De la gentillesse et de l’efficacité de Sandrine et son équipe, aux bons petits plats mijotés en passant par la décoration faite avec soin. La possibilité de faire des soins est un gros plus! Tout comme la localisation parfaite! Bref nous avons adoré notre séjour de 4 jours. Devoir quitter le Riad pour rentrer chez nous :(

• Marinette13 (10/5): - L’endroit est un véritable havre de paix. Légèrement excentré de la médina, ce qui permet d’être plus au calme. Le personnel est au petit soin, toujours extrêmement serviable et gentil. Tout est décoré avec soin, on s’y sent vraiment bien. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. Les repas en supplément sont délicieux!
• Aline (9/5): - Nous sommes plus que satisfaits de notre séjour dans ce riad à Marrakech ! Idéalement situé, il se trouve à l’écart de l’agitation de la médina tout en restant accessible à pied, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Le riad propose également des excursions si vous le souhaitez : nous avons choisi la vallée de l’Ourika avec eux, et tout a été parfait du chauffeur au guide. Nous n’avons absolument pas été déçus ! Certes, c’est un peu plus cher que certaines excursions réservées en ligne, mais cela vaut largement le coup grâce au service privé et à la qualité de l’expérience. Mention spéciale au personnel, toujours aux petits soins : Slimane, Hamza, Youssef et Zakia, qui ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!
• Estelle (9/5): Lovely stay, thanks to the team! - Lovely team and yummy breakfast on the rooftop! Bedroom was comfy. Riad is a 20 min walk away from the main square, but it's quite nice to be in a less turistic neighborhood in my opinion!
• Cath1978 (1/5): Very disappointing stay: uncomfortable bed, unresolved complaint, hostile atmosphere. - When we arrived the men who did the check in. We booked Riad Amya & Spa for 22–26 March 2026 but left early because of the bed quality and the way our complaint was handled. After the first night, we immediately reported that the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and that we had barely slept. The next morning, we raised it again and explained that if nothing changed, we would need to find another place. We were shown another room, but that bed also felt badly sagged to us, almost as if you could feel the hard base underneath. We were told something would be added to improve it, but when we returned that evening, only a very thin layer had been placed on top, which made no real difference for us. The next morning, we decided to leave. A staff member told us that if we requested a refund for the final night via Booking.com, the owner would agree. That later turned out not to be the case. I left that decision entirely to them, but the atmosphere changed completely once we said we were leaving. The messages I later received came across to me as threatening and contained statements that I believe were untrue, including claims about back problems we never mentioned. I also felt attacked rather than helped, and I would not be surprised if this review is answered in the same way. Another issue was the rooftop terrace: when the hammam was being heated, the terrace filled with smoke and a strong smoke smell, to the point that it irritated our eyes. The location was also less convenient than expected. After a full day walking in the souks or parks, another 30-minute walk back felt too far, especially given the price. In our opinion, there are better-located riads in Marrakech for less money. We did not leave impulsively. We reported the problem immediately, gave the property the opportunity to address it, and only left when no effective solution was offered.

• Sandrine (9/5): Nous recommandons vivement ce riad pour la qualité de son accueil, son charme et ses prestations - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad à Marrakech. L’établissement est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et offre une atmosphère à la fois chaleureuse et dépaysante. Le salon est particulièrement cocooning, idéal pour se détendre après une journée de visite, et le rooftop avec sa petite piscine est un vrai plus. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable, attentif et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était très propre, tout comme l’ensemble de l’établissement, et la literie particulièrement confortable. Le petit déjeuner fait maison est copieux et de grande qualité, avec des produits frais, et nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les repas du soir, savoureux et proposés à un très bon rapport qualité-prix. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Marrakech à pied, ce qui est très appréciable. Concernant les points à améliorer : une mosquée se trouve à proximité, avec un haut-parleur orienté vers la ruelle du riad. L’appel à la prière, qui fait partie intégrante de la culture locale, peut occasionner une gêne particulièrement pour les occupants des deux chambres dont les fenêtres donnent sur cette ruelle et dont l’isolation phonique pourrait être renforcée pour plus de confort.

