The immediate vicinity is a treasure trove of high-caliber cafés, restaurants, and grocers offering excellent prepared meals for those moments of convenience. The absolute soul of this establishment, however, is Georgia. Her meticulous dedication and the palpable care she invests in her guests' absolute comfort is nothing short of admirable; she even graciously adapted the breakfasts to our specific tastes, ensuring we had savory options rather than just sweets. This thoughtful touch, paired with Silvina’s exacting standards, which render the property immaculately clean, ensures the modern rooms and pristine bathrooms are maintained to perfection. • Morgado Mora (8/5): Excelente ubicación y atención - Excelente ubicación y Giorgia es súper amable y servicial . Pedimos que el desayuno fuera con más opciones saladas y lo cumplió perfectamente. El aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones, se escucha bastante bien la tv y conversaciones de los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado.

E poi cè lei,la proprietaria,Giorgia,una persona gentilissima,sempre disponibile a tutto,fantastica. Il b&b si trova in una ottima posiziona,direttamente in centro. Insomma lo consiglio a tutti. Appena si entra si è avvolti da un piacevole profumo..La stanza è pulitissima e la colazione è ottima,sempre con prodotti locali. Se dovessi ritornare a Palermo,non avrei dubbi sul dove soggiornare.

• Inhee (10/5): Perfect stay in Palermo - ✅ The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions and a bus stop pretty much right outside. We walked to all the places including the historic center with a 4 year old with no problem! ✅ The host, Giorgia, was absolutely wonderful. She was welcoming, helpful and took very good care of all the guests. She gave us so many tips and served us amazing breakfast. ✅ The room was spacious and clean. They tidy up the room everyday. A mini-fridge was very useful as well to keep the beverage cool. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and we will definitely recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Palermo! The elevator of the building is rather small.

• Apak (10/5): - Konumu merkezi yerlere 7-8 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ve nezih bir semtteydi. Güzel ve nostaljik bir binanın içerisinde. Oda çok temizdi, yataklar rahattı. Klima mevcuttu. Bizim kaldığımız odanın 2 adet balkonu vardı. Ev sahibesi çok yardımsever ve konuskandı. İlk gün kahvaltımız binanın hemen altında bir kafede ve mükemmeldi. Diğer gün de kahvaltımız b&b’deydi ve geleneksel Sicilya kahvaltısıydı, gayet güzel ve yeterliydi. Çıkış yaptığımız gün akşama kadar bagajlarımızı bırakmamıza izin verdiler ki bu bizim için çok önemliydi. Tekrar gelirsem kalmayı düşüneceğim bir tesis.

Tout va dans le sens de notre bien-être. La propreté du lieu est irréprochable et il est très bien situé. Il est difficile de trouver mieux. Incontournable si l'on s'arrête à Palermo.

Host Georgia was friendly and so helpful with both the accommodation and advice about sights and good restaurant reccomendations. We went to a local resturant which was excellent called Sapurito. Would definitely stay there again. Nothing negative about the accommodation.

Quiet, tree-lined streets with plenty of cafes and designer boutiques nearby, yet only a 5-10 minute walk from major sights and nightlife. Photos represent the rooms accurately, which were comfortable and spotless. Giorgia, the owner, is a force of nature! She's a fantastic host who is a Palermo native and very knowledgeable about the city. Anyone staying here will experience Palermo at its best! Everything was excellent.

The breakfast spread is abundant and much more than I expected. The room was spotlessly clean. Giorgia was a wonderful host- she arranged airport pickup despite us booking after 9pm at night! She was warm, informative and professional. I absolutely would stay here again, and I would recommend to family and friends.

We stayed in a superb room with a double bed, which was very comfortable & had an ensuite bathroom . The decor/ furniture was modern/ contemporary style & the room was immaculately clean.We didn't opt for breakfasts, but we were able to access the kitchen for tea/ coffee as we wished( which was also spotless, as was the rest of the property). Our room also had a flat screen TV, fridge, hairdryer, towels, complimentary toiletries & slippers ,which was a nice touch. Georgio is an excellent host & really makes you feel welcome- she gave us excellent information about the city. All communications with Giorgio were excellent also with regard to our stay.We would 100% recommend staying here.Many thanks! 😊

Great location near historic center, but in a more quiet part of Palermo. Cold room by American standards, but triple room did have an extra electric heater that helped a bit.

La Suite familiale è impeccabile, luminosa e ampia, con un letto matrimoniale ultra confortevole. Le finestre doppie garantiscono un silenzio totale, nonostante la struttura sia in pien centro di Palermo, a quatro passi da Via Libertà. Il bagno con ampio vanno doccia è nuovissimo, molto ben attrezzato con shampoo e bagnodoccia. Le ambiete sono climatizzate e riscaldate. La pulizzia impeccabile. Infine, la signora Giogia è un ospite premurosa e offre oltre a servizi personalizzati per la colazione, un attenzione e una gentilezza unica. Ci ritornerò di sicuro.
