Location it’s listed in Booking.com is not the location of the property. So overpriced. Staff unfriendly. Toilet didn’t flush. Air con didn’t work. Absolutely terrible. Checked out 1 hr after checking in and moved to another hotel.

• Louise (8/5): - The location was good and it was very close to the Termini station which meant a fairly straightforward walk to get to the historical sites, although the street was a bit rough-looking The area outside the building was a bit rough looking.
• Mark Botham (7/5): Decent room near Termini for a night or two. - The room met expectations, which for a 2 night stay in Rome for me were: close to Termini, quiet room, good bed, basics covered (coffee, good shower, safe in room, a/c). Small room, window but no view. No sitting area. Staff friendly, spoke English, provided recommendations for dinner. Reached out twice and had quick responses. Decent value for Rome as it is in general overpriced for what you get, compared to other spots for eg Naples. Would stay here again. Towels were not replenished during my one room makeup, not usually a big deal but I had used bath mat to clean up coffee machine leak. Also no replacement coffee pods & tea for day 2. They brought some right away when I reached out. I reported the issue with expresso machine as it leaked badly both days.

• Alex (8/5): Per brevi soggiorni per chi arriva in treno - Struttura pulita nei pressi di Termini. Ideale per un breve soggiorno come punto di appoggio. Letti comodi, bagno in ordine. Macchinetta per il caffè in camera come surplus. Staff molto gentile Direi che per essere in zona termini è una struttura valida. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è forse un pò elevato.

Avevo prenotato un letto king size, ma per king intendono un letto matrimoniale classico. Quindi mi fa pensare che il loro matrimoniale classico potrebbe essere un letto alla francese.

• Balogh (5/5): Jobbra számítottunk. - Kedves személyzet,naponta takarítottak, cserélték a törölközőt.Közel van minden gyalogosan,illetve pár megálló busszal ,de a Termini 100 méter.Több étterem ,KFC .Minden megtalálható. Sajnos a kétszemélyes ágy két gyermeknek is keskeny lett volna ,nagyon kényelmetlen volt .Nincs kispárna ,a takaró az függöny anyag volt ,fűtés gyenge, fáztunk.Megjelölhettük az érkezést ,de nem engedték hogy hamarabb letegyük a csomagokat,viszont a haza jövetelt sürgették.Hajszaritó rossz volt .wifi sem volt jó.Nem volt éjjeli szekrény ,a konnektorok is egy helyen ,a tv mögött . Viszont a takarító hölgy már hat órakor elég hangosan közlekedik.A csomag megőrző nem a helyszínen volt hanem mellette ,egy szekrény amibe egy bőrönd fér 5 euró óránként.Penészes az ablakok körül a fal . Két szobát foglaltunk,ugyh az értékelés mindkettőre vonatkozik.

• Astrid_S (10/5): Excelente ubicación. - Sin duda la ubicación, está solo a una cuadra de Termini, por lo que llegar con las maletas es muy cómodo, esto te permite llegar fácilmente y no tener que caminar con maletas por Roma, desde acá puedes llegar a todos los lugares turísticos caminando, ademas, esta cerca del metro. Cuenta con wifi, el que funciona muy bien. La habitación estaba muy limpia. nada.

• Baida (4/5): No recomendable - No puedo decir que algo me gusto. No respondieron a los whatsapp luego de dejarnos la habitacion. La verdad bastante que desear la atencion. Habia olor a gato. La habitacion 1X1, piso frio. La calefaccion no funcionaba. Lo unico rescatable es que esta cerca de la estacion.

• Michał (8/5): Il soggiorno è stato tranquillo, il posto è vivamente consigliabile! - Tutto bene, apprezzo molto anche il fatto di poter fare il check-in presto la mattina (se la camera è libera e pronta, te la danno subito, anche alle 9.00) e la possibilità di depositare il bagaglio. Le pareti sono sottilissime, dalle 6 del mattino si sentiva perfettamente ogni parola del vicino. Forse sono capitato male, ma ascoltare le chiamate internazionali dalle 6 ad alta voce, delle quali non sei minimamente interessato non è quello che aspetti.

• Mingshang (9/5): In general I enjoyed my stay here. - The staffs are great and very helpful, responding quickly to all my needs. The location is excellent, only two minutes away from the train station. The room is quite small, a bit not so easy to move around, but the price is a good bargain. The bathroom shower head could improve for a better use.

Tarihi yerlere 20-30 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Abartıldığı kadar tehlikeli bir mahalle değil hiçbir sorun yaşamadık akşamda dahil.zaten biz adanalıyız. Odadaki eşyalar çok lüks değildi ancak herşey temizdi. Yeterli malzeme vardı. Hergün oda toparlandı. Personelin iletişimi iyiydi. İlk gece soğuk olduğunu söylediğimizde hemen sorunu hallettiler. 1-2 gece konaklama için çok iyi ama daha uzun kalmak isterseniz mutfak ve çamaşır makinası olmaması çocuklu aileyi zorluyor. Odada hafif bir koku vardı ama evler eski zaten bizim için sorun olmadı. Akşam dönüşte çok fazla göçmen var ama kimse size takılmıyor. Yanınızdan geçip gidiyorlar. Zaten romanın genelinde arsız hırsız çok.

• Sagi (8/5): מלון משתלם ביחס למחיר - המיקום מאוד נוח ממש מול תחנת טרמיני. צ'ק אין 24/7 מאוד נוח לטיסות מאוחרות. שירות ניקיון יומי החלפת מגבות וכו' מקרר, מכונת קפה קומקום וכספת. המיטה הזוגית מאוד קטנה ולא הכי נוחה. יש רק ראש מקלחת על הקיר אין ידית עם ראש מקלחת נשלף .

We were allowed to leave for free our luggage in a nearby hotel because our departure flight was late in the evening. The heating doesn't work at all. We were explained that in turns on and off itself but we couldn't see it working at all.
