• Reem Alsweis (9/5): it was superb - Breakfast was traditional Arabic or Intercontinental and it was delicious, Best Flafel and Halawa I ever tasted. there is cute ponies The place is very cozy; it would be nice to find there a jacuzzi in cold winter days, although there is a beautiful swimming pool.

• Abu Zeid (9/5): Super relaxing - The staff was excellent, except for the restaurant manager at the Italian place. He was a bit rude. The rooms are really nice, and super clean as well. The resort was super empty and there's not much to do. The hiking trail is very short. Adding more activities or ensuring it's more lively over the weekends would be a game changer.

The staff are amazing, they deserve all the best, the hotel is simply relaxing and not in any way stresful. there is literally nothing that I did not like.

I loved how we were provided marshmallows at the bonfire the whole time we had was great I lost a golden bracelet at the property and asked many times for it yet i was very disappointed that they did not find it even though i was sure it was lost inside my cabin but after the cabin was cleaned it was gone and they did not care to look again
• Yazan Al Kobari (4/5): Charming View, Good Staff Effort, but Facilities Disappoint - The setting offers a wonderful view and atmosphere. The falafel is tasty, and the Halwah is freshly prepared. While the setting is peaceful, the location is quite remote. With no stores nearby, it can feel inconvenient for guests who may need essentials. The cleanliness falls short of expectations, and service from the restaurant staff is inconsistent. Only Gaith and Kareem stood out as attentive and kind waiters, while others would benefit from further training. The food is generally acceptable, though the quality is not always consistent. Although the cleanliness is not up to standard, Mohammed Al Dawymeh and team did a good job cleaning the room the following day. Still, I believe the room requires more consistent care The cabins need better maintenance, as some facilities feel worn and not properly cared for. In addition, not all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable, especially in the summer. Room service is unavailable after 11 pm, and between 9–10 am both room service and housekeeping are often unresponsive. The hotel is also not particularly kid-friendly, which makes it less suitable for families. The surrounding facilities are decent but could be improved. A major inconvenience is the mosquito problem—placing mosquito catchers outside each balcony would make evenings more enjoyable for guests. Overall, while the hotel has some positives, it requires significant improvements in cleanliness, cabin maintenance, staff training, consistency in food quality, and guest comfort to truly meet expectations. Finally, my intention is not to discredit the place but to provide constructive criticism. I sincerely hope these comments are taken seriously and used to improve the overall quality and guest experience.

Perfect for a weekend away from the busy Amman! Shower drain at the lodge was almost totally blocked and did not allow you to have a proper shower

People serving the food in the restaurant are not following one standard.

Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The restaurant (main one) was booked for a private event and they played very very loud music the entire night until past midnight. Pony was not available for the kids to ride.

The rooms are so relaxing, comfortable and the place is just perfect. Its a cute spot, the fire at night is just wonderful, theres something about the wooden shack and the animals all around you.

The food is to die for.. the food served as part of the breakfast buffet has ruined levantine food everywhere else.. nothing I feel will ever match it.. your private bonfire with marshmallow roasting is a core memory for me. special thanks to Marwan for an amazing trail and the most amazing maqloubeh in the caves. Will definitely come again to Jordan just to stay at this place.

(10/5): Amazing place with an exceptional experience. - everything was amazing, the ambiance is great and staff were helpful; the whole experience was worth doing. we went as a family and our son enjoyed it as much as we did. we felt that the food is quite pricey taking into consideration the quality and taste. especially when we were in the pool, maybe they should pay more attention to providing meals that reflect the level of the place.

The entire team is incredibly welcoming, from Marwan at reception to the restaurant staff. It’s clear they’ve received top-notch training. The lodges are spotless, and the furniture is well-kept. Highly recommend!

• AbdelHalim (6/5): Nice premises, rude receptionist, very slow services - The landscape and the cabin. The Lebanese receptionist was very rude and doesn’t have any communication or costumer service skills! She definitely should not be interacting with customers with that bad attitude. The stay was not cheap (300 $) per night and yet we were treated as if we were coming for free. We were two adults and two kids (a 10 year old and a 12 year old) and one infant (7 months) and she was telling me that she’s being flexible enough not to count the infant as an extra person and she’s going to “let us in”! The kids were counted as adults although on Booking.com they clearly mentioned that kids under 11 are not considered as adults. The drive was over an hour from Amman and yet they said that if the rest of the family (2 extra people) joins for dinner (which is an additional cost) they won’t even allow them to enter the premises. Very bad experience to start our stay with which of course ruined the rest of the stay.

• stephanie (10/5): A great relaxed stay from Amman - Beautiful property with cozy cabins, a wonderful pool area, and delicious food from the restaurant. Staff was very helpful in setting up birthday decorations. A bit of a complicated drive to get there from Amman, but it’s worth it at the end. We had a slight issue where we booked for 4 people, paid for an extra child fee, and at the end of the night were trying to get one more person to stay in our room. I was willing to pay extra for her and I understand that I originally just booked for 4 people, but it was already late at night and we had space in our room for her plus the way to get to Amman from the hotel is a bit complicated so they could have been a little more accommodating. This situation doesn’t affect my rating though.
