Thomas (10/5): Die perfekte Ferienwohnung! - Abgesehen von der fantastischen Aussicht und der zentralen Lage war das wohl die am besten ausgestattete und organisierteste Wohnung, die ich jemals gebucht habe. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts, plus ein Informations-Ordner, der keine Fragen offen gelassen hat!

Annette (10/5): Luxus, Komfort und ein unvergesslicher Ausblick - Bereits die Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber war herausragend. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen, die Räumlichkeiten sowie die Technik zu erklären und mit Hilfe eines Stadtplans einen Überblick zu schaffen über die Wiener Bezirke. Das Apartment war wirklich außergewöhnlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt in Wien zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Am meisten beeindruckt hat uns der atemberaubende Blick über ganz Wien - einfach wunderschön, besonders am Abend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders angenehm fanden wir auch die verglaste Sauna sowie eine Art Wintergarten, in dem auch Rauchen erlaubt ist und wir es uns abends gemütlich gemacht haben. Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die fehlende Duschwand an der Badewanne, aber wir haben es ohne "Überschwemmung" hinbekommen.

Basquette (10/5): Best views of the city, best location and best host - This might be the best place I’ve ever stayed in! The sauna being in the sun room was so cool, being able to use it after walking all day was the best! The view while laying in the sauna room was insane, you can see the whole city. The window opens for the best view/ people watching and fresh air. They have robes for after too which was so nice. Super close walking distance to all of the tourist areas and super close to a really cool outdoor restaurant area where locals hang out. Best host ever, we didn’t want to leave!

Thomas (10/5): Exklusive Wohnung mit Blick über Wien - Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und umfangreich (Tipps für Ausflüge, Präsentation Wohnung, etc.). Zudem wurde der Kühlschrank mit einer Flasche Sekt, Wasser und Soda vorbefüllt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr exklusiv und hochwertig. Highlight ist natürlich der Ausblick von der Loggia über Wien. Die Fenster lassen sich komplett öffnen, was es im Frühling und Sommer sehr angenehm macht. Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an mehreren Bahnlinien, was für einen Städtetrip ideal ist. Auch eine Fahrradverleihstation befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Nichts

Martin (9/5): - Die Aussicht war spektakulär. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll. Es war alles da, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat alles Notwendige erklärt und viele Tipps über Sehenswürdigkeiten und den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gegeben. Die Kaffeemaschine und der Toaster sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Johannes (9/5): - Sehr freundlicher zuvorkommender Eigentümer. Beim check in wurden alle Besonderheiten der Wohnung detailliert erklärt, sowie Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Wien gegeben. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt definitiv bereichert. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen, hat ein gemütliches Bequemes Schlafzimmer und ein sauberes großes Bad. Die Wohnung ist Stilvoll Eingerichtet, es gibt alles was man benötigt. highlight ist auf jeden Fall die sensationelle Aussicht und die eigene Sauna. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gibt in der Wohnung die ein oder andere Stelle die ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit benötigen würde (Fugen und Türrahmen in der Toilette) aber alles nicht schlimm.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt beispielsweise über eine Sauna, zwei Bäder und eine Loggia. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und äußerst kompetent; er begrüßt und verabschiedet die Gäste persönlich und erklärt mit viel Herzblut zahlreiche Details der traumhaften Aussicht.

Zentrale Lage, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichbar. Freundlicher und persönlicher Kontakt zum Eigentümer vir Ort. Penny ca 50 Meter entfernt. Keine nennenswerten Beanstandungen
heike (10/5): - Ein sehr schönes, modern ausgestattetes und geräumiges Apartment mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles war reichlich vorhanden. Angefangen von Geschirr, Gläsern, Handtüchern... Danke auch für den Sekt und die Getränke. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und reagierte sofort. Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist von großem Vorteil. Vieles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. In ca.20-25 Minuten ist man am Rathaus oder auch an der Votivkirche. Das Apartment kann man in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wo kann man schon abends nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag so einen Blick genießen und dabei in einer Sauna entspannen? Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich vor Ort empfangen und haben eine Einführung in die Ausstattung und die Umgebung/Anbindung der Wohnung bekommen. Wirklich empfehlenswert, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Klinger (10/5): Fantastische Wohnung mit einzigartiger Aussicht und Sauna - Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und die Einrichtung hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Auch ist es tip-top sauber gewesen und man hat sich sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es gibt ein gutes Soundsystem im Apartment, das durch die fehlenden Nachbarn auch frei genutzt werden kann. Die Aussicht ist durch die vielen Fenster einmalig und jeden Cent wert. Das weitere Highlight ist die Sauna die direkt im Apartment ist und zu jeder Zeit komplett frei nutzbar ist. Man merkt das der Gastgeber Ahnung hat was gut und wichtig ist. Ich kann die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würde sie sofort wieder buchen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch. Die Sauna ist schlecht isoliert. Aus irgendeinem Grund wird die Sauna nur durch eine dünne Glasscheibe zur Außenwelt abgetrennt, die sich nicht 100% verschließen lässt. Dadurch zieht es immer etwas kalt rein. (Saunieren macht dort aber trotzdem Spaß und es wird auch heiß). Ansonsten ist die ganze Wohnung insgesamt nicht richtig auf den praktischen Nutzen ausgerichtet. Beispiele: Der Badezimmerschrank befindet sich direkt in der Dusche und wird nass, der Saunalichtschalter befindet sich direkt über der Saunaheizung und wird heiß, die andere Dusche hat keinen Vorhang, das Fenster der Sauna ist wie gesagt nicht richtig dicht, der Herd hat eine an sich moderne Touchbedienung, die aber heiß wird und sich überhaupt nicht gut bedienen lässt etc... Also insgesamt ganz viele unpraktische Kleinigkeiten, die erst auffallen wenn man tatsächlich dort wohnt. Diese Punkte sollen aber nicht den Gesamteindruck schmälern weil die Wohnung und der Gastgeber sonst wirklich fantastisch waren.

