- Robert (10/5): - Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. We were surprised that the bars and restaurants in the area were all closed by 9pm ish but we adjusted our days/evenings accordingly and had a fab time! Thank you.
- Tessa (8/5): Goed verblijf - Leuk schoon appartement, te klein balkon maar op het dak is voldoende plek om alsnog met zn alle aan een tafel een spelletje te spelen. Helaas werkt de airco voor geen meter maar 2 ramen tegen elkaar openzetten hielp enorm. Het strand is via een naastgelegen camping lopend te bereiken op 1,9km afstand ongeveer 20min lopen. Zelf gingen wij met de auto naar Panne strand. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur alleen moet je wel ff opletten dat je de juiste parkeervlak pakt anders mag je er maar 30min staan.

- Justin (8/5): Good stopover before Tunnel or ferry - We used it as a last stop before we returned to the UK. Was fine for a night with very friendly staff. Clean and tidy with decent facilities. The room was very warm and we struggled to cool it. Opening the window was the only option which wasn't great as it was quite busy outside.

- Verified traveler (4/5): A eviter! - Le logement est sale. Les murs blancs sont plein de tâches. De la moisissure derriere le rideau de la salle à vivre. Et le canapé tres tres abîmé. Le micro ondes et lave vaiselle laissaient également à désirer concernant leur propriété.

- Jan (8/5): - Der 7 tägige Aufenthalt im Hotel Evancy Bray Dunes war insgesamt für den niedrigen Preis befriedigend. Jedoch merkte man dem Hotel bei vielen Kleinigkeiten an, bereits viele (jüngere) Gäste beherbergt zu haben. Mal fielen Teile des Kühlschranks auseinander, die Dunstabzugshaube und die Lüftung im Bad funktionierten überhaupt nicht und der Abfluss im Bad war chronisch verstopft (vermutlich versandet). Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage empfehle ich keinen Aufenthalt bei Temperaturen jenseits der 25 Grad, da sich nur schwer Luft-Durchzug über den Flur herstellen ließ. Etwaige normale Annehmlichkeiten kosteten leider extra (tägliche Reinigung / Austausch von Handtüchern. Ein Highlight gab es dann aber doch, in Form einer für alle zugänglichen, große Dachterrasse. Alles in allem fühlte es sich wie eine kleine Ferienwohnung, nicht aber wie ein Hotel an. Dies wurde vor allem an dem nur werktags für ein paar Stunden besetzten Empfang (sehr freundlich wenn vor Ort) sichtbar. Wer den Code für den Zutritt nicht parat hatte musste dann draußen bleiben.

- Hanno (6/5): - Unterkunft ist für das Preis- Leistung Verhältnis okay. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die Klimaanlage oder Lüftung nicht funktioniert hat. Im Zimmer war es sehr stickig. Fenster konnten wir nicht geöffent lassen, da EG zu Straßen gerichtet. Aber die Betten waren super und die Lage auch sehr gut. Und es war sehr sauber.

- jean charles (8/5): Agréable mais pas parfait - Bel appartement spacieux, lumineux et confortable. Cependant situé au rez-de-chaussée, les promeneurs sur le chemin juste en face de la chambre ont une vue directe sur le salon ce que j'ai trouvé très intrusif. Même chose pour des voisins sans gêne qui promènent leur chien sur la terrasse alors que c'est interdit. Parking très petit et rempli suivant l'heure d'arrivée donc obligé de se garer loin ce qui n'est pas pratique avec les sacs ni très rassurant de laisser sa voiture le long d'une route entre la France et la Belgique. Pas de tri dans le local poubelle

- Muhlis (4/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sowohl am Telefon als auch persönlich. Wir hatten als 4-köpfige Familie ein Basic-Studio angemietet. Dementsprechend war das Zimmer erwartungsgemäß auch ziemlich klein. Die Küche war funktional. Man hatte alles was man braucht. Doch die Schlafcouch (vielleicht lag es daran, dass es nicht die Luxusklasse war) war für mich die reine Katastrophe. Meine Frau hat das wenig beeindruckt. Sie schlief wie ein Stein. Unser Zimmer war auf der Straßenseite mit einem Ausblick in das andere Gebäude und deren Räumlichkeiten. Im Umkehrschluss waren wir wohl auch voll im Blickfeld. Also nichts mit Frühstück im Zimmer während man den Ausblick genießen möchte. Obwohl die Straße nicht so dicht befahren war, hatte man während dem so schlechten Schlaf das Gefühl, die vorbeifahrenden Autos bewegten sich durch das Zimmer. Es war einfach laut. Wohlgemerkt nur bei offenem Fenster. Denn geschlossen waren die Fenster gut gedämmt. Und jetzt noch die Angabe des Hotels, dass es sich in Strandnähe befindet. Ja, der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, wenn man ca. 20 Minuten durch eine wirklich schöne Sanddüne wandern möchte. Die ganze Hotelanlage war neuwertig und sauber. —> Alles in allem war es für uns eine Unterkunft in einem sehr schönen Umland, die wir so nicht missen werden.

