- Carrie (10/5): - We loved the Provence region and particularly being out of the busy towns during the summer high tourist season. Definitely need a car there. We flew into Avignon and drove the car to the hotel, as well as drove around during our stay. The hotel was amazing, almost like having an apartment with a separate room for the kids. It was so peaceful and tucked away. Kids loved the 'pool', the small heated one, which is referred to as the hot tub. There is a much larger pool, but much too cold for our Florida kids :) We ate dinner at the restaurant 1 night and it was very good. You are supposed to make reservations ahead of time, which we didn't realize. They fit us in as it was our arrival night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The main village of Sault is only 10 to 15 minute drive away, and you pass through it to get to the hotel. And, big plus, there is a grocery market about a 5 minute drive away. We had a full kitchen and living area, so we cooked dinner a couple nights and stayed in after touring the area during the day. In terms of other miscellaneous info, there was a small playground with swings and a slide. The main office had a lot of brochures and info about the area. There is a detached room/building for self laundry services. Overall, we all loved this location!

- Philippe (4/5): Plus jamais ça ! - Très déçu par cet hôtel vieillissant et mal entretenu, il ne mérite plus 4 étoiles tout juste 2, des wc avec du tartre, télévision où il faut jouer avec deux télécommandes, un restaurant absolument plus à la hauteur qui tient plus de la cantine, j’en passe et des meilleurs. Vraiment, il faut l’enlever de votre base de données, car son seul attrait maintenant, c’est la vue sur le Ventoux. Une fois de gros travaux réalisés, je pense qu’il sera de nouveau attractif surtout si on y retrouve une carte digne de ce nom pour le restaurant. Merci.

- Angela (10/5): Hidden Gem-Stay Here!! - Lovely hotel. Check in was absolutely fabulous, she was sooo nice and friendly. Same attitude when I checked out the next day. The restaurant is superb, both for dinner and breakfast. And the service was great. Location is peaceful, I actually sat on the back porch listening to the crickets chirp while watching the stars. And they have a peacock!! Oh and a pool. ;)

Ville hive stedet gevaldigt op i bedømmelse, hvis stolene på terassen var behagelige. De var lavet af jer, og sædet var en træplade. Meget ukomfortable. Vi nød at cykle de 1,5 km til Sault. Lækkert område og rigtig søde recetionister.

Our room was No. 7 and the wifi did not work due to distance from the router. There is no AC so our sleep was not comfortable; we stayed in July. The massage shower looked high tech and we followed the instructions but it couldn't even turn on! When we tried to call reception, it's already closed at late night!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Oversell of "full menu" meal on arrival - Location of this hotel is excellent for touring lavender fields and for the cyclists keen to use the pool and local town as a base for their "Tour de France" type stages. Thoughts are: a) no aircon or fan in the room during a hot weekend, not sure what happens in high season - price of room ex breakfast justifies the availability of a fan at least (one was requested and not provided)! b) sensor in room activated light by the door if you moved whilst in the bed during the night ( nice idea but delivery on set-up not good for taller people, next time use someone 6ft 1" on the test and not 5ft 4"") - mentioned to reception at departure. c) Long journey to arrival, first task set by hotel General Manager must be to sell you the full "fixed" menu for Euro 45-50, what should have been offered was that plus options for something lighter - needs to be some balance when promoting the restaurant. Would have even bought a drink by the pool area and a sandwich! d) TV - system basic and best left off e) Did not use pool, hotel Wi-Fi or other amenities, hence no comment. The best thing of the stay? The shower, roomy, strong pressure and the wooden board in the base was a neat design idea.
