• Karen (10/5): Fab family holiday - Big pool. Had an actual bath great for kids. Comfortable furniture outside. Only 2 actual loungers Could do with more.
• Lynda (10/5): Fantastic family stay - Absolutely amazing. The host Eleni was the most receptive host I've ever encountered and any small issue was promptly addressed. Great facilities, outside shower brilliant for coming back from the beach. The pool area had ample seating with sun from 10 am-6 pm. Inside there are high-quality furnishings with the bonus of a large shower in the downstairs toilet. Bedrooms are on the small size...not a lot of room for suitcases but it didn't impact as we only had 1 kid in each room 😉. Ample parking outside. 10 mins walk to main strip and Fig Tree Beach, 2 mins to nearest beach and loads to choose from, while still in a lovely quiet area for relaxing at night. Pictures on site need updating as now beige with a Caribbean vibe rather than the key-west blue 😆 Nothing!

The outside are with the pool and seating area were perfect for relaxing and entertaining the little one. Location was great and only a small stroll onto the Main Street with all the bars and restaurants. I can’t recommend this place enough

• Angelina (9/5): Quiet clean villa with amazing pool area 15 mins walk from Fig Tree Bay - Comfortable villa with all you need for a holiday stay, "home away from home". Secluded street, quiet location. Pool area is simply superb! Owner was very friendly and responsive, even if our communication was only thru watsapp. TWIN bed in 1nd bedroom is more like "guest bed", rolling out from beneath the bunk bed. This is just something to note when planning your trip.

• Duncan (10/5): Found a perfect place for our Oct/Nov getaway. - Great place to stay with the family and a great location as can walk to small beaches and lots of local restaurants. Parking easy and Cyprus easy to navigate around. A few light bulbs need replacing! In an ideal world the beach would back on to the house but that's me being lazy, it's still only a couple of mins walk!

• Odette (7/5): Great villa, payment method needs improvement - Very well maintained villa, great kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking, great space outside next to the pool. Eleni the owner was very responsive and helpful. The main thing was the payment. The down payment which she requested a couple of months before our arrival could not be payed by regular means like credit card or PayPal. When we arrived turned out Eleni expected a payment in cash. All in all with the additional credit we paid for bank transfer the payment was 60 euro more and a lot of energy. Just a point to take into consideration. One additional thing was the bedding. No blankets were available and for us a sheet to cover ourselves was a serious discomfort.

• Andrea (10/5): A wonderful holiday in a spacious, beautiful villa - We spent 8 days in this villa in Protaras, in a quiet part of the village. Excellent location if you want to relax in a peaceful environment. The villa is spacious, equipped with everything you need during your stay (except for a microwave oven). We could comfortably accommodate 4 of us, we didn't even use one of the rooms. The pool area is fantastic, you will find a shady and sunny spot at any time of the day. The size of the pool is perfectly adequate. The beach (Fig tree beach) is a 15-minute walk away, as is the city center. If you have a rental car, everything is very quickly accessible. The host Eleni is very kind and flexible in everything, she answers requests and questions immediately. Definitely recommended place for a relaxing holiday in paradise.

• Siobhan (10/5): We loved our stay 😊 - The pool area was a massive hit and our children spent a lot of the holiday in the pool! The kitchen area had a coffee pod machine/kettle/coffee granules machine, fridge/freezer, water cooler, washing machine and dishwasher so everything you need for a comfortable stay. Towels provided for each guest along with some shower gel and shampoo. The villa is nice and spacious in a beautiful area with a nice walk to Fig tree bay. Plenty of seating areas inside and outside to eat/chill out in the nice peaceful surroundings. Great communication with the host throughout the whole process and all queries answered promptly. We have really enjoyed our stay and will defo book again when we next come to the area.

• Olesia (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at the villa from 23 to 27 April as a family with two children (5 and 7 years old). Immediately we liked the fact that there is no intrusive staff. But at the same time, the manager Eleni is always in touch, any question can be solved quickly. The villa itself is excellent, very clean, has everything you need. The interior is very interesting, a lot of small interesting details in a nautical style! We are used to cooking our own food, there is everything for that. What can be better than a grill by the pool) Definitely rate the villa and rest on 10. Would love to go back!

• Stephanie (10/5): A fantastic and comfortable stay for our family of 6. - The location was lovely, set in a little cul de sac it was nice and quiet. The house was spacious and the beds very comfortable. We liked that there were 3 bathrooms. Eleni was very easy to talk to and checked in to see if everything was OK. We were very happy with the level of cleanliness too. We would definitely visit again. Some information regarding the hot water in the evenings. We learned the hard way that the water would go cold when sun sets because it uses the solar panel to heat the water? Extra toilet rolls would be helpful, in England we would usually expect up to 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

• Tsiripil (10/5): Exceptional - I'd definitely recommend this villa! - Top notch communication with Ms Eleni from booking time till checkout. Awesome host, flexible with check-in/checkout times, friendly and immediately available. House was spotless when we arrived. I was impressed by how tastefully decorated it was inside out, with a summer vibe, nice paintings and a cozy atmosphere. Thoughtful to the smallest detail; cardboard of toys for the young ones, collection of books, tavli (backgammon) etc. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need and then some :) Same as with the rest of the house; towels/pool towels, shampoo/shower gel, BBQ (foukou) and convenient BBQ area next to the pool. Pool area is just awesome. Built stairs inside the pool kept my son occupied playing there. A nice touch was a couple of inflatable toys in the pool. Outside furniture well thought and plenty of space to relax with shadow. There was both A/C and light fan in the bedrooms which was convenient as I don't really like the A/Cs all night so the fan was a nice alternative. There are 3 toilets in the house all with shower/bath so this villa could easily accommodate more than one family. There is a shower outside by the pool area too. A microwave would be handy. As we visited towards the end of September, weather was not ideal. it was nice and sunny till noon but very windy afterwards and not ideal to sit by the pool. However, there are plenty of things to do in Protaras/Ayia Napa especially if you have a car.

• Stephen (10/5): a perfect location for a getaway- the photos don’t do it justice! - The location is stunning and completely perfect for a family break; close to the centre and beaches. A short walk/drive to shops and bars. It looks so much better in real life - perfectly clean (regular visits from a pool cleaning company, too). Three bathrooms with washing facilities - so a big group didn’t feel like we were stepping on toes. The pool was larger than most others we saw. Area felt very safe and quiet. Finally, the host was phenomenal - responsive, flexible and accommodating. … that we had to leave!
