Check in was easy and the host was quick to reply to questions via WhatsApp. The stairs down to the apartment could be difficult for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage as there was no lift. The overall cleanliness (or lack of) was very disappointing and the place smelt mouldy. No washing machine or daily cleaning. On the first night there was construction going on till 9pm and the building "refurbishment" is a work in progress.

A localização também é ótima, facilitando bastante a locomoção pela cidade. O processo de check-in foi muito tranquilo e organizado, e a equipe sempre esteve disponível e atenciosa quando precisei. Tudo estava limpo e bem preparado, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo para quem busca conforto, praticidade e uma excelente vista para o pao de acucar! nada
- Garcia (10/5): El barrio más auténtico de Río - Excelente estadía en Río. La ubicación en Santa Teresa es increíble ! sin dudas uno de los barrios más lindos y auténticos de la ciudad. Hay muchos cafés, bares y restaurantes muy buenos alrededor, y el ambiente del barrio tiene una vibra súper local y artística. Las vistas desde el apartamento son hermosas, especialmente al atardecer. Además, el acceso fue muy fácil desde el aeropuerto Santos Dumont. El check-in automático funcionó perfecto y hizo todo mucho más cómodo. El departamento estaba limpio, bien equipado y la comunicación fue rápida durante toda la estadía. Definitivamente volveríamos. - Edilenne (10/5): Perfeitoooo - Maravilhosa a estadia, localização boa, 3min a pé do Parque das Ruínas, surpreendentemente deslumbrante, vale uma ida para um café, a hospedagem não deixou nada à desejar, solicitos sempre que necessário. Precisei deixar as bagagens até mais tarde no hall para aguardar meu voo ainda aproveitando alguns minutos pelo rio, e atenderam a esse pedido. Agradeço demais as meninas que nos deram todo suporte! Única coisa que não gostei foi ter que ir embora 😂 Tivemos alguns comentários de Ubers falando que aquela região era difícil de pegar Uber, na prática vimos o contrário! Sempre que pedíamos imediatamente aparecia. E pra quem é mais prático tbm tem metrô pertinho Estação da Glória, usei bastante, barato e fácil.

- Karla (5/5): Needs more attention during their renovation - The bed was massive comfortable and with clean bedding, with a basic shower but good temperature. Overall the height of the ceiling was good so didn’t feel too hot or stuffy inside. Fine if you’re staying for a couple days but I stayed for a week and found it a lot of work. I felt fine walking around but because I had been here before it might shock some people with the steepness of the hills and homeless people sleeping nearby. Firstly the single occupancy apartment is up 4 flights of stairs, with a heavy luggage and no lift this was challenging. The second time I stayed here and I think the Ubers have decided to take even more time coming. There’s no shops nearby for groceries except a small one that opens for basics opens after 10 closes early, the nearest pharmacy also opens late and is a steep walk away. For all the renovation that is being done they should have better facilities for the cooking. The toaster was broken and there was only 1 pot and 1 frying pan. Only one large bread knife that was sharp so cooking a full meal was very difficult. No chopping board to use either and no mesh strainer to wash rice only for vegetables. No washing machine as they’re renovating this too, items came back missing and smelling damp/wet and unwashed even though I was assured I had placed all the items there and it was just because there was no fabric conditioner.. all my clothes returned stuffed back into the original bag not folded at all. I wanted to cook as I was here for a week and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Overall I would pay more money to stay in a more equipped apartment in another area.

As fotos nem sempre condizem exatamente onde você vai ficar (e o desenho do apartamento em si), o que pode ludibriar um pouco. A limpeza da minha Estadia foi terrível, encontrando cabelos, marcas de dejeto humano, barata e um quarto que não passa por uma limpeza profunda (deep-cleaning) há bastante tempo. Eu tive problema também com o sistema de reconhecimento facial e atendimento

- Campos (5/5): Esperava mais. - Ótima localização e com uma vista deslumbrante. A janela da sala estava agarrando então não dava para abrir, impedindo de deixar circular um ar no ambiente. As cortinas estavam bem sujas e empoeiradas e o guarda roupas com um péssimo cheiro. A cama não tinha um colchão de casal e sim dois de solteiro o que era péssimo para dormir. A TV não era smart e o aparelho de antena não funcionava, ao pedir ajuda da equipe informaram que por ser feriado não teríamos quem resolvesse o problema. O Wi-Fi não foi útil pois o sinal era bem fraco. O banheiro estava com um cheiro ruim, parecia não ter sido limpo antes do nosso check in Não disponibilizam panos de chão ou de prato/cozinha para uso dos hóspedes. As toalhas de banho estavam além de encardidas com aspecto e cheiro de guardadas, as roupas de cama também, borrifar um amaciante com bom cheiro nas roupas de cama já ajudaria.

