- Lars (7/5): Super Lage, aber an sich etwas zu teuer - Die Lage ist super. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Preis leistungs Verhalten ist nicht gut. Finde es zu teuer, aber das ist wohl mittlerweile überall in Palma so. Leider. Sonst alles top. Check in /out Mega easy, wenn man sich vorher schon registriert hat. Das war sehr angenehm.

- Paul (10/5): Fantastisch - Supergezellig ingericht. Perfecte locatie en aan alles was gedacht voor een paar dagen verblijf. Zelfs een paar tabs voor de wasmachine en afwasmachine! En de inrichting van het keukentje… brilliant! De slaapkamer riant met erg goed bed en een heerlijk dakterras! Goeie aanbevelingen voor restaurants en omgeving. Voor minder mobiele mensen en mensen die ‘s nachts naar de wc moeten is de trap naar beneden wel stijl.

Only issue for us was the very low wall on the mezzanine as the kids could essentially look over it from the bed.

The window of the upper room faces the street, and every person passing by feels like they walk inside your room. People would walk by until early morning, laugh, shout, be on their phone. Cars, horse carriages and mopeds would drive by, expect to wake up a lot when you have a light sleep - If guests enter through the heavy main iron gate, expect to wake up, also because the lights go on automatically and shine right into your bedroom - The sofa bed in the upper floor is really not comfortable, beds on the lower floor are ok - Toilet is quite awkwardly placed in the lower room what looks like a wardrobe, separated by a thin door. - Overall the price is too high for that type of inconvenience

On arrival which was waaaay before the check in time we met this beautiful angel called Carla who didn't speak any English,nor we spoke Spanish but that didn't stop us having the most wholesome conversation and she sorted out our check-in ( self check in machine didn't like us ) in literally less than 5 minutes. We could hear her every morning greeting everyone and making sure everything is tip top ! 🤍 Gorgeous, gorgeous woman !!

Nearby bakery had the best croissants I've ever eaten. Close to a decent supermarket. Kitchen area was badly designed and building was a bit noisy when guests came and went but noise didnt last long and it was quiet at night.

The south facing terrace is really pleasant to sit out and enjoy. Check-in was hassle free and Carla the lovely, super friendly house keeper gave us some really useful information. Stain on the sofa was unattractive and the kitchen was very sparsely equipped.

No habia forma de ponerme en contacto con el alojamiento. Menos mal que la limpiadora muy amable como solucion me dio una tarjeta y al dia siguiente se la devolvi.

Sehr nette Vermieter und die liebe Carla Zauber-Sauberfee hat sich immer bestens um uns gekümmert, sodass wir immer alles hatten. Preis Leistung: unschlagbar Wir waren eine Woche hier und es war echt schön, wir kommen gerne wieder und können es nur empfehlen.

Había agua, manzanilla, café, azúcar y sal para el primer día, la ubicación excelente, la comunicación con el alojamiento rápida. Sofá con manta para ver la tele, utensilios de cocina suficientes. Un gran sitio para pasar unos días muy agradables disfrutando de Palma. La puerta de entrada al complejo se engancha y cuesta de abrir, parece cerrada. El colchón era de muelles y empezaban a notarse (nada serio por ahora).

Тихая улица, никто не мешал отдыхать. Мудренная система регистрации. После регистрации онлайн пришлось снова пройти через регистрацию уже на месте. В номере не было соли, перца и масла на кухне. Не было средства для посудомойки. Мелочь, но неприятно. Пол был не очень чистый. Кажется расчитывают, что в номере будут ходить в обуви. Но с маленьким ребенком это не очень приятно.
- Indra (9/5): Great stay in old town for few days - Location is amazing - middle of old town! There’s plenty of space actually especially if it’s for few days (rather that weeks). I loved the fact that there was washing machine and even few detergent capsules provided. Self check in system is very advanced and provides you with keys on spot. To control humidity both floors had dehumidifiers working nonstop. There’s no doors to separate the rooms/floors (if you have children to put to sleep). Building’s entrance gate was playing up and provided code didn’t work - arriving late we had to find a solution together with other guests

Concrete/stone stairs give me the shivers with a kid around so a stair gate at the top indoors would have been good but we made one out of the furniture there so all good!