On a été touché par la gentillesse de l'équipe, on a tellement apprécié de prendre notre petit déjeuner - tellement délicieux car fait maison - sur la terrasse ensoleillée. Nous étions à 15 minutes à pied du centre, autant dire que l'emplacement est idéal et que nous recommanderons avec plaisir cette adresse à nos proches et que nous retournerons d'office là-bas si un jour nous avons le plaisir de revenir à Marrakech. • agathe (10/5): Un Riad où on se sent comme à la maison - Lors de notre séjour mère-fille à Marrakech nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs Riads pour découvrir au maximum la culture locale. Le Riad Amya & spa a été de loin notre préféré : emplacement proche d’un grand axe pour que le taxis puisse nous laisser juste devant, quartier calme et sécurisant car situé au pied du Palais du Roi (caméras, gardes, police à proximité), une hôte (Sandrine) très chaleureuse ainsi que son équipe qui nous font sentir comme à la maison, décoration très soignée + services de qualité proposés (chambre avec 1 standing digne de grands hôtels : peignoirs, serviettes, produits à disposition, ménage journalier + petit déjeuner et autres repas délicieux et surtout réalisés avec des produits frais et locaux).

• SANDRINE (10/5): Meilleur Riad de Marrakech - Tout ! La déco chic et raffinée, Slimane et son équipe aux petits soins, toujours souriant et une disponibilité incroyable ! La propreté extrême grâce à Sara la gouvernante qui a le sourire à chaque fois qu’on la croise. Literie exceptionnelle Le dîner à tomber, nous avons vu la cheffe revenir du marché avec les beaux légumes. Les petits déjeuners 100% maison. Leur chauffeur est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport c’est hyper confortable (200dhs) et il nous a déposé et accompagné devant la porte. Le riad est à 15 m’ à pieds du sook. Nous avons tout fait à pieds et quel plaisir le soir de boire le thé devant la cheminée. Nous avons fait un hamam massage avant de repartir et c’était dingue ! Je fais beaucoup de massage en France mais c’est de loin mon meilleur. Merci à la propriétaire pour le contact avant l’arrivée et sa bienveillance. C’est certain nous allons revenir et je vous le conseille vivement ! Riad Amya c’est la valeur sûre ! Rien !

Pour les repas il n' y a pas d'autres choix que la nourriture locale pendant tout le séjour. L 'idéal serait de proposer deux menus si possible.Le petit déjeuner était top. Attention également à la taxe de séjour car ce n'est pas la même taxe indiquée par booking que ce qui est facturée.

• Wilma (10/5): Fantastische Riad , schoon, sfeervol ingericht met fijn personeel - De gastvrijheid. Na onze late vlucht fijn ontvangen met marokaanse the en koekjes door Hamza en Sandrina. Uitleg gekregen van de Riad en een platte grond met suggesties wat te deoen in Marrakech. Al het personeel is heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent. de gehele riad is schoon, sfeervol ingericht en het ruikt er lekker. Prima ontbijt. Ook kun je s'morgens aangeven of je er s'avonds wilt eten. Dat hebben wij 2x gedaan. Was erg lekker en smaakvol. Goede ligging net buiten het drukke stadscentrum. ( 20 min lopen) Het is er s'nachts stil. Eigenlijk niets . Het enige wat ik miste was een stoel op onze kamer. Daarintegen is er een smaakvol ingericht binnenplein en huiskamer voor alle gasten , waar je wel goed kunt zitten.

Tout était parfait, Un grand merci à Slimane, Abdallah, Hamza, et Sarah pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme sans faille. Nous remercions également la cheffe cuisto que nous n'avons pas rencontré mais qui a régalé nos papilles tout au long de notre séjour au riad... Merci encore pour le couscous qui était juste SUCCULENT !! Nous recommandons ce riad à 100000 %. Si vous souhaitez séjourner dans un Riad au calme, aux chambres bien décorées, avec une piscine sur le toit, à 20min à pied de la place Jemaa el fna, et où tous les repas sont fait maison, c'est au Riad Amya qu'il faut venir !! À bientôt, nous reviendrons à coup sûr. Dina & Laura A vrai dire rien... Si ce n'est le Hammam qui n'en est pas vraiment un, et où la température était froide... C'est la seule chose "négative" de ce séjour.

Kamer is voor 3 personen aan de kleine kant, dit vooral door de koffers en inhoud ervan. Echter is er voldoende ruimte buiten de kamer in de riad waar je kunt vertoeven met veel sfeer en gezelligheid

• Thierry (9/5): Excellent séjour dans un endroit magique, propre, décoré avec goût et au personnel super attentionné - Très beau riad, décoré avec goût, très propre, personnel très attentionné et professionnel (mention spéciale pour Slimane), Bien situé, un peu en dehors de la cohue de la ville, mais facile d'accès. Petit déjeuner fabuleux, fait maison, et servi sur la terrasse/rooftop. C'est tellement bien qu'on voudrait garder cette adresse uniquement pour soi ;-). Bref, je recommande très vivement. Dommage pour l'appel à la prière à 6h du matin .-)

