• Verified traveler (6/5): Godt og hyggeligt, men ikke helt tilfredstillende - Dejligt sted, virkelig dejligt med et lille køkken så man kan opbevare ting. Dog er der MEGET lydt, så vi blev vækket hver gang nogen skulle ind eller ud. Derudover larmede airconditionen så meget at vi måtte slukke den, på trods af at vi havde det virkelig varmt. Værten for hotellet krævede 16€ i citytax på trods af at denne kun burde være 6€, og værten var ikke til stedet på hotellet på noget tidspunkt, så vi kunne ikke tage en dialog om dette, hvilket var ærgerligt.
• Karen (8/5): - This place didn’t have a property manager on site so I can’t gauge the customer service, but we met the cleaning lady and said it was okay to check in an hour early because she finished cleaning the place. Location and rooms were accommodating.
• Louis-Julien (6/5): - Very good location. Bed was confortable, fast wifi and not too expensive considering you are in Venice. However, no good view despite its 3 windows, the bathroom outside was clean but a bit unconvenient. I had flies in the room and there was a smell of humidity. It's okay for a short stay.

Väldigt Smutsig med dåligt luft.utrustning I köket var dåligt bara kylskopet funkade men ungn och vattenkokare var urfunkad fast i bildern som ägare har lägt ut de är väldigt nya. Ingen person var på plats för hjälp .Det känns vi har blivit totalt lurat av ägare .rummet vi fick för tre vuxna men hade bara en dubbelsäng vi blev tvungen att betala extra för en säng som var väldigt obekväm med gnissande ljud i hela natten.Jag rekomenderar inte den här platsen till någon.

• Andrew (10/5): Good, central accommodation for the price - Good central accomidation. Although no view, the space with two bedrooms worked well for a small family. 5 minute walk from the train station. 5 minute walk to great brewrey Il Santo Bevitore.

• José Carlos (8/5): Ótimo - Por ser Veneza não esperava muito, mas me surpreendeu, só o acesso até o apartamento não gostei muito, mas é assim mesmo em toda Veneza. Só não gostei a forma de entrar no apartamento, não tinha ninguém para nós receber,só vinha e-mail em inglês com códigos para você entrar e código para pegar as chaves, agora você imagina sem internet e não saber falar inglês foi bem complicado.

• giuseppe (10/5): Un'ottima soluzione nel centro di Venezia - Struttura in posizione molto comoda e centrale, nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria e a due passi da una fermata del vaporetto. Le sistemazioni sono spaziose e funzionali, comprendono un utile angolo cottura e sono molto silenziose. Un aspetto da considerare, nel caso di soggiorni più lunghi, è che non è previsto cambio degli asciugamani né servizio giornaliero di pulizie. Nel complesso si tratta di un'ottima sistemazione con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci torneremo molto volentieri.

• Adrian (8/5): - Le doy por puntuacion un bien bien situado al lado de parada de vaporetto y el apartamento esta bien el casanova lo inico que el baño esta en el hall pero es privado hay bastantes mosquitos comprar pq t comen esta completo la cocina y tienen aire acondicionado lo unico malo tb la lompieza habia telarañas y polvo por todos lados por lo demas bien apartamento para 3 o 4 dias como mucho

• Sara (10/5): - Location was great for us. Not far from train station. We were able to drop our bags off as we arrived mid morning. Communication with property was excellent, knowing what time we arrived in Venice, we were sent information on what to do on arrival to gain access to the property.
• ANTONIO (8/5): An adequate place to stay in Venice. - Very good location. Friendly landlady. You could leave your luggage before check in and after check out. Complete kitchen, but you couldn't put anything in the freezer because it is thickly iced and needs defrosting. Limited toilet/shower amenities. Darkly lit shower room. The passage alley Sotoportego Cà Pozzo is smelly and needs some cleaning (this is not the fault of Porta Orientalis). Noises and heavy footsteps from occupants on the floor above could be annoying at night (this is also not the fault of Porta Orientalis). Note: This is an unattended facility, so expect no service staff, just a contact phone number, the rooms are upstairs and there's no lift, and expect no daily housekeeping (these were described on the booking site).

• Marichu (10/5): Short but sweet! - Although it rained for a couple of days during our stay, we managed to have a lovely stay. Our stay at Porta is great, location is ideal, bed is comfortable, its clean and it's a good size. We had a separate kitchen, our own washroom and the bedroom. The owner Chiara is super nice. I will recommend this place to friends and family.

