Verified traveler (4/5): Bad experience - Requested the room light to be fixed but no maintenance came to do it. Since we brought our baby there, we asked for water boiler but they did not sent us one. We had to borrow from a neighboring room for it. The service at the lounge / restaurant was very bad. We had to wait almost an hour for our food and most of it arrived cold. Nonetheless the view from our room towards the hills is great.