Après sinon franchement l’appartement et très propre les responsable son très serviable et à notre écoute GROS MAIS GROS point NÉGATIF la literie ! La premier nuit a été horrible on sens tout les ressort des lit mail envoyer réponse obtenu dans la demi heure on m’a Rajouter un sur matelas et la nuit fut quand même bien plus agréable mais cela reste des mauvais matelas .. je pense que pour un long séjour c’est pas adaptée … Mais bon j’apprécie quand même qu’il et était aussi réactif conciliant et agréable

- Lyseline (10/5): confortable et moderne. - Je suis restée une nuit. J’ai pris le parking pour plus de facilités avec enfants. Effectivement, parking à côté de la réception, très facile pour décharger. L’appartement est pratique et moderne. La petite cuisine à tout ce qu’il faut avec micro-ondes. Dommage que les lits ne soient pas fait à l’arrivée... Le petit déjeuner a été livré devant notre porte à 8h. Très bonnes viennoiseries, à recommander :-)
- Paula (8/5): - Vrij nieuw appartement, schoon en gezellig ingericht. Bevindt zich in het stukje ‘niemandsland’ tussen Belgie en Frankrijk. Prima uitvalsbasis om plaatsen in Frankrijk en Belgie te bezoeken en om naar het strand te gaan. Wat ik slecht vond, is dat bij de beschrijving staat dat er een dagelijkse schoonmaak is. Dit blijkt echter een betaalde schoonmaakservice op verzoek te zijn, maar hier wordt bij de incheck niets over gezegd. Als je niet om schone handdoeken vraagt dan krijg je ze dus ook niet. Aangezien er maar een paar uur per dag iemand aanwezig is, is dat best een gedoe!
- shekhar (2/5): i don’t suggest any one to go at holiday suites la - staff very bad very rude always smoking outside in garden we had a breakfast table outside in morning we were eating the staff was continuously smoking kids were annoyed of smoking as they shouldn’t do next to us fire alarm system was bad we were sleeping some one made breakfast alarms in all rooms started beeping so loud it was scary never take breakfast from them very bad rooms are ok as shown but the view from any room is not beach facing as beach is 2 km far only walking from hotel so you don’t see any beach from hotel as shown in pictures there is one guy who is taking care of hotel was very rude to my kid when he was explaining the hotel rules me and my wife were listening my young boy 3 years old was playing the hotel guy told he him to be quiet rudely it was not nice of him i will never go again to this place till they have better staff and fire alarm system
- Sugandh (2/5): Pathetic service! - Pathetic service! The staff does not even make your bed! You find sheets and pillow covers kept in a packet on your bed when you check in. After that guests are expected to make their own bed! No towels, soaps or even handwash kept in the rooms. You have to pay for everything extra. The AC in the room kept making weird noises all night. We had a family room and the bed was so tiny and the childrens beds were bunker beds!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Self catering near nature - Tidy new flats with well designed layout. We learned from our visit to D-Day exhibits of Dunkirk and it was located to beautiful and poinient sand dunes it was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. A new cycleway was being costructed along the back of the dunes which we would have used if complete when we visited. The beach in the morning and evening is empty and beautiful and a hive of activity during the day. The nature reserves are full of interesting plants and animals.
- Suzanne (4/5): Lovely apartment area not so nice - The apartment was lovely a new and everything you could wish for. The area was not so nice, on a main road (D60) with a bus stop outside the apartment, you would need a car. On arrival we were allocated a room on the ground floor which was direct to the road so quite noisy. The room temperature was 26 degrees on arrival so we had to open the windows to cool the room as no air conditioning. We noticed there were men hanging around outside the apartment, one of them came to our window, the second time he poked his head into our room. This really upset our son and we demanded to be put onto the first floor. We were moved, had we not of been we would of not stayed as it didn’t feel safe. On our departure armed police were outside the property checking people getting on and off the bus. It really isn’t somewhere to take the family, possibly a stopover for the night if traveling through.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great little apartment handy to Dunkirk. Was spacious and well laid out. Staff were very helpful and were quick to give an extra set of sheets when requested. Only downside was no towels are provided unless you pay an extra €5 per set. No biggy but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Overall, was a good place to stay.