Вид на місто панорамний - і це головна прикраса! В апартаментах є все необхідне і навіть більше! Приємно було поспілкуватися з власником, все показав, порадив, welcome drink, вода)) Дякуємо, приємно! Місце розташування чудове - поруч метро, трамвай,багато супермаркетів і ринок зі свіжими фруктами і овочами.

A plus the sauna and the closed balcony, ideal if there are smokers in the group.It has two bathrooms and the kitchen is super well equipped with accessories, crockery and most modern appliances. For 4 friends it was ideal, very luxurious and cozy at the same time. The location is good but a bit far from the center, anyway being 4 we took an uber for 15 euros and arrived in 15 minutes to the most iconic places in Viena. The public transport is very convenient for those who decide to use it. The train and the tram are just around the corner.

Megan (10/5): A Real Home Away from Home - - The location of the apartments is absolutely perfect: the Metro and Tram stations are literally just across the road -- and are themselves but a few stops from the main tourist attractions in the core zone, as well as shopping districts, there is one grocery store less than 100m away and two more grocery stores about 350m away. The neighbourhood is clean and feels very safe with no unsavoury characters loitering about :) - Checking in was exceptionally easy & very personal: the host took the time to set up the apartments for our arrival (turning on the lights and playing music to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere) and actually was there to welcome us into the apartments. He also gave us a quick tour around the apartment and explained the various features (electric blinds, sauna, very modern kitchen, etc.) and how to operate them. He even took out a map to help orientate us, gave us directions to major sights and even offered some personal recommendations :) - The apartments, themselves, are very beautiful: they are spacious, thoughtfully laid out, tastefully decorated and very clean. They are very well maintained and well stocked with cooking supplies (and even a complimentary bottle of champagne). The kitchens have every appliance and utensil we needed -- and we really appreciated the large refrigerators. There is also lots of available storage space. And we especially enjoyed the covered balconies and the little Christmas decorations and fairy lights that really add to the homely atmosphere. The beds are also very comfortable and there were extra blankets, duvets and pillows in the cupboards. Needless to say, we felt extremely comfortable and at home in these apartments :) - The communication with the host was amazing and so easy; he was always just a call or WhatsApp away, and responded promptly to messages :) - Some of the kitchen appliances aren't entirely user-friendly: in one apartment, we had some initial difficulty operating the induction stove and didn't realise that the stove did not work with some of the provided pots. Granted, there was a binder with detailed instructions on everything in the apartment... That particular stove was just too "intelligent" for us...

Jason (10/5): Fabulous Stay in Vienna - The apartment was wonderfully furnished and the view was spectacular. The apartment was fully functional with a great kitchen and laundry facility to make the stay absolutely comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful. There is a sauna that we were not able to make use of, but it is a great option if you have the time. Local transport was quite good. The West Banhof is only a few stops by U-Bahn and there is a direct light rail line into the city centre. It took a minor bit of effort to check into the apartment but it was no big thing. The location is on the west side and isn't the most scenic or best part of Vienna but, again, was very minor for us.

Wer die Gelegenheit hat, vier Nächte in einem Skyflats Appartement (in unserem Fall das Black View) zu verbringen, wird ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mit nach Hause nehmen. Es beginnt mit einem sensationellen Ausblick auf Wien, nachdem man vom engagierten Vermieter Dr. Seywald freundlich und hilfsbereit begrüßt worden ist. (Er bleibt im Übrigen telefonisch jederzeit für seine Gäste erreichbar!) Unser Appartement war topgepflegt und ist mit allem Erdenklichen liebevoll ausgestattet. Jedes Detail ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und sehr schön bezogen. Die Bäder sind top ausgestattet und sauber. Die Kücheneinrichtung und alle Geräte, einschließlich der drei (!) Fernseher, funktionierten einwandfrei. Man könnte unseren Aufenthalt mit einem Satz so beschreiben: "Wir hatten das Gefühl, das Luxusappartement eines großzügigen Freundes für ein paar Tage benutzen zu dürfen." Somit jederzeit wieder!

The apartment is less than a block to the train/subway system that provides access to the entire City. Also, several markets nearby. My favorite part was the floor plan - lovely in-suite patio with fireplace - separated water closet and shower and in-suite washer/dryer. Everything was wonderful.

Комната, где стоит диван закрывается с помощью раздвижной двери и становится полноценной комнатой для сна 4. Близко к центру 1. Ночью было слышно шум от дороги, в особенности сигналы скорой помощи часто мешали спокойному сну 2. Старые, изношенные полотенца не соответствовали уровню жилья. Было неприятно пользоваться ими, впервые за многочисленные путешествия у меня возникла мысль о том, чтобы купить себе личное полотенце

Natalia (10/5): Super apartament z pięknym widokiem. - wszystko super, tak jak w opisie. W pełni wyposażone. Łatwy kontakt z właścicielem. Bez problemu przekazanie kluczy, a po pobycie jedynie zamkniecie drzwi, bez zdawania. Piękny widok. Za apartamentem zaczyna się już mniej "ciekawa" okolica, raczej imigrantów. Duży ruch samochodów, co sprawia, że przy otwartym tarasie jest głośno.

Great location metro links across the street and very easy to navigate. The bed was so comfy it was heaven.
