Tout y a été parfait : le cadre magique qui nous donne l’impression de remonter dans le temps tout en bénéficiant du plus grand confort possible, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre délicieux et si joliment dressé. Vérone est une ville magnifique et ce palazzo rend le moment inoubliable !

• Federico (10/5): Unforgettably nice - The palace is stunning both from the outside and the inside - the room (king room) indeed was magnificent with a really nice relax room with bathtub on the second floor. The thing however that really makes staying at palazzo Monga an incredible experience is its staff. In particular Arthur, the hotel manager, is incredibly kind and available to satisfy every request you might have!

• Nick (10/5): A beautiful, comfortable stay in Verona with thoughtful hospitality that made it feel truly special - From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true five star experience. Our host greeted us warmly and took the time to explain everything about the building, how to access the room, and even the history behind it. We loved hearing about the restoration process, especially how the original floors were removed, heating installed underneath, and then carefully put back in place. You could really feel the care that went into it. The room was spacious and beautiful, with tall ceilings and so much character. There were two comfortable bedrooms, a lovely bathroom, and thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and music that made it feel welcoming and relaxing. Breakfast was brought to our room, which was such a treat, and our host also helped book dinners for us, making our stay completely stress free. Everything about it felt comfortable and well looked after. It was an amazing experience in Verona and we would absolutely stay here again. The location is right on the main road. Perfect location. Nothing much honestly.

The hotel is stunning, perfectly clean and in a prime location in the centre of Verona. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, special shout out to Arthur who made us feel welcome, looked after and pampered. The breakfast was served in our room every morning and made our stay especially cozy. We couldn’t have expected any better service and environment to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and enjoy a beautiful city of Verona!

Our room was beautiful, elegant, and flawlessly clean, an ideal place for relaxation. The breakfasts were amazing, abundant, delicious, and perfectly complementing the atmosphere of luxury. The location of Palazzo Monga Guesthouse was excellent, just right for exploring all the beauty of the surroundings. The entire stay felt luxurious and at the same time comfortably cozy. I had a little bit of trouble finding the hotel and how to get a hold of someone to open the door. Good to know it's on the second floor so need to take the elevator.

Camera foarte mare și extrem de bine dotată cu tot ce este necesar pentru un astfel de hotel, iar baia imensă și foarte elegantă. Micul dejun se servește doar în camera, ceea ce face șederea mult mai confortabilă. La sosire am fost întâmpinați de Arthur care a fost de o eleganță și de un profesionalism impecabil pe toată durata șederii noastre. La proxima noastră călătorie la Verona cu certitudine vom sta doar la Palazzo Monga.

• Magdalena (10/5): Truly exceptional - Our stay truly exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from everything you need to see in Verona. The level of customer service is exceptional. Artur goes above and beyond to make you feel genuinely welcome in a very professional way. The place itself is simply out of this world. We stayed as a family in the presidential suite, which was such a beautiful room and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Our host Arthur made sure every detail of our stay was perfect from arranging a car to pick us up at the train station to recommending restaurants and places to see in Verona. I highly recommend getting the breakfast room service.

Breakfast was included and served in the room. It was simply the best breakfast we have ever had (try the fruit platter), very generous and beautifully served. The room was cleaned daily and very thoroughly and the bed was very large and comfortable. A couple of minor irritations - the tv was in the bedroom not the lounge and there was a bar just outside the bedroom window which had noisy occupants one evening - but I guess that should be expected in a city hotel. The location of the hotel was amazing. Highly recommended.
