• Mounira (10/5): L’hébergement est une composante importante lors d’un voyage, Cheese Cozy Condo a largement contribué à notre appréciati - TOUT. Nous avons tout apprécié. L’emplacement, l’agencement, les équipements, la propreté, et que dire de notre superbe hôtesse Chizuko. Elle est exceptionnelle. Elle nous attendait à la sortie du train pour nous mener jusqu’à ce magnifique appartement. Elle était aux petits soins, très discrète mais réellement présente, même là où on ne l’attendait pas. Elle a largement contribué à notre expérience réussie de Tokyo. En un mot pour répondre à la question, TOUT. Comme vous pouvez l’imaginer, difficile de répondre à cette question puisque tout était parfait.
• Anna (10/5): - Chizuko is wonderful. She really tries to make the stay nice and takes care of every detail. All the rules and how to use things in the apartment were explained clearly, so we didn’t have to worry about how anything works. The apartment was also very clean and actually looked much better than in the photos. At first it seems far from the city center, but because the station is close, it is very easy to get everywhere. There is a grocery store right next door that is open until 24:00. There are also 24-hour convenience stores nearby. There are also nice places for walks around the area. It is very calm for Tokyo, so it’s a good place to rest after trips to the city center. We were all very happy and we already miss it. If I come back to Tokyo in the future, I would gladly stay here again.

From the very beginning, Cheese thoughtfully attended to every detail and made sure our family was taken care of every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to answer questions and ensure we were comfortable. She went above and beyond with daily cleaning and regularly changing our towels, which made our stay feel extra comfortable and luxurious. We also really appreciated how she consistently kept us updated about the weather and checked in to make sure we were doing well — she truly looked after us throughout our entire trip. What truly stood out was her thoughtfulness toward my daughter — she made such a special effort to ensure she had an amazing stay as well, which meant so much to us as parents. It’s rare to find a host who genuinely cares about creating a wonderful experience for the whole family. We were also so touched by the New Year’s gifts she prepared for us — such a kind and generous gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Cheese, for your warmth and exceptional hospitality. We recommend her place 1000/10 and would absolutely love to stay here again! None at all!

• Min Hong (10/5): Good Location and Great Service - The location is perfect– just 2-3 minutes walk to Kita-Akabane station, with two convenience stores, a supermarket, and a 100 Yen shop only 2 minutes away. The property is spacious enough for a family of 3-4 people, making it a great choice for a comfortable stay. A special thanks to Chizuko, the owner, who was incredibly kind and friendly, and took great care of us throughout our stay.

• Geert (10/5): Rustig gelegen appartement met prima treinverbinding naar de drukke stad. - Het is een ruim, goed uitgerust appartement met zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Ze is ons komen oppikken aan het station wat eigenlijk niet nodig was vermits het appartement dicht bij station ligt en gemakkelijk te vinden is. Handdoeken werden dagelijk ververst. Het is een rustige buurt waar je ook mooi kunt wandelen nabij de rivier. Prima treinverbinding naar centrum met 1 tussenstop.
• Mark (9/5): Fabulous accommodation, very helpful host who could speak English and even met us at train station. - Accommodation was easy to find and close to station. Host was extremely helpful with lost luggage communication with airport and even drying our clothes that we had washed the night before so that we were able to leave the accommodation for excursions early in the morning. Also forwarded our luggage to next accommodation.

• Anthony (10/5): Relaxed homely stay close to everything you could need - Chizuko was amazing, went over and above, meeting us at the train station, offering helpful tips and directions, cleaned and replaced towels each day and even took our laundry out of the dryer and folded them! Having a local who is super helpful is a massive plus and would recommend to anyone.

• Elaine (10/5): Exceptional - The condo is on the ground level with no stairs, so getting in and out was effortless. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a 7-Eleven, ramen place, Matsuya, cafés, and even a supermarket open until midnight. The location was very convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the station with direct trains to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other major spots. Although not in the main tourist area, everything was easily accessible. The space was clean, spacious, and fully equipped—it felt just like home. The biggest highlight was the host. She was incredibly kind and helpful, meeting us at the station on arrival, checking in the next day to make sure everything was fine, and even providing daily cleaning and fresh towels. Her warmth and care truly made our stay special. We’re very thankful and would definitely stay here again!

• Branislav (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was in a classic economical Japanese residential building. We had a separate entrance and the owner lived right above us. The owner was very nice and helpful, she went to wait for us at the train station so that we wouldn't get lost. Despite the fact that it was quite cold outside (it was February), it was pleasantly warm inside. There was a large store nearby and the aforementioned train station. The house was quiet. We felt comfortable there.

It's conveniently located near the train station, supermarket, 7/11, and various dining options. The area is peaceful and quiet, making it a relaxing stay. The house is extremely clean and looks even better in person. Our host, Chizuko-san, was incredibly welcoming and friendly—she even met us at the train station! On the day we arrived, we were touched to find that the host had already turned on the air conditioning, ensuring a cozy warm welcome. We later discovered that this caring gesture continued throughout our stay - the room was always comfortably warm when we returned each evening.The accommodation was particularly family-friendly, with a specially prepared baby cot that helped our little one sleep soundly. The inclusion of a washer-dryer combination was a fantastic convenience for families.The location is incredibly convenient - just steps away from the tram station. Between the accommodation and the station, there's a medium-sized supermarket, and the neighborhood features a 7-Eleven and a drugstore, making daily shopping effortless.I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.
