• Arnold (4/5): - Property located in good area with easy access to the city shopping location, historical places, etc. the major problem here is soundproofing- you can hear people in the room you are sharing wall with so clear. Whole adult are not so bad and not screaming all day long, their kids are killers - they are loud like a monsters playing and banging all day log. Its impossible to rest during the day because of that. At the end on my stay i feel like i want to exterminate them all. Hotel staff moved to me another room but soon i got another neighbors there with kids as well. I guess this hotel is great to spy on someone across the wall. Everything else was OK more or less. I would not recommend to to go to this place. And one more - restaurant there are very primitive in food selection/variety

• Oguz-Han (6/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr schön was ich auch erwarte bei so einem Preis aber ich finde es erstaunlich das man pro Buchung nur an einem Tag den Schwimmbereich kostenlos benutzten kann davon habe ich vorher nirgendwo gelesen außerdem war ich von Sonntag auf Mittwoch im Hotel sprich da wären auch nur 2 richtige Tage gewesen an denen ich das Angebot ausnutzen konnte aber ich hatte das Glück das Montag die schwimmanlage geschlossen war und somit wurde meine Auswahl auf Dienstag begrenzt.

Хороший вид на Дворец Президента, рядом музей ВОВ который советую посетить. Парковка бесплатная, завтрак не брали. В целом я бы сказал на 4.5 из 5
• Olga (8/5): City and SPA - Nice view of the park. The avenue near the hotel is quite noisy. But you can directly get to the city center by public transport. Very good balance of quality and price. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Great opportunity to swim in the pool. Special thanks to the specialists of the beauty salon. I am very pleased with the massage and manicure. I regret that I didn't have time to get to something else. The staff is wonderful. Thanks a lot.

Пришлось в 3 захода от такси таскать к лифту и потом от лифта так же в номер. Кстати такси к парадному входу тоже просто так не пускают - нужно бегать охранников искать, просить чтобы убрали заграждения
• Dina (8/5): Nice stay overall - It was a nice stay overall-friendly reception staff, clean and spacious room with a good view, spa area available ( was crucial for me as I‘ve got to take a rest after an intercontinental flight). Breakfast was offered in a buffet format at the restaurant of the hotel—a good selection of the food was served. My only no-so-good experience was with in-room dining- I couldn’t find tasty anything but the tea, and the service was also a bit not-up-to-standard. Other than that I can totally recommend this hotel to anyone making a stop in Minsk, and would stay there again myself.
• VAN (10/5): SENTINDO-ME EM CASA - Era quarentena, eu não podia voltar ao Brasil e era meu aniversário. O hotel foi ESSENCIAL pra eu só lembrar de coisas boas. Ele não fica muito perto do centro (25 minutos de caminhada), mas também não é tanta coisa assim pra quem gosta de caminhar. Tudo funciona! Piscina, 2 jacuzzis, 2 saunas. Chás deliciosos no Spa. Só guardo muito lembranças deste hotel

Не завтракали, нечего сказать, спа слабоват конечно , лежаков очень мало, но все работало норм и фиточай бесплатно за баром, плохо что не дают полотенца, брать из номера нужно. И большой плюс можно с собачкой! Просили выехать на1ч позже, без проблем!

• Philippe (10/5): Excellent choix pour Minsk - Excellent hotel à Minsk: moderne, comfortable, personnel professionnel. Belle chambre, superbe spa (grande piscine, 2 jacuzzis, sauna), petit déjeuner très varié. Un peu éloigné du centre (45 mn a pied) mais rapide en taxi (5 mn). Le prix est très bien placé alors que l'hôtel surpasse nombre de ses voisins. Attention à ne pas le confondre avec l'autre hôtel Victoria, d'un niveau inférieur.

More like pretending the money but without being able to give an explanation why an invoice can't be given with the payment. "Because of the law" is more like a "I'll shut your mouth" reason, as I was not the first time in Minsk, but I'm thinking to be the last time in Victoria. Also one of the bartenders from the Lobby Bar was rude and quite aggressive. Lets say that even if I was mistaken, he was not entitled to act like a wild (long story to tell it here but in my opinion I was not). I had already apologized and told him to put the "big" 10 Rubles on my bill already before his "wild person act" to start. But maybe too frustrated and willing to give me a lesson. ... Therefore, you Victoria, employer and responsible for these persons, will receive this low rate in the end. If you like to keep the aspiration on the, as you like to call, high standards get rid of those kinds from your staff. Maybe a little bit more than 30 years ago they could behave like they behave and nobody could tell something.

