- East_is_red (10/5): - Great location as it has direct subway access, 7-11 and many restaurants nearby. Building and room is very modern and comfortable. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Overall a very nice stay, I would book again next time I am in foshan.

- Ching Yi (4/5): - 其中一間房有兩隻曱甴。 接待處職員服務一般，我半個月前已在hotel.com取消首次預訂的兩間房(因後來房價較便宜)，並已收到確認取消電郵，但到達酒店後卻說我們訂了4間房間，因他們的解難能力較低，這樣簡單的問題也要處理20分鐘。 最嚴重的問題是，同層酒店房外借作陪月，每天8am開始，不斷有人大力關門，持續2小時，影響其他客人。

- GILLES (2/5): Ma pire expérience chez HOTEL'S - Attention ceci n'est pas un hotel mais une residence service qui loue des appartements exclusivement pour une clientèle Chinoise ou Indienne. Beaucoup de bruit, des lits aussi dures sue si vous couchiez par-terre, un petit déjeuner 100% Chinois, ... De plus à l'extérieur vous avez le bruit incessant du chantier du metro. Nous avions réservé 5 jours et nous sommes parti dans un autre hotel le deuxième jours en perdant tous le montant de notre réservation. Je pense personnellement étant un très bon client d' Hotel's qu'il ne faut pas mélanger les offres des hôtels et des residences services c'est une erreur.
- MAURICIO (8/5): Excellent aparthotel - Excellent apart-hotel. Little bit far to guangzhou, takes around 25 min to guangzhou metro line8, but it is worth it. Everything is new, very clean, excellent service, great breakfast and great location, next to metro station, close to malls and walmart.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Very convenient to find close to the Metro subway. - We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this serviced apartment facility. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The dollar value for anyone staying in the Foshan area is great. We usually stay at the Crowne Plaza at the Zumiao Metro Station but decided to try this for a change because it was cheaper. We highly recommend this place.
