Unsere Zimmer waren geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr guter Auswahl.

Stefan (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut, wir konnten das Auto in der Tiefgarage parken und dann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück bietet alles was notwendig ist um in den Tag zu starten. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Tiefgarage, welche zuvor reserviert werden muss. Wir teilten mit, das wir mit einem Elektro Auto anreisen werden. Wir bekamen einen reservierten Platz bei einer Ladesäule sehr fein. Mit dem QR Code konnte direkt mit dem Handy bezahlt werden und der Preis für die Ladung war fair. Sehr entspannt die Anreise. Wir konnten eine schöne Zeit verbringen, gerne wieder.
Andreas (10/5): Ein tolles Hotel in einer tollen Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Das Hotel ist unmittelbar ausserhalb der Altstadt gelegen. Man erreicht alle Ziele bequem zu Fuss. Das Zimmer war nicht allzu gross, aber wir fühlten uns rasch wohl. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Am ersten Morgen war es am Frühstücksbuffet etwas chaotisch. Aber evtl. wollten auch alle gleichzeitig frühstücken. Am zweiten Tag lief dafür alles reibungslos.

Das Frühstück reichhaltig und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer klein, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt okay. Beim Frühstück etwas mehr Käse für Vegetarier..., bei der Dusche kam mal warmes, mal kaltes Wasser - aber die Rezeption wollte sich drum kümmern.

Billy (7/5): It was okay, but won't stay again. - We picked this hotel for its location and it was great. It is about 15 min walk to the old town. The room is a standard size. The bathroom is quite roomy. Our room had a great street view and the windows fully open, which was life-saving. The room was so hot, absorbing all the afternoon sun...and the central controlled aircon only had fan and heating during the time we stayed. Apparently it was going to be switched to cool/cold in some coming weeks. The hotel also took out the fridge in the room and did not give us a reason. The staff just said "there is no more fridge in the room". We only had room temperature water in a 27oC room. It was horrible. We had to keep the windows open during the day and night... We stayed for 2 nights but the front desk staff only loaded 1 day to our card, so the second day we got locked out. When we asked for help, the confusion the staff brought on was unbelievable.

Inge (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf vlakbij het oude centrum - Prima ligging vlakbij het oude centrum. Vriendelijk ontvangst, schone en nette kamers, fijn bed en prima ontbijt. Ook mogelijkheid om parkeerplek erbij te huren in de parkeergarage onder het hotel. Als we iets moeten noemen dan is het dat het vrij warm was op de kamer.

Anna (10/5): - Location perfect steps from old town but quiet at night. Room and the whole hotel is tastefully renovated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff is attentive, breakfast offered so many choices, and everything was very good. Either A/C wasn’t working properly or it was too difficult to figure out. There was a bit of breeze coming from the window, so it wasn’t much of an issue.

Suzanne (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Colmar - schöne Ferienstimmung. - Sehr ruhige Lage des Hotels und trotzdem nahe beim Zentrum. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und liess keine Wünsche offen. Freundliches Personal und komfortable Zimmer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel empfehlen. --

A l’accueil on a posé une question concernant une place au parking elle a répondu en disant pas de place disponible !!! On a expliqué que notre voiture est déjà au parking 🧐…etc Elle a accordé note place et on a payé pour ….

Mario (10/5): - Camera spaziosa, pulita, silenziosa e confortevole. Personale attento e gentile. Comodo il garage accessibile direttamente dall’albergo. Ottima colazione con prodotti freschi. Disponibili molti prodotti regionali. In garage ci sono postazioni per la ricarica di auto elettriche. Il centro è molto vicino e la zona dei ristoranti è a due passi.