Les chambres sont toujours propres et bien rangées, et la cuisine est excellente (je vous conseille vivement de prendre la demi pension si vous voulez vous régaler !!) Si nous devons revenir à Marrakech, nous savons où nous viendrons nous loger !
• Yvonne (10/5): Stay here there is nothing to dislike - The property was well situated to walk to the medina and square . The trace at the top with the swimming pool was lovely for relaxing on a hot afternoon the rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff were just excellent . The breakfasts were exceptional and nothing was to much trouble . We have visited Marrakech many times and this Riad was definitely our favourite . The evening meal if you want to reserve it you do so in the morning as it is freshly prepared each day and you won’t be disappointed it was one of our best meals on our trip . We took advantage of the Amman and massage at the Riad again another lovely experience . Just to say a big thankyou to Riad Amya and its staff for an exceptional stay .

The team led by Sandrine were exceptional, so friendly, thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. They organised trips for us and gave great advice. Breakfasts were plentiful and we also enjoyed a couple of traditional evening meals too. We had Hammam and massage - highly recommend
• Claire (10/5): A beautiful welcoming Riad that made our holiday so special!! - Our stay was so wonderful! From the moment we arrived and had our welcome mint tea we were looked after so well - the care and attention from the staff is very special. Sandrine has created a delightfully cosy Riad with so many extra touches we really looked forward to going back every evening. Slimane was so attentive and helpful, we felt like we had a personal butler! Ilyass was really friendly and we introduced him to some British food. Sara and Bouchra keep the accommodation looking very clean and made our rooms look so gorgeous - and smelt wonderful!! And the food!! Breakfast every morning had such a great selection - and we had lunch on the day we arrived - chicken tagine - it really was delicious. We wished we had time to have more meals there in the evening as the food was very good. We also really liked the location of the property, just off a busy street (so you can get dropped off right outside) but really peaceful once inside. It is a 10 minute walk to get to the medinas and about 15 minutes to the main square - we thought it was close enough to walk, but just outside the noisier parts. There were 4 of us in our group, all with different ideas of the perfect holiday - and we all agreed this stay at Riad Amya was one of the best places we have stayed - we all want to go back!!!

Lovely relaxing roof terrace and had a great hammam and massage at the Riad too. Rooms are as shown in the photos and decor is lovely. Slightly outside the city so a bit of a walk to go in each time.

The place is stunning, with tasteful decor and immaculate cleanliness. The breakfasts were hearty, and the dinners on the roof terrace were delightful. Its location couldn’t be better - tucked near the medina's wall, it allowed us to dive into the hustle while providing a peaceful retreat. Also, it was conveniently located for our day-trip pickups and those refreshing morning runs around the royal palace. But what truly stood out was the staff's hospitality. From the warm welcome to showing us around the neighborhood, pointing out the best spots for safe money exchange, and engaging in genuine conversations, they made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond to enhance our experience, surprising us with treats for Valentine's Day, and even organizing a cooking class where we learned to make our own tagine and explored the local fresh food market. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Doesn't apply.

• Sua (8/5): Fantastic! - Riad Amya exceeded our expectations in more ways than one. Sandrine, Rahel, Ayoub and team really do go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday and beautiful balloons and flowers were arranged for her and Ayoub was unbelievably kind and gave her a small gift!! The team generally made many adjustments to accommodate the size and nature of our group. Sandrine recommended and booked the best venue for our celebration. We look forward to returning as a couple (sans our kids!) Although breakfast was nice, only one out of our 3 nights provided the full variety of what was on offer.

They did their best to make sure we had the stay we wanted. Ayoub showed as around the city center and often prepared the tea for us. -We had a generous breakfast with fresh orange juice, warm drinks, fresh fruits and bread....etc. Same for the dinner and the lunch à la carte with only fresh and local products. Prices are slightly higher, but also not that much. See you next time! Alexandrine & Raouf Everything went well! -A part from Riad Amya, very beautiful town with pretty little streets, but don't let yourself be influenced by all the shopkeepers and be prepared to negotiate.

• Stefan (6/5): Pleasant - We booked the accommodation the day we were arriving in Marrakech. Unfortunately, there was no one at accommodation and we had to call the owner. So we had to wait ca. 30 minutes in front of closed doors. In the beginning we were very happy that the host was so welcoming and offered us a snack although it was already around 10 pm. We were charged 36€ for 2 salads only including tomatoes, onions and avocado, 2 Omelettes and 1 bottle of water. I have never before payed that much for food in my entire life. That was totally inappropriate. Huge disappointment.
