitivna strana boravka. Također, u opisu hotela piše dobar doručak i stoje slike kao da je uključen u cijenu, no zapravo ga morate dodatno platiti izvan objekta, oko 10 eura.

The Hotel is 3 minutes away from the Train Station and it takes 12 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. One can also go by train directly from Zaandam to Schiphol. Zaandam has a very cozy shoppingcenter with lots of different shops, coffee shops and food shops and at the end of the Shopping area are several nice Restaurants to the right. Zaandam is a perfect stay when visiting Amsterdam. Enjoy!

- Munroe (1/5): Not pleasant - The staff were pleasant enough There was no phone to call reception in the room, in the case of an emergency, you will die without help!!!!no kettle, iron and worst of all, the room was so tiny, I could not even turn around in the room. The hotels I’ve stayed at in the past, the check out is usually 11, hotel zandaam check out is 10 and we had to pay for them to keep our luggage. If it wasn’t for the few nice staff, I will not have anything good to say about it. I paid £280 through easyjet holidays for 1 night (including flight)and it was the worse money I’ve ever spent. Amsterdam and the Dutch people are lovely

- NOBUE (9/5): The location and price are good. - This hotel is incredibly convenient, just a 5-6 minute walk from Zaandam station, which is only three train stops from Schiphol Airport. The rooms are simple and clean, and the view from the window is nice. There's no hairdryer, so you have to borrow one from the front desk. There are no cups or refrigerators.

Resepsiyondan Ütü ve saç kurutma makinesini temin edebiliyorsunuz. Gaye sessiz bir otelde ulaşım çok kolaydı metroya birkaç dakika. Fiyat olarak merkezde yarı yarıya farkı vardı. Amsterdam Rogel travel ticket kart alırsanız sınırsız olarak dilediğiniz gibi merkeze gidip geliyorsunuz hiçbir sorun yaşamıyorsunuz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, Dolap yok haliyle bir bardak su yok buzdolabı da yok tek sıkıntısı dolap olmamasıydı eşyalarımızı koyacak bir yer yoktu neredeyse.
