• Jason (10/5): I love it here. - The WiFi connection is really fast for mobile phones, laptops and even the smart TV in the room. Provided with a freezer microwave and kettle. Tea coffee milk sugar biscuits etc. Ensuite was very clean and spacious, shower clean also Coat hangers, hair dryer, fresh towels are provided whenever required. Above all else the staff here are friendly, helpful, respectful, and will always go the extra mile to make my stays as smooth and comfortable. I couldn't fault this place for the price you pay there is no better value for money. Can't fault it.

• Jason (10/5): Great hotel no issues! - Not the first time I've stayed here, currently my 3rd or 4th stay at trivelles. Staff are great and will help with anything you just need to ask. For the price of the room per night,you will not find better value for money. The rooms are clean and tidy and apart from the no lifts ( I am fit and healthy so this isn't an issue) this place is a great place to stay.
• Ian (5/5): - Location was reasonable First room I had was a duplex with literally just a bed and a microwave and fridge in level 1. Nothing on the second level, just the shower room and lots of empty space- weird No furniture, no desk, table, chairs or anything

• Hil (10/5): Room.204 - The staff at the desk were very friendly and polite, and made me feel at home. I stay at this hotel regularly because it’s close to work. Room 204 was cozy — more like a little apartment — with stairs leading up to a loft bed, tucked away from other guests. It also had a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle, so there was no need to go out for anything. Value for money Bins need cleaning

• Jason (9/5): Great place to stay! Cosy rooms and friendly staff - Firstly the staff member in reception was amazing. Muhammad I stayed in room 207 and you made booking in and booking out easy and were happy to answer any of my questions a credit to the hotel. The room is small but cosy with nice a sized and may I add very clean en suite bathroom the bed sheets were clean and clean towels where provided. The room came with a kettle, fridge and microwave I was supplied with coffee and fresh bottled water upon entering the room and was happy to find out that my room had a smart TV with strong WiFi. For the price I paid for 2 nights, you will not find better value for your money I was so delighted I extended my stay for an extra 5 nights. Would definitely recommend trivelles for a cheap as chips last minute stay also very accommodating with electric vehicles. I liked everything

We were upgraded which was appreciated so had a fridge and access to some plates, bowls and cutlery, a couch and more room to store luggage. Parking was right outside. Plug in air freshener was a bit overpowering.

• Steve (3/5): Not worth the money - Location was good for Grand National. Pub nearby was lovely. Booked a deluxe suite which was supposed to have sofas as well as a bed. There was no sofa in the living area. The lights did not work so was moved to another much smaller room. Curtains were dirty and very poor quality - not fit for purpose. Lots of marks on walls and paint on bathroom door. No wardrobe to hang clothes, only a small area on wall. Furniture dated and scruffy. Very disappointing for the price paid. Free car parking on site advertised but spaces very limited.

The staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful—they really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are lovely, always clean, warm, and have a really fresh, pleasant smell as soon as you walk in, which makes such a difference. It genuinely feels comfortable and relaxing every time I stay. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone—you definitely won’t regret staying here. Looking forward to my next visit already! Nothing to complain about

I didn’t really interact much with the staff, so the service was fine overall. What pleasantly surprised me was how clean the bathroom was, especially considering the price What I was less satisfied with was the surrounding area. There are very few shops or places to buy things along the road leading to the hotel, which makes it rather inconvenient. The location also feels a bit remote, and I’m not sure why there are so many speed bumps on the road leading in, which makes driving less comfortable

• Steve (9/5): Value for money Hotel - Staff were very good. I was upgraded from a single to a double room for no charge. Rooms were clean and tidy. Carpark outside the hotel was safe. Price of the room for the night was excellent as other hotels in the city centre were at least twice the price. No food or bar at the hotel which was a little strange as it is a converted pub.

• Janet (1/5): - Nothing to be fair. Outside of the hotel there were people smoking which i agree was acceptable but they did make us feel unfortunate and it wasn't normal tobacco! The checking wasn't smooth as there was a language barrier and it was more of a table with a bit of tinsel on it. We finally got our rooms, a double for 2 and a single for me. The room had a not very nice smell! I couldn't really figure out what the smell was but it was soon very apparent that we would not be staying there. My curtains were held together by a bit of tape so they didn't close. A dirty extension lead was connected to a kettle. A phone call to my sister made a very quick decision "we are not staying here" I have used booking.com for years and have never had to complain about any booking! The rooms were not as described and it felt we were in an asylum hotel. We left within minutes and decided to drive home and not drink. It spoilt our day with my niece in her new home. I wish I had taken photos but it was just get me out of here!
• Jamesjohnstone91 (10/5): Outstanding for the price! - The receptionist was really friendly and welcoming, offering me chocolates upon entry and checked me in within seconds of arriving. The room was immaculate. It sounds a bit bad but I was expecting a really dirty hotel room with a shared bathroom down to the price however I was proven so wrong. The room was very spacious, very clean, big double bed, mini fridge, microwave and my own bathroom. Spaces to hang clothes up to. I had to ask if I can check out at any time in the morning as I had to be up and out at 6:30am and I could check out at any time. Instead of ringing the bell and waking someone up to check me out I decided to just leave my key card with the posted note on with my name and room. I really will be returning here and I'd highly recommend if you need a fairly priced room. Wasn't a huge issue but the fan noise in the bathroom was a little loud and so was the mini fridge but it didn't cause any problems.

I have never encountered a more attentive, helpful, respectful person that couldnt of made us feel comfortable. I cannot thank him enough for such a lovely experience. beds where to bouncy

• Prohasca (10/5): Best bed, shower and host. - I liked the location. It was a really nice neighborhood. Plenty of places to see(close to the beach) and lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve slept in and the shower the most spacious one The interior design could use a bit of work. But the place was clean and had everything u need. And to be honest… if I had to choose between a really good looking place that has a shitty bed… and one that doesn’t look that good but has the best bed ever… I’d go with the latter one.
