• Khan (1/5): It was a very bad experience here, every customer had some issue or the other with the hotel staff, the hotel is useless - This is good only in the photo, in reality it is useless, it is not worth the amount charged. Everything here is useless, no one should go here, the staff here does not even listen to work and on top of that they behave rudely.

• Jaideep (3/5): Very bad hotel - I liked the swimming pool it was big and the room was spacious The door won't open with the key she gave us the sheet had some hair on it the tv was expeational breakfast was good and there was hair on the bathtub the toilet seat was leaning towards the right and it looked like it was going to fall. The location was not what we expected it was in a Gali and the view was not that good. Totally not 4 star hotel more like 2.5 star hotel.

• Yogesh (1/5): pathetic, wish I had slept in the car that night - nothing, literally nothing. it’s a wedding hall, loud music kept me up all night. my room was at 5th floor and in a single night of stay lift didn’t work twice. had to get down and up through fire exit. horrible staff they won’t even pick the calls forget about resolution. plates had stains in them, parking is so far, and you will carry your luggage on your own from there.
• Rakesh (4/5): Personally got disappointed with the facilities and upkeep of the hotel. - Suitable only for marriages but not for staying for vacation or works. Maintenance is very poor. All the taps were rusted and not working due to salt accumulation. No regular maintenance of property. Bathrooms are stinking badly. No Windows as well as exhaust system. Walls had lot of boulders accumulated. Mattress have lived their life and if you are staying more than a night, it may give you back pain. Staff attitude is also not very good.

• Fatema (8/5): Awesome - I really enjoyed staying at such beautiful hotel in Azmer City as I went there for Jiyarot purposes and so my stay was very good Alhamdullilah. They also have pool facilities , breakfast was good but dessert was amazingly yummy. The room were clean also I loved their rooftop restaurant for dinner which was a different romantic vibe. They should speed up their room services more better.

• Sheikhcorps (1/5): Haunted Hotel Grand Xenia - I stayed for 6 nights but the hotel charged for 8 nights because I checked in early 4 hours and checked out one night before that the hotel charged for 8 nights It was a total waste of money from all uneducated staff. No cab taxi service available at hotel No auto No flight booking service before staying in this hotel think ten times please very bad poor service. Uneducated staff no cab no taxi no auto services restaurant rate too high and taste worst no room boy available and the hotel grand Xenia is haunted hotel you will hear women voice and nocking door at midnight 3am .

• Ashish (3/5): Not satisfied , but there is room for improvement. - The location of the property is really nice far away from the crowded areas of Ajmer. The building and other infrastructure is also well built, but it is not maintained well. The glass walls in the lobby were very dirty, the carpet on the first floor was filthy and the rooms on the first floor were damp. The food both at Urban Table and breakfast was good and fresh. Quantity was adequate. Considering that it is one of the expensive properties in Ajmer, it could provide better value to the guests. The Urban Table staff was new and everything took a long time to arrive, the drinks came but the ice and soda took forever. Then they brought the food along with the ice, while we wanted to have our drinks first and then have dinner. Also the taps in one room were not running, the AC was not working in another room and the staff was very laid back. You must stop people from getting into the swimming pool in their inner wear, proper swim wear and pool hygiene must be maintained.

The another room dod not have toilet roll not any tissue papers. I checked in at 12 noon and within 5 hours i checked out. This was my 6th stay at Xenia and the worst experience.