• Andrew (10/5): Great apartment! - I would highly recommend Porta Orientalis to anyone travelling to Venice. Chiara, the owner, speaks fluent English and is incredibly helpful and does a superb job of making you feel at home. Location wise it is central to everything, all the main tourist attractions are within walking distance, but it is far enough away that you are away from the noise and the crowds. When leaving the airport take the Orange Line and get off at the Guglie stop and you are a 1 minute walk away from the front door (I read a previous review that told us to get off at Rialto which involved a longer walk along with our heavy suitcase) The apartment has everything you need and is cleaned to perfection. There is nothing I could find fault with during our stay. If I was ever to go back to Venice I would stay here again and again! 10/10!
• Verified traveler (6/5): - 위치 좋아요. 산타 루치아역에서 도보로 6~7분 거리정도 되려나? 위치는 정말 괜찮아요. 구글맵 보고 가시면 찾기 어렵진 않아요.. 다만 간판은 없고 으슥한 골목을 쭉 들어가셔야 골목 끝에 있습니다. 저희는 늦게 도착하는바람에 (저녁8시 이후) 셀프 체크인 했구요. (다음날 스텝분 만났는데 친절하셨어요) 방은 생각 했던것처럼 넓었어요. 히든 키친이 있었는데 쓰진 않았습니다. ㅋㅋ 문을 열자마자 그 습기 가득찬 스멜? 그게 막 올라왔고 .. 2박 묵는 내내 그 냄시가 가득했어요. 아무래도 베네치아다보니 습하고 냄시 나나 싶었어요.. 근데 에어컨이 너무 소리가 커서 잠을 좀 설쳤습니다. (에어컨을 끄면 너무 덥고 습해서 힘들어요ㅠ) 그리고 한 가지 ㅋㅋㅋ 저희는 카사노바 방에 묵었는데 화장실이 밖에 있어요 ㅎㅎ 이건 미리 안내가 되어있었던건데 생각보다 많이 불편하더라구요.. 방에 거울도 없고

• Wei-Ju (10/5): 乾淨裝潢新,地點離車站近,CP值高!! - 房東回覆很快速~在約定的時間就在樓下熱情的接待我們,說我們是他們到目前為止入住的少數台灣人喔!!她先帶我們上樓check房間的設備,桌上備有可愛小指南簡介,還有寫出推薦餐廳!!總共有兩個房間~空間還算寬敞,以威尼斯的平價住宿來說,這間的裝潢算是很新的了~而且也頗乾淨!!冷氣很強(只是偶爾會有怪聲哈)大家要小心不要亂開窗威尼斯蚊子很多 :D 比較值得注意的是浴室淋浴的空間偏小,對於男生可能會比較不舒服,偶爾熱水會不穩,WIFI不強喔 XD 我們退房是搭當天晚上的火車離開,很推薦的是可以寄放行李唷!! 樓下的餐廳很好吃~覺得貴的朋友也可以買超市食物回民宿煮來吃(有廚房)~~
• elad (10/5): מיקום מרכזי במחיר סביר - לקחנו את היחידה הגדולה עם שירותים בחדר. קיארה היתה מדהימה ודאגה שיהיה לנו נוח ונעים. מיקום הדירה- דקה הליכה מתחנה מרכזית של אוטובוס מים וצמוד לגטו היהודי והמקומות הכשרים. בשבת קיארה הביאה לנו מפתח לכניסה למתחם והתאימה את הגלאים של התאורה עבורנו כדי שלא יהוו בעייה מבחינת שמירת השבת. תמורה טובה למחיר.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location and great space. The main door is down a dark alley at night but don’t be frightened, you a greeted warmly and the space is wonderful. The bathroom was not attached to our room but it was not much of an inconvenience. Overall, very nice stay.

• Tu (10/5): 在威尼斯完美的住宿体验 - 住宿体验满分！公寓式酒店设施齐全，配备的厨房里冰箱，厨具，咖啡机，吐司机等等应有尽有，浴室和卧室也十分干净整洁，最棒的是屋内还有空调！这在七月份的欧洲是非常完美的。酒店位置也很好，距离火车站步行可达，也可步行三分钟坐一站公交船到达，而从火车站可以方便到达各个景点，距离罗马广场也可步行或坐两站公交船，给我们几天的出游带来了很大便利。而酒店又位于一个小巷子中，十分安静，能得到很好的休息。
