Ronny L. Savage (10/5): - We were met at the property and allowed to check in early. This is a beautiful property with high end appliances and decor. It is located within walking distance to Old Town and various restaurants and we really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet, secured entrance to building and parking area. Highly recommended!!
Gerrym07620 (10/5): - Booked one of the 1 bed room apartments for a 3 night stay in the middle of warm July 2020. It felt proper luxury at a bargain price! Alex communicated with me a few days before and I had a special request that he buys a bottle of bubbly for our arrival, as this trip is for my partners birthday (I reimbursed him on arrival and he put it in a nice Ice bucket for our arrival). It costs 90 Zloty for the taxi regardless of the company you use. We used the airport taxi on arrival and on departure got Alex to arrange a taxi. Alex was waiting on the street on arrival and showed us around the apartment. Its above a Bank so its very safe/secure. It has the WOW factor when you arrive. It well lit and plenty of space. TV Sound system, lights and other tech is very advanced, it even confuses Alex on how to do certain things. We could have stayed here for a week no issue, as it had all the mod-cons. Coffee maker, dishwasher. washing machines, fridge-freezer. 2 air con units (actually has 3 but the 3rd doesn't work and even at 28c isn't needed.) Shower is one of the best I've used, had a balcony and having an IPAD to use also adds a touch of class. You don't get view of the city as its in the business area and only on the 1st floor - but it gets a good bit of the sun during the day. Its a 10 walk from the Jewish areas or the main square, so for us its very central and location is perfect. Loads of grocery shops near by. Wouldn't change anything about this place.

We met Alex when we arrived at the property and he was unbelievably helpful. Nothing was too much. He helped with tours, advise on restaurants etc. We would definitely return to Krawok and book with Alex again. Thank you Alex for everything.

The kitchen was very well stocked (we were able to make proper dinners in that kitchen). It was our home away from home!

Richard (10/5): Ideal option for a couple exploring Krakow - I'd strongly recommend the Mondrian apartments for any city break in Krakow. It's centrally located a short walk from the Old Town, but far enough away to be quiet and restful. An Uber costs PLN 12-14 ($2.50-3) from the main station. A few steps from your door are a mini market for stocking up on basics and a couple of coffee shops. The apartment itself is modern, very well equipped and comfortably furnished. Great Wifi, good TV options, comfortable bed, powerful hot shower, well-appointed kitchen with a 3.5kg washing machine so you can freshen up your clothes. An added bonus is the small balcony off the bedroom, which is not overlooked. Add to this a responsive and helpful host who appeared like magic within 10 minutes of a WhatsApp message. Very strongly recommended.

We interacted with Alex and he was wonderful to work with -- he arranged transport to and from the airport and personally checked us in. I would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation!
Ana (10/5): - Alex was phenomenal. He is ready to make himself available 24/7 for his clients and makes great recommendations with regards to what are the best restaurants and best places in town. Place is 5 mins walk from the market. You cannot hear ANYTHING from the balcony as it is positioned in the back of the building. Very clean. You have everything you need in this apartment and more. They even provide for wifi to-go. It is a small device you take with you in the city and you have the apartments wifi at all times. It works wonderfully. Cannot say enough good things about this place. it has heating floors in the bathroom. Amazing. Thank you Alex!

He was so attentive, he really genuinely cared about our stay and making sure we had a fantastic time. He made us feel right at home straight away by showing us around the gorgeous apartment and giving us food/activity recommendations. He was super helpful with booking our taxis and tours as well! If we ever needed something he responded straight away on WhatsApp, even super late at night! Finally, the apartment itself is very high end and absolutely gorgeous. Catherine (10/5): Exceptional stay and more exceptional host! - My two sisters and I stayed at the fabulous Mondrian Luxury Apartments in Kraków for 4 nights in March. The actual apartment was even nicer than the ad reflected!! It was comfortable, clean and stylishly designed as a picture out of a design magazine. It exceeded our expectations immensely! The location was exceptional and our host, Alex, was even more exceptional. Alex had his driver pick us up at the airport and greeted us upon our arrival. He helped us settle in and arranged all our sightseeing events we requested. He also helped us with money exchanging and recommended restaurants and sights to see. We don’t have enough words to express our thanks to our gracious host Alex who goes above and beyond any other host we’ve met.

Mike (10/5): Amazing Krakow - Wow what a fantastic place to stay. Krakow is beautiful and having the pleasure of staying in these apartments to see it was the icing on the cake. The apartment was beautiful with amazing attention to detail. It was immaculate and the bed was so comfy. It was like a home from home with all the little extras that gave it the wow factor. Alex (the man who works there) was fantastic. He was polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble for him. He helped us arrange transfers and was on hand throughout our stay. I can not recommend this place enough. We are already looking at dates to return!! Would highly recommend!

CATHI (10/5): Hidden gem in Kraków - This was one of the best places I have stayed! The apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures. It is close to everything but on a quiet street so great for sleeping. The best part was the attention of Alex the manager. From the moment I booked until we said goodbye he welcomed me warmly, arranged all travel and trips I needed and made recommendations for trips and restaurants. I felt like he was more of a friend by the time I left. I stayed 5 days and it felt like home. As a solo traveler this was particularly important. Lovely city and experience!
