• Fanie (8/5): Fantastic stay in Rustenburg. - Friendly staff and beautiful ground with lots of animals, swimming pool and restaurant on site. The one problem is that there are multiple spotlights on during the night. I assume its for security. It does shine into all the bedrooms quite a bit.

• Siliziwe (7/5): - The room was very clean. The bed. Why do you have twin beds for a couple instead of 1 queen or double bed? That was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Didn't have much of choice selection on the breakfast menu as the buffet was only prepared around 10 and we had to order from the restaurant menu. Your policy says "no food or alcohol allowed in the rooms" but the restaurant was closed when we checked in at 4pm and we had to go out and get food in town. The staff was not sure of the restaurant operating times on the weekend so we had to sort ourselves out on lunch and dinner.

• Schalk Wiehan (1/5): If you like shebeens and the thrill of risking your safety, this is the place for you. - There was a shebeen next to my room, with constant drinking and visitors taking up parking, becoming aggressive, driving drunk on/off the premises. Loud music until late. This was incompatible to live at. I had to evacuate late at night with a child to go stay at a different hotel. Management sent me a fake refund proof of payment. • Tessa (8/5): Would recommend - Large room, clean with good facilities (large fridge, microwave and coffee machine in our unit). It felt very safe for mom and young son traveling alone. Beautiful pool. Friendly staff. Good restaurant Large pool could be better signposted - we swam in the small one and thought the pictures on the website were wrong! Found big pool on the last day of our stay. We hadn't realized there were two pools! The meal from room service was disappointing.

• Monique (7/5): Better management of guest behavior and noise levels would greatly improve the stay. - Check-in was quick and easy, the facility was clean and the location is great. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by very noisy guests in the room next door. They arrived quite late and appeared to be inebriated. At one point, they approached our patio and attempted to join us for a smoke, which made us uncomfortable. In addition, they remained loud until well after midnight. As a result, we were unable to get sufficient rest, which negatively impacted our overall experience.

The lunch we had in the restaurant was very good and service was quick. The gardens are beautiful. All in all it was a fair stay, but not overwhelming. The television cables are hanging loose and the hairdryer in the drawer could not be plugged in anywhere in the room, which seemed very odd. My room had no net curtains, only block-outs so during the day everyone could see into the room. The bathroom had no dustbin, which was not practical. The rooms are showing some wear and tear.

• Thato (9/5): Great Short Stay - The rooms were decently sized and modern, the staff was amazing incl. Blessing at reception. I also enjoyed the swimming pool area and how neat the place was when walking around. One of our deluxe rooms didn't have a sliding door for the bathroom. Not sure if this is for a few or all of them. Perhaps install such doors for privacy (be it for a couple, family members). Maybe also include a glass or two to accompany the cups and tea condiments.

• Caroline (8/5): Manor Hills has a beautiful overall feel and was a pleasant stay after a long day on the road. - Our group were very impressed with the location. Rooms we spacious and clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The Wi-fi was a little spotty and did not give uninterrupted service. An addition of an armchair in the room would be a nice touch as the space is quite large and you don't always want to sit on the bed or desk chair.

• Enrico (5/5): nothing to say - Cant even say Ive book the King Suit but there was not even a Glass or a plate in the room i had to ask for a plate to eat out and the cockroaches ,i left a plate on the cupboard and the cockroaches were all over i had to spray and sit outside for 15min