The good thing is that this walk can be done through one of the most beautiful and well cared parks in Europe. Anyhow, if you don’t like to walk there are two buses 81 and 69) that take you downtown after only 3 or 4 stops. Rooms are great, breakfast superb and staff at reception very friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Margarita and Polina (your Spanish is excelente!). Highly recommendable. Jose

Swimming pool was closed unfortunately during my stay ( planned outage )without any prior announcement on Booking.com when I made my booking .... Reception staff is very professional and positive. Lobby bar not very convenient nor good place for relax in the evening, barman is more negaged with his phone and friends than with clients. No coctalils served. Restaurant .... another sad experience ... breakfasts with rather moderate selection but OK in general. Went there for dinner as well, food was reasonably OK, environment is not very convincing, service rather unprofessional, not attentive.... waiter spending most probably more time checking his look and haircut than servinf clients. I was there almost alone and waining 30 minutes to get any atrention seems to be a standard ... Management of the hotel should be working on quality of the staff. Nice hotel, but staff i. restaurant and bar should be replaced on the spot.

Jopa puuro loppu kesken. Nakki oli täysin kylmät. Oli todella surullinen uutinen kun selvitetään että aamupala olisi halvempi ostaa paikan päällä. Eli ebookers ottanut liika rahaa aamupalasta mitä ei miellyttää ollenkaan.

Hamam dedikleri buhar odası, sauna çok küçük. 5- Konumu hakkında tek eksisi etrafında kafe restoran vs. gibi sosyal alanlar otelin etrafında yok. Müşterilerinizin böyle kötü yorum yapmaması için öncelikle tavsiyem; Çay, su, terlik gibi gereksinimleri konaklama bedeline ekleyiniz. Artılar; 1- Otelin durumu iyi ve temiz. 2- Çalışanlar iyi ve güler yüzlü 3- Kahvaltısı bu coğrafyadaki oteller için iyi. 4- İnterneti iyi.

• Andrei_reviews (8/5): Good hotel - The hotel is located close to the city center on one of the main streets of Minsk. It is a modern building that has built recently, and it expands the whole Victoria complex comprising one more hotel and a business-center. My experience: a large and clean room (12 floor), rich self-service buffet for breakfast and a friendly staff, which was worth only good words. Finally - recommend, especially for business travelers.

• Michael (6/5): - It's not at all a bad hotel, but it just oozes Soviet-era style. Lots of local people use the spa, so it gets crowded. Water in Jacuzzi was cold. Breakfast erratic; sometimes there was an omelette station, sometimes not. In summer it's probably nice that the location is across from a park, but I would have preferred to be more downtown close to restaurants. At about 50% less than the cost of the only two acceptable 'Western' hotels (Renaissance and Doubletree) I thought to give it a try.

Efficient staff spoke reasonable English. Well positioned to explore the mysterious city of Minsk.....why not head off to the KGB HQ at Praspypkt Nyezalyezhmastsi 17 before they come and get you!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay at Victoria Spa - Had a great stay at this hotel, location is a bit out of centre, but its not too far to get a taxi to centre. Rooms were very large and very comfortable bed. Staff were kind and helpful. Wifi was not the greatest but otherwise I enjoyed my stay very much.
• Kristiina83 (6/5): Average - The hotel is a bit further from the city, although still within a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes. There's a nice park not far from the hotel, on the way to the city centre. Generally the hotel is well maintained and our room was large. There's an ATM at the hotel, which was great. However, the cleaning had been very poor and the toilet was obviously not cleaned (!!!), also the trash bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. We visited the spa, which was fine. The sauna and the steam room were nice. The pool area was large with two jacuzzi's. However, the changing rooms were a bit dirty and rusty. It wasn't really a place to relax, more like a place to just visit a sauna and take a dip in the jacuzzi but not particularily to relax as it was crowded and quite noisy. Also, as a hotel guest, you don't get towels from the spa and need to bring a towel from your room. In the room, you'll only get one large and a one small towel per person. The staff were generally ok. Special thanks to the security guard that found my credit card in the ATM (note that the ATM's in Belarus first five you your money and only later the card).
• 333mayumiy (8/5): Beautiful and quiet city - Hotel is located a bit far from city centre. If you walk it takes about 20-30 min. But hotel is infront of a beautiful park. The room is very large,clean and comfortable. If you can get park view is better otherwise you will see factory view. Breakfast is not bad.
• Nouhad (6/5): Ordinary Hotel with a soviet atmosphere - Miserable boring atmosphere and unhappy under paid staff, but ok for a 2 to 3 stars hotels, not more
• John (10/5): - everything about this hotel was great. the bed, room, food, service amenities. I even got a massage. ask for a taxi at reception, you get one right away. my next stay in Minsk will be at the Victoria hotel and SPa

• TahaS264 (10/5): Good hotel - First , I was in minsk for the first time , this hotel in the center of Minsk Near shopping malls there , very big park if you like to walk in morning or running, clean rooms , modern style, buffet of breakfast with many kinds of food, hot and cold , the spa was very good, jacuzzi, indoor pool ,steam room , sauna Staff too was helpfully

• Mike (8/5): Very nice Hotel - It is a very nice, reasonably priced hotel The breakfast was a large buffet with too much temping food. Would rather have had a much smaller and less expensive ($15) breakfast. Unfortunately, there were dinners/coffee shops in the area open before 10am (strange). Also, the room did not have air conditioning, only heat. Had to open the room windows to sleep.
