Aerul conditionat nu a fost curatat niciodata, mirosea ingrozitor, nu se putea folosi, somiera patului cadea cum te asezai, era extrem de veche. Miros de scurgere din baie, pereti subtiri. Micul dejut preambalat. Ne-au perceput o taxa de oras care nu era specificata pe booking.

• Bianca (6/5): Redelijk - Het was in een rustige straat. En wij hadden gelukkig de kamer met het balkon. De dunne wandjes, je hoort alles uit de andere kamers. Het ontbijt, alleen maar voorverpakte zoete broodjes.

• André (5/5): Günstige, gut erreichbare Bleibe mit freundlichen Betreibern und leider sehr brüchigem Bett - Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und kommunikativ auf Zack. Gemeldete Mängel wie verstopfte Abflüsse in Dusche und Waschbecken wurden umgehend beseitigt. Auch wenn ein wenig außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen, waren wir relativ schnell bei den touristischen Highlights wie Vatikan (ca. 30 Min per Zug & Metro) und Kolosseum (45 Min per Bus). Vom Bhf. Trastevere benötigt man ca. 1/2 h zur Unterkunft. Leider hat ATAC ab 23. März 2026 auch die Tramlinie 8 durch Busse ersetzt, wie wohl schon seit Jahren die Linie 3. Es gibt eine kleine Küche und 2 Supermärkte in 2 - 5 Min. Entfernung, falls man zum Frühstück lieber etwas Substantielles statt abgepackte Backwaren genießen möchte. Das Bett war das Schlechteste, das mir in meinem Leben untergekommen ist: Die Holzplanken unter der Matratze waren z. T. so durchgebogen, dass Sie nicht mehr fest in den seitlichen Halterungen saßen und leichten Belastung herunterfielen. Ich hatte in den 5 Nächsten vor Ort im Schnitt eine heruntergefallene Planke vor Tag, konnte das Problem durch "Umschichten" der Planken nach zwei Nächten minimieren. Daher kann mein Gesamturteil auch nur mäßig ausfallen.
• Selena (9/5): Great stay, great hosts! - Great place and the sweetest hosts! Easy check in and check out process! It was like our own apartment and was decorated so nice! The breakfast that was made up for us every morning was more than enough and very generous! It’s not as close to Rome but it was very easy to get public transportation nearby. The place was so clean and everyone we came across in the building was so kind. Would definitely love to come back! A slight sewage smell lingered from the shower drain. Not the end of the world though! Opening the window in the bathroom helped!

• LeToJu (4/5): - La atención de Frabizio y Resina, pendientes y respondiendo a mis mensajes con mucha rapidez... hasta que hice el check in y pagué, a partir de ahí se despreocuparon completamente. El inodoro y la cisterna son del siglo XIX... y luego dirán que los clientes somos "sucios". Vergonzoso. El mobiliario es vintage, la habitación no se corresponde con las fotografías que ofrecen. Para encontrar los enchufes hay que meterse en Google Maps. Problemas con la televisión, el aire acondicionado, el wc y la cisterna, no está nada mal, teniendo en cuenta que sólo hemos estado tres noches. Sí fueron exageradamente rápidos en cobrar, un día antes de irnos, molestándonos todo un día entero para saber cuándo podíamos volver para pagar, lo nunca visto. El colchón y la almohada no se la ofrecen ni a los presos condenados a muerte. Una auténtica tortura. Esto no es un apartamento para alojarse y descansar, esto es una habitación de estudiantes, destartalada, usada para el turismo. La limpieza no es buena ni es mala, simplemente no existe. Veni, vidi... et non redibo.

• ÁrpádK (9/5): - Friendly staff, clear communication, easy to access highlights of the city. The rooms were clean. We loved the balcony. Breakfast was nice (but included only sweet stuff) Walls are a bit thin. We could hear other guests coming and going. A smart tv would be an improvement :D

• Max (5/5): Peaceful neighborhood and nice place with no privacy in room 3 - The property was nice in a very safe neighborhood and the Rudy was very sweet, breakfast pastries each morning was very nice. The patio was super nice. Room number 3 at their main location with the double doors felt like we had no privacy, we could hear everyone’s voices right out front the door especially during check in and check out and the other 3 rooms had to pass through the room outside this room in order to exit so we were woken up quite a few times and had to stay quiet while talking, also the bed was a little worn and you could feel the springs in your back when falling asleep, I would recommend to them to invest in more sound proof doors for this room, and a brand new bed besides that it was all good

• Eryn (6/5): - I enjoyed our room, everything was very clean and had a cute balcony. Overall I had no problem with the state of the room etc. However, this could be considered rather traveller/tourist unfriendly as we had just arrived from plane to come to accomodate with no sim etc and had earlier messaged for early check in. We proceeded to wait a few hours before getting a local to call the owners for us but otherwise we had no way in. The owners are all very lovely and helpful 10/10 for their service, we also ran into a little wifi issue but was quickly resolved by them. Overall it was a lovely accommodation just didn’t have the best check in experience.
• Ewa (6/5): - Good size apartment and clean but advertised with parking. There is no parking and its a nearly impossible to find any parking space on street. Breakfast looks amazing on the pictures but in reality its just supermarket long shelf biscuits and cakes.

