• Claudia Maria (8/5): Struttura perfetta per un weekend ad Assuan, posizione ottima. - La posizione e la vista da alcune camere lato Nilo è molto sognante. Lo staff è molto carino e disponibile, la posizione comoda, vicino al mercato della città e vicino al Nilo. Ci sono camere molto diverse tra loro, la prima non era molto di nostro gradimento per moquette e spazi, ma una volta richiesto ci hanno subito spostate.

La douche chaude semble aléatoire ou met beaucoup de temps à s’enclencher et là il ne reste plus qu’un filet d’eau éthique. Dommage car pour tout le reste, c’est très bien.

• Family (5/5): Good location for a basic hotel. - The location was very close to the nile cruise dock and the breakfast was nice. The decor was very sterile and basic and the hotel in general needed updating. The room was a bit noisy as well.

• ffariwar (7/5): - Very convenient location. Walking distance to the Nile walkways and also to the main market and the train and bus station. The staff were polite and helpful. The room had beautiful views of the the Nile with all cruises. The shower didn't work as some parts were broke. So had to use the tap in the middle part of the shower to take a shower/ wash myself. 🙄 On one day after breakfast time was over, the female staff member asked us to leave the breakfast area. This was first time in all my travels this had happened. Everywhere else, you can stay in the breakfast area for as long as you want.

Персонал выше всяких похвал - заселили на 3 часа раньше без просьб с нашей стороны, прислали сразу же приветственные фрукты и воду, в 4 утра перед поездкой в Абу Симбел выдали сухой паёк (опять же мы не просили). И очень помогли обнаружить машину, которую прислала наша непунктуальная туркомпания, чтобы отвезти нас на круиз.

• Durga (10/5): - This hotel for the price you pay is super worth it. We loved specially the perianal staff members working especially the recepcionist Hamsa as well as her team who helped us in everything we needed when asked without hesitating at all. The bedroom was so far the best one we have had in Egypt as the bathroom and bedroom is spacious clean and very modern. Even though from the outside it may seme it's not a good hotel when you go in is definitely worth for few nights. They came to clean and order our room everyday and the fruit water and kettle in our bedroom was also a plus!! Congrats for your work!! The breakfast maybe you could offer some kind of hummus or Tahinn to enjoy better your bread cheese and everything else. But anyway it was very complete and correct. Maybe keep on working in the maintainacee of the cleaning of the floor and some small details but still I'm happy with my stay. We idoesnot work well only in the hall but that's okay once you know it you know how to deal with it.

Tienen un solo ascensor y el mismo no para en el primer piso con lo cual se complica subir y bajar el equipaje. No hay secador de cabello .

Nem todos os quartos são novos e têm problemas sérios de manutenção. O chuveiro, por exemplo, não tem uma calibragem de temperatura. A água oscila entre frio e muito quente o tempo todo.

Tenía una linda ista hacia el rio y sus embarcaciones. Esta cerca al mercado, bancos y sitios donde puedes cambiar dinero. También existen varios restaurante locales y restaurantes de cadena cerca del hotel. Nada. Muy recomendable.

• Eloisa (8/5): Estancia perfecta para una noche - El personal que fue encantador y las vistas desde la zona de desayuno. Nuestro baño tenía una puerta muy rara y a parte de pillarte los dedos y ser difícil de cerrar y abrir no insonoriza ni evita que los olores del baño salgan fuera.