Es gibt die straße, die direkt zur bekannten Treppe und zum Zentrum führt. die würde ich nachts nicht gehen. Ich habe aber sowieso immer einen uber genommen, weil es steil bergauf geht und heiß ist . Mit dem uber ist man überall ziemlich schnell, vor allem auch im Zentrum. Mega geil ist auch der parque das ruinas direkt nebenan. Da war eine geile sundowner Party als ich da war. Und wenn mein Zimmer mit Aussicht hat, ist das mega. Tolle glasfenster. Personal sehr nett auch wenn nicht 24/7 erreichbar. Es gab zwar eindeutig Mängel aber für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis fand ich es super. Bin aber auch nicht so picky Die Wohnungen sind schon etwas heruntergekommen, was dann den Eindruck macht. Das es schmutzig ist. War schon OK geputzt ( jetzt nicht UNTERM Bett) Ist.zb Rost Flecken im Schrank. Waschbecken Tropft von oben in den Geschirr Schrank.

- Star (7/5): Volvería - La ubicación es increíble, el ambiente es precioso. Las camas son muy cómodas, cuando me comunique con el personal y el dueño fueron muy atentos y nos daban respuestas o solucionaban lo pedido. Nosotros pedimos dos habitaciones con camas dobles(ambas) nos dieron una con camas separadas, o sea dos camas de 1 plaza, no hicimos problema y las juntamos, nos acamodaron y estuvo bien. El depto no tenía esponja para lavar platos, ni detergente, tampoco tenían por ejemplo escoba, pala, ni para secar el piso. No tenía para mantener la limpieza en el baño tampoco. El resto increíble.

Entramos y vimos que estaba ocupado, claro... nos metimos en el departamento equivocado. Obvio que nos fuimos enseguida.. pedimos devolución del dinero, a las 4 hs nos avisa que era para abajo de las escaleras.. ya habíamos reservado en otro lugar. El barrio malisimo, tenes que subir arriba de la montaña.

O bairro todo esquisito tinha gente estranha na rua, foi uma falta de responsabilidade com as pessoas , eu paguei e nem usei esse lixo de lugar e vc tenta resolver com a Booking e eles dizem que não pode fazer nada e então o prejuízo fica todo pra você então caso quiser passar raiva , energia , perder dinheiro ficar no prejuízo e ficar na mão é somente ir pra esse lugar aí Não me receberam
- Lucas (9/5): Excelente pra quem quer ficar no centro/Lapa/Museu de Arte Moderna/Vivo Rio. - O quarto é muito bom. A localização também é boa, rua super tranquila. É proximo da Lapa, mas sem aquela sensação de insegurança por ter varios moradores de rua circulando pelo local. A vista do quarto é magnífica. Atendentes muito solícitos. Sistema de segurança prático. Wi-fi não é muito bom, a cama de casal é a junção de dois colchoes de solteiro (incomoda um pouco pelo fato de que as bordas sao um pouco mais altas/duras que o meio do colchão, ruim pra um casal ficar proximo). O trajeto para ir ate as praias de Copacabana e Ipanema já é um pouco demorado por causa das interdições no transito aos domingos/feriados. É bom levar isso em consideração no roteiro de vcs (acabei atrasando o checkout por causa desse “imprevisto”, mas não fui cobrado de nenhuma taxa por um atraso de quase 1h no checkout)

Não tinha máquina de lavar roupa como dizia no anúncio, o ralo da sacada entupido, a água da chuva não descia, ficamos trancados na hospedagem por 1:30h pq faltou energia e nenhum dos responsáveis atendiam o celular, sendo que um deles se encontravam no local, um calor terrível e muitos hóspedes querendo sair e outros entrar, falta de responsabilidade, o ar condicionado pingava água na cabeceira da cama e respingava em quem estivesse deitado, guarda roupa mal cheiroso. Custo benefício péssimo pq não foi barato. Não gostei

- Rob J. (4/5): Verwaarloosd appartement - Niets, De foto's komen in het geheel niet overeen met het appartement. In 1 woord; vervallen hok. NOTE: (nieuwe) eigenaar gaf toe dat er niets goed was. Heb lijst met gebreken gedeeld en oplossing gevonden met eigenaar (3 v/d 4 nachten teruggeboekt & zelf ander hotel geboekt). Eigenaar gaf aan dat hij meerdere appartementen heeft en deze zeer recentelijk had aangekocht. (ik had al geboekt in juni '25!) en deze met zekerheid zou gaan opknappen. Dus check als je deze boekt of dat inmiddels gedaan is. Zie voorgaande!
- VICTOR SCHILTON (9/5): - A localização é maravilhosa, a vista da varanda espetacular, a equipe que cuida do local muito atenciosa, cama grande e confortável, ambiente bem decorado e limpo, cozinha com utensílios básicos em ordem, voltaria com certeza. Tivemos a infelicidade de ficar justamente em um apartamento que o aquecedor estava com problema, então a equipe nos permitiu tomar banho em outras unidades desocupadas, como forma de amenizar o problema.

- SANTOS (4/5): - Tourist location, only for a short stay. It was hard to get a taxi to the property. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and often didn’t work at all. The air-conditioning in the living room broke down and was never fixed during our stay. Communication was poor overall, and the coffee machine wasn’t working properly either.
