- Faridatul (3/5): I won’t repeat here again if possible. - Clean. The shower is very low pressure. Water leaking. No wardrobe to put cloth and iron needs to be shared and no iron. Only cup provided. No coffee sachet or tea provided. No mini fridge included also. Just basic towel, shower gel, bed provided and it is considered pricey since the facilities is basic and i need to climb staircase to my room since the lower bedroom is full. Bed is so noisy and there is no soundproof as i bring my baby, the hotel is not baby friendly. Before my check out, i heard there is a dog barking along the corridor. Suspicious. Can customer bring their pet to the hotel??

He responded very friendly and instructed me to make an online payment. The hotel prepared the room with detailed instructions upon my arrival although it is pass check-in time. thumbs up 👍 Room was comfortable for a good overnight stay. The toilet water pressure is good. Hotel need to pay more attention to the cleanliness - indoor and outdoors. Hotel could prepare rubbish bins outside the hotel as well Should also consider putting more lighting outside the hotel - We arrived very late, and it was very dark for us to park and unload our belongings. The room smells a bit funky as it doesn't have any windows
