- Verified traveler (8/5): - Bien dans l’ensemble. Agencement lavabo / douche à revoir dans certaines chambres, devant le lavabo ont est obligé de monter sur le bord de la douche. Lorsqu’on prend sa douche l’eau Traverse la sdb, on patauge.
- Manager (6/5): - Hôtel entouré d’avenues. Problème lors du Check out, j’ai pris chambre avec PDJ compris pour 5 personnes sur le site et ils ont voulu me faire payer 4 PDJ consommés. Même si dans la resa il est bien noté 5 PDJ compris j’ai du attendre l’accord du responsable pour me laisser partir. Quand j’ai demandé Taxi ils m’ont répondu ok, et d’attendre à l’extérieur. 30 min après Toujours rien et j’ai cherché moi même un taxi.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Outdated design and very noisy. Reception did not acknowledge our prepaid reservation saying the don’t work with the online agency (Orbitz). I had to make an extra deposit to be able to check in. Later they corrected themselves. Reception cannot be reached by phone. If you let it ring they pick up the phone, hang up on you, and put the phone on busy, so that you cannot call them back. A terrible hotel.
- Bob (8/5): - The apartment was clean and spacious. We only stayed here 2 nights, it was comfortable. We had very noisy people next door with lots of kids making noise late at night, including their parents speaking so loudly which disturbed our sleep other than that it was good. Breakfast was ok and staff were good.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Mediocre hotel - We had an apartment with 2 beds and sofa beds. The apartment is really big, however the beds are uncomfortable. Everything looks old and outdated. Overall this is a maximum 2 Star hotel for United States standards.
- Mounir (10/5): - We stayed in this appart hotel for one week and had a really great time. The property is located in Gueliz which is a nice part of Marrakech. Shops, restaurants and cafés (McDonalds, Starbucks, ie.e.) can be found within walking distance. The breakfast was traditional morroccan but included intercontinental choices as well. It was really nice and tastefull. The beds could have been more comfortable, but the rooms were overall spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job. The thing we loved most about this appart hotel was the staff. I have stayed in a lot of places, but the kindness of the staff of this place is second to none. They made us feel at home and were always around to help us out. I hope to return to this great place some day!

- Timo (4/5): Ok..ish - Not a very nice hotel. Hotel was pretty cheap so perhaps one could say it was good value for the money. Room was ok and location was quite ok. Gueliz is a nice area to stay in but I would recommend looking for a hotel closer to Medina. It is too far from the hotel to walk. It was January so in the morning it is bit cold in Marrakech. Breakfast room is inside but with one open wall so it was freezing cold. We had to eat with jackets on. Breakfast was pretty limited, only the necessary options available. The pool is a joke. Do not reserve this hotel if you are looking for an outdoor pool. The corridors are dark and scary. They should really do something with the lighting.

D'abord les points negatifs: Check in treeeees long, room service encore moins reactif, attention au change de devises qui est a la limite de l'arnaque: verifiez vous-meme les calculs! A bon entendeur. La literie est a peine plus confortable qu'une planche de bois. Avis aux amateurs. L'hotel est eloigne de la Medina mais il y a le bus direct a proximite. Les plus: une chambre familiale spacieuse, un appartement en fait, propre et bien equipe. Le buffet du petit dejeuner était bon et a volonte. Malgré le stress le personnel a su rester accueillant, au restaurant comme a l'entree.

When the front desk was informed, they sent a staff member, but he only sought to kill one of the roaches with a toilet brush, and went on about his day as though it was an ordinary experience.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Hotel can not provide gest with towels as they run - Balcony doors and window brocken does not lock.reported it, was told someone will come and fix it. Beds are uncomfortable, rock solid. Toilet does not work properly. Bed sheets and only two towels for four people have never been replaced for three nights,went to coplain was told they run out of towels and I am not the only one complaining, in the end we got two towels after hours of waiting and complain. Will not recommend.

- Majid (2/5): Pay a little more for something worth it ..... - Where can I start , I booked two king bed and they gave me one king bed ......the room was infested with cockroaches. I don’t recommend anyone staying here.......if you booked it online , you have to pay for breakfast . If you walk in and pay cash , breakfast it’s free ..... This hotel is A gimmick And they are very slick ........I never seen any hotels count every cup and plates , pots .....etc .....lmao that should tell you a lot about a hotel........

- JKR (8/5): Good, central location - but not in the Medina - The hotel was very nice. It's located about a 20-30 minute walk to the Medina and Souks, and across the street from a grocery store, which was convenient. The rooms were large and clean, with well working A/C units. The staff was competent, but not great... Our pre-arranged car at the airport was not ordered, so we waited almost an hour for them to send one (the hotel is only 15 minutes away). We later also found out that the car the hotel sent was 50% more expensive than just taking a cab (based on their emails to me, I had also assumed the hotel shuttle was free, as most shuttles are). We also had to ask 3-4 times for simple requests, like extra sheets and pillows. My only real complaint is that we booked, and I quote, "a six bed apartment." We did not get that. Our apartment was a two bed apartment with lots of couches - narrow, hard couches meant for sitting only, not pull-out bed couches. We ended up putting sheets over 2 of them and having our kids sleep there, which is not what we wanted or expected.

Very loud outside but I chose to stay on the Main Street to see the city life so no complaints. It’s so convenient having all the shops, pharmacy, food, bank around. The market sqaure isn’t far eaither. Flew back last night and I’m missing the hotel, the staff and Marrakech! Thank you so much to everyone working at Les ambassadeurs hotel!

It's near everything you might need. They do the best breakfast and an amazing coffee. The air conditioning worked amazingly. There swimming pool was clean . Poolen var lige lidt for kold, pga den er imellem bygninger og i konstant skygge. Morgenmaden var traditionel marokkansk morgenmad, som dog manglede noget frugt i buffeten. Men det var rigtig fint, og vi kan varmt anbefale det, hvis ikke det er fordi man kommer og regner med at ligge ved poolen eller bade i flere timer. Hotellet er flot og vedligeholdt og ligger udmærket i marrakesh, tæt på alt hvad man har brug for.
