• Kathleen (9/5): Zoek niet verder, little gem in Catania! - Dit appartement is SUPER. Een beetje troosteloze inkom, maar wat een leuk appartement!! Beneden eettafel, keuken, zithoek, badkamer en slaapkamer zijn boven. Voldoende (goede) restaurantjes in de buurt, supermarktje, bakker, zelf parkeren kon redelijk vlakbij. De host is geweldig: zeer bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam. Er is een wasmachine. Ik zou er zeker langere tijd kunnen verblijven! Ik heb lang nagedacht, maar niets gevonden!

• Pedro (8/5): - Da decoração e das comodidades disponíveis no apartamento, bastante completo, apesar de algumas estarem a necessitar de atualização. O apartamento está bem localizado, perto das principais zonas de interesse da cidade. A comunicação com o proprietário foi eficiente e direta. Apesar da boa localização do apartamento, o mesmo encontra-se numa zona pedonal com bastantes restrições de acesso para viaturas. Para quem viaja com automóvel, o estacionamento é extremamente complicado. Teria sido bom saber antes de escolher o apartamento. O ar condicionado é insuficiente para a refrigeração completa do apartamento (complementado com ventoinha).

• Korrene (10/5): Large, modern, and well equipped house in Catania - I love this house! It is beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay! The bed was comfortable, the house was very large, with a rooftop balcony and another separate balcony off of the kitchen. It is located in a wonderful part of town that is quiet, but also close to walk to the various sites of Catania. The check-in was easy, remote, with great communication with the host. When I return to Sicily and to Catania, I will stay here again! Nothing

• Melzer (10/5): Great place, great value!!! First-rate for the price. - LOCATION: This apartment was wonderfully located in a five minute walk to the center of town. IT was just a few steps away from a medieval castle surrounded by a square with lots of cafes and restaurants. QUIET: Although the apartment was near the "action," it was also quiet, which is very important to me. DECOR: I appreciated the care with which the apartment was decorated. Beautiful colors. Nice art on the walls. THe bed was very comfortable. The proportions of the rooms were spatious. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the appropriate equipment. The owner is an architect and the design of the apartment reflected this fact very well. HOST: The host was amazing. Extremely responsive to every question. He seems like a very lovely, kind, responsive human being. All in all, I recommend this place highly!! FOr the price, it is first-rate! The hall-way and entrance were dingy. But once I entered the apartment, it was fabulous for the price!

• Mia (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great - walking distance to the city center and most of the time easy to find a parking space close by. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The apartment is very well equipped, we really enjoyed our stay there. The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable and squeaky.
• Eva (9/5): Superb - Very good location close to the center and peaceful at the same time, nice sunny terrace, well equipped kitchen and really comfortable bed. We appreciated the heating as we came in winter time! The communication with the owner was smooth and friendly. He was willing to help us with everything. We enjoyed our stay, thank you! The living room is a bit dark and some of the equipment may be considered old fashioned, but in general the atmosphere of the flat fits nicely to the Catania´s vibe :)
• Sasa (10/5): Highly recomend this property! - First time in Sicily, first time in Catania. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. The property is in a perfect spot. Strongly recomend do take in consideration when choosing Catania for Your holida. Everything was perfect to us (and take in consideration that we have high standards since we also come from a touristic region). Nothing to complain at all.