• Anna (6/5): Great communication with managers but poor quality - Unfortunately the accommodation was not what I was shown on the pictures when I booked it. I got a room with a shower not a bathtub as in the pictures and theee was no balcony. The curtains were not blackout and the shutters didn’t work. The worst part was that old, ruined and very dirty mattress I had to sleep on during my first night. Thankfully the managers changed it the next day only after I complained about hygiene issues and back pain. The breakfast is only sweet processed foods in a package. No fresh fruit or eggs. I would call what they offer as breakfast coffee snacks. Coffee and tea is offered at any time of the day in the breakfast area which is the hallway of the apartment with four bedrooms. The managers were very polite and helpful but unfortunately the the standards of this anirbnb are very low.

• Natalie (8/5): Bem longe da cidade, porém silencioso e tranquilo. - Fui com meu esposo, ficamos 4 dias. A pousada é muito charmosa. É realmente longe da cidade, e para nós acabou sendo cansativo, especialmente no dia de partir, pois não passava ônibus de madrugada e precisamos pedir um taxi. Porém, já estávamos cientes disso antes de fechar, então nada a reclamar sobre esse ponto. O ar condicionado parou de funcionar nas primeiras horas, e apenas o aquecedor funcionava. No dia seguinte, Rudina tentou tudo o que pôde para fazer funcionar, sem sucesso, e ficou por isso mesmo. Ela apenas sugeriu que abríssemos a janela durante a noite, pois estava um clima mais frio. Ainda assim, passamos calor e ouvimos um pouco de barulho durante a noite, o que atrapalhou nossa experiência. Se fosse durante o verão, seria impraticável. O café da manhã é bem simples, são apenas alguns produtos comprados em mercado. Biscoitos, pão doce, tudo embalado em sacos e frio. Não foi ruim, porém no final pouco comíamos. O atendimento foi maravilhoso, o bairro é de fato mais silencioso. Tudo depende de qual é seu objetivo e o que está disposto ou não a passar, ao ir para Roma.

• Jennifer (8/5): Very good - Staff was so so friendly and check in was great. They left the sweetest breakfast for me and were so accommodating. Place is clean, comfy bed. Water pressure solid. They were available if I needed anything (like an extra blanket which they quickly brought over). Very kind hosts and neighborhood feels safe and close to a bodega. It's quite far from the city. There was a strike with the buses so it made it super difficult to do anything and get around since it was far - about a 50 min walk. The buses (when running) are far from the apt. This would be perfect if you had a car or taxis were in the budget. I heard an animal or child running up and down in the upstairs apt -not sure what it was- but it woke me a couple times. The check out was quite early.

Coffee and assorted packaged sweets are provided and we loved being able to make our own coffees in the morning. The room is close to the train station and bus stops and is a quiet oasis away from the crowds and noise

The property is in an easy to get to location with great connections into the city and the main tourism areas. Comfy bedrooms Theres nothing to dislike - however the bathrooms are a little eclectic (home plumbed).

• Elvira (10/5): - Wir wurden direkt herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist dicht am Zentrum. Das Bad ist sehr klein, dennoch vollkommen ausreichend. Das Frühstück wird auch ganz toll angerichtet.

• Maria (10/5): - Mig og min kæreste havde et dejligt ophold. Fabricio er rigtig sød og venlig, ligeledes er hans mor som serverer morgenmad. De havde rigtig god røræg til morgenmaden! Dog var det lidt kedeligt til sidst at spise det samme og det samme men vi var her også en uge. Hyggeligt værelse og lækkert at badekaret har boblebadsfunktion. Det var nemt at komme til og fra centrum med sporvognen, dog skal man købe billetter i diverse kiosker og gerne både så du har til ud og hjem da det kan være svært at finde en butik om aftenen som sælger togbilletter. Bare køb engangs billetter da det er billiigst, det informerede Fabricio os om og det er rigtigt! Vi havde en skøn uge i rom på deres dejlige celio værelse.

Per non parlare della nostra sorpresa nel scoprire che l'acqua calda funzionava (cosa assolutamente non scontata per i B&B della capitale) Ci torneremo appena possibile!
• s & s (10/5): Sehr gut für Städtereisen - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Fabrizio war ein überaus netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Apartment liegt mit den Öffentlichen ca 15 min vom Zentrum entfernt. Fabrizio hat uns sogar das Frühstück , das von seiner Mutter zubereitet wurde, geschenkt. Alles in allem eine sehr tolle Erfahrung.

Il gestore, Fabrizio, ci ha dato anche molte indicazioni , precise e molto utili, su come muoverci per la città e visitare le bellezze di Roma. La mamma di Fabrizio ci ha servito colazioni abbondanti e prelibate, con varietà di prodotti e dolci fatti in casa davvero deliziosi. La stanza è confortevole e carina, molto curata nei dettagli. La posizione è ottima. Comoda ai mezzi, ma permette anche di raggiungere Trastevere e le principali attrazioni (colosseo, fori imperiali etc...) in 40-50 minuti di cammino.
• Lasse (10/5): Hyggeligt minihotel med god stemning - Vi havde tre nætter på dette hyggelige minihotel. Fabrizio og hans familie tog sig godt af os og hjalp os med at finde rigtig gode restauranter. Og så serverer de en rigtig god hjemmelavet morgenmad! Det er et super hyggeligt sted og kan varmt anbefales og selvom det ikke ligger midt i centrum.
