- Daniel (1/5): - Reasonably close to the village centre. Wafer-thin walls that allowed the disturbing noise from a scum-bag couple to permeate my room and kept me awake for many hours.

- Katie (10/5): Spacious room - Was a bit sceptical about stating here, but was pleasantly surprised, clean, comfy bed, tea supplies, nice bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Was not a en-suite
- Bonus (5/5): - Staff were nice and helpful Very noisy above the room. Cold room.

- Shaun (10/5): Very impressed by this place. It’s great value for money and so for the price I wasn’t expecting a lot but was pleasantl - Lovely quaint place and a nice change from the likes of premier inn that are all identical with no character at all! Absolutely nothing to complain about. It’s spot on.

- Bernie Bradnum (10/5): - We loved the Chinese food it was fantastic and some of the best Chinese food I have eaten for a while. The room was fine for what we both needed it for. My brother and I sleeped very well. The breakfast was lovely, too. It was super value and will book up again in March 2026 There is nothing we could both think of in truth

- Jordan (10/5): Short and sweet stay in a quirky venue - Quick check-in, friendly staff and a basic, but clean and tidy room. Couldnt ask for more for a two night stay for a local wedding.

- Frost (8/5): A comfotable stay in a very interesting clean hotel. We would recommend. - The room was very spacious, clean and comfotable with everything we needed for our stay. The area was quiet and close to local shops. The bed was a little hard and maybe a little too much starched sheets. Only 3 towels for my wife and I.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - A1 All great
- Mark (10/5): Exceedingly good value . Genial helpful host . Good value cooked breakfast happily stay there again - Friendly host , large comfortable rooms , very comfortable bed . TV was the size of a cinema!! Would have helped to have blackout curtains

- Russell (6/5): Pleasant -
- Catherine (1/5): Will not be staying again - We booked this accommodation for our staff working in the area, had a nightmare the place was full of travellers, shouting and driving cars around all night, our staff didn't feel safe, they left in the night and slept in their own cars. We spoke to the manager about this the next day and were told to talk to booking.com as we had booked through them but nothing has been done. We have stayed there several times before with no issues but this night was just horrific.
- Nick (10/5): Great VaÄşue -
- Linda (8/5): Very good - Didn't have breakfast Nothing to dislike
- Roy (8/5): Perfect for the one night traveller. - John, our host could not have been more accommodating. This is not the Ritz, but as our group was made up of three hale and hearty chaps on a day trip to the Lancaster Bomber Heritage Centre, we didn't require anything fancy. The breakfast was superb. Thanks, John. Spot on, old boy. The pubs in the village don't serve food on Tuesdays....
Luckily, there's a decent 'eat-in' chippy.
- Kevinc4703 (7/5): Good - Clean good facilities All a little dated

- Dawn (5/5): Budget price so expect a stay to reflect this - I liked that we were given a ground floor room, for an elderly customer, also was upgraded to a family room, giving lots of space. I also liked how easy it was to check in by a very friendly owner of the property. The beds are comfortable with lovely squidgy pillows. I was not keen on some tiny details that can easily be rectified at not much cost, for example, the wardrobe door remained open because the key was missing. The curtain tie back was on the floor because the screw had come out of the wall. The sink drain smelt like it just needed good clean, plus the sink plug was missing it's original divider/catcher making the plug only just fit. All small things, but things that can make a difference. Also, there is a general miss-match of furniture and no instructions on how to use the (Apple)? TV. Took me a while to work it out! I was not made aware if there was WiFi, so didn't bother using it. My biggest gripe is how I was woken up by a very noisy family, banging up and down the stairs many times. Overall, I had a restless night's sleep.
- Caroline (8/5): Very good -
- Anthony (7/5): Good - Good location Cramped room. Poor condition of bathroom.
- Leslie (8/5): Very good -
- John (10/5): Hotel - Liked the experience, the room management Everything was good
- Bernardo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (4/5): Okay-food was good - Food was good Cleanliness
- Justin (5/5): Could be better - Clean and comfortable single room No one on reception, had to get attention of the chef in restaurant who got someone else. No bell or anything like that. Kept being woken through the night from slamming doors, people shouting, running up and down the hall and banging on doors. Hotel staff should have put an end to this.
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Folger (3/5): The room was okay but found drug reminence - People arguing all the time an found needle cases
- Paul (10/5): Fabulous - A1
- Ph (9/5): good value hotel 15 minutes drive outside Skegness -
- Shane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jackie (1/5): Bad -
- Bernardo (8/5): Very good -
- Fiona (8/5): Very good -
- Nigel (4/5): Cheap cheap cheap - Location was where required Cheap for a nights stay but cold shower that had no pressure no heating stale coffee and half filled toiletries…
You definitely pay for what you get here!

- Hayley (7/5): Good - Great value for money and clean No hot water
- Bernardo (9/5): Superb - Friendly staff. Comfortable room
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional - breakfast was good ,room aws nice and clean
- Owyn (6/5): Not the best, but not the worst either - The hotel was easily accessible, clean sheets and hot running water Some stained/ripped towels. Poor ventilation from the room. (If you opened the window, you would not feel safe as we were on the ground floor)
The emergency green light was very bright at night
No wifi
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - I was greeted by a lovely host who took me to my roo. My room had everything I needed and each day my tea coffee ect was replenished I found it all excellent
