• Tertia (10/5): Convienent and sparkling clean! - Excellent location!! 4 minute walk from the train station. Excellent choice in my opinion for short stays, if you are catching trains to elsewhere and easily walkable to all major sites. Very accommodating. There was no plug in by the one bed. It was needed for the sleep machine, the staff very quickly brought us an extension cord! Cleanliness 15/10!! Very easy check in instructions, made it go very smoothly. If I could nitpick one thing, it would be the mattresses, nonetheless, it was a great stay and I would defiantly stay again!

• WENDY (9/5): Great location, comfortable stay, and thoughtful service. - I had a very pleasant stay at The Apollo Guesthouse. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station, with everything I needed conveniently close by. The stay was comfortable and fuss-free, and I would especially like to thank the lady (not sure if she's part of usual housekeeping but she helped me change the sheets when i requested), who was warm, attentive, and did a wonderful job. Her efforts really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, a great choice for convenience and comfort in Florence. may hv some plumbing issue that needs some attention.

Ottimo il self-check in, la presenza di una persona di referenza a disposizione per gli ospiti. Il bagno e la camera erano spaziosi e puliti. La stanza è stata di giuste dimensioni, calda e soprattutto accogliente. Dotata di due TV smart, kit cortesia e cialde caffè, tè e bottiglie d'acqua gratuite. Inoltre, si può usufruire anche di una piccola cantina di vini. Prenoterò presso l'Apollo, i miei prossimi viaggi a Firenze. Unico consiglio, cambiare il letto a castello, in particolare il letto basso, in quanto non adatto in caso di persone adulte.

• Wye Ee (9/5): - The place is spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is very near to the train station and also the cathedral and central market. We saw ear plugs provided and were prepared for external noise at night, but to our surprise, it wasn't noisy. A few more hooks in the bathroom will be helpful to hang the towel or clothes when showering. Jacuzzi didn't seem to be working properly, or perhaps we weren't doing it right (a manual guide will help)

• Nigel (9/5): Lovely apartment, clean and conveniently located. - The apartment was modern, pleasant and spotlessly clean. Very helpful hosts. Being able to leave luggage somewhere safe after check-out was super useful. Good location, close to the train station and easy enough to walk to all the main attractions in Florence. Finding the apartment was a bit stressful- located on a very busy street with narrow footpaths- but once we got in there we were very pleasantly surprised.
