• Richard (7/5): Goed appartement voor max 2 nachten op een uitstekende locatie. - De locatie midden in de oude stad is geweldig. De sympathieke verhuurder vertelt je alles wat je wilt weten. Alles wat je nodig hebt in het appartement is aanwezig. Goed bed, douche, keuken en alle benodigdheden. Je hebt een klein buitenplaatsje van 1x2 meter. Daar kan je helaas niet zitten aangezien er constant water naar beneden druppelt. Dat trekt veel vliegjes aan waardoor je de deur niet open kan zetten. Er zijn geen ramen waardoor je naar buiten kunt kijken. Wij kregen daardoor een opgesloten gevoel. De bank mag wel vervangen worden voor een comfortabele bank.

• Laura (9/5): Ottima soluzione per famiglie. - Posizione ottima, a 50mt da un market e 5 minuti q piedi dalla cattedrale da una parte e dalle torri de serrans. Appartamento bello (presente anche lavastoviglie), camere e bagni ottimi. Host disponibile e cordiale. Le scale per arrivare all'appartamento sono un po' scomode e la notte si sentono un po' i rumori dalla via sotto.

It's really in the center and you can access the vibrant city at all times of the day. The duplex apartment we stayed in was super interesting and charming, with an ancient wall and cool interior decoration. We loved the mezzanine; it adds a lot of character to the whole space. The apartment has all details one needs for a comfortable stay. Our host was a bit on the 'harsh' side when he warned us about no partying and no breaking items in the apartment. I'm sure they must have had a lot of negative experiences with partying groups, but we are a group of middle aged adults & two kids :) not the usual crazy party people, so it might make sense to tone it down a little.

The location is absolutely incredible—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many sights, restaurants, and bars. It really couldn’t be more central. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. He gave us many helpful tips about what to see, where to eat, and how to make the most of our time in Valencia. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which made everything very easy and smooth. The only small thing to keep in mind is that it can sometimes be a bit noisy at night. But that’s simply part of staying in the historic old town and being in such a lively, central area.

• Denice (3/5): Aufpassen welche Wohnung genau man bucht - Wir haben nach 2 Personen gesucht und dabei bekommt man immer nur die Keller Wohnung angezeigt. Erhöht man auf drei und mehr Personen bekommt man die schöneren Ferienwohnungen auch zur Auswahl angeboten. Wir haben das leider nicht gewusst, aber im Nachgang mehrfach ausprobiert. Ist leider so. Ich wäre bereit gewesen, für eine andere Wohnung (also im OG oder DG) auch mehr zu bezahlen. Aber die Wohnung im Keller war definitiv ein Loch, nicht sauber und viel zu teuer. Eine Made lief leider auch über Küchenboden. Leider betreffen die Bilder in Booking ALLE Wohnungen. Für zwei Nächte durften wir umziehen - war top! Aber diese Wohnung war dann leider belegt, so dass wir in die Keller Wohnung zurück ziehen mussten. Schlechte Luft, Wasser in der Dusche lief an der Tür rechts und links raus…. Lauter unschöne dinge

(2x2m au moins) possibilité de mettre son vélo dans un local privé. une petite terrasse privée. l'accueil avec remise des clefs et visite de l'appartement. situé au 1er étage, oubliez la vue et la lumière du jour. (en octobre, c'est un peu dur)

• Lisa (8/5): Insgesamt für einen Städtetrip nach Valencia sehr zu empfehlen. - Die Lage war top, die Wohnung war super aufgeteilt und groß. Schöne Terrasse und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche! Bequeme Bette waren auch vorhanden. Der Vermieter hat gleich angeboten uns mit den Koffern zu helfen, da das Stiegenhaus sehr eng ist und die Wohnung im 3. oder 4. Stock. Er hat uns auch viele Tipps für Restaurants etc. gegeben. Die Duschwand in einem der Badezimmer war nicht dicht, sodass gleich Wasser ausgelaufen ist und an einer Wand im Wohnzimmer sah es so aus, als wäre etwas Schimmel an einer Stelle. Eine Kommode, ein Brett im Schrank und eine Sonnenliege waren teilweise ein bisschen kaputt, was uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat.

• Your House (10/5): Vacanze con bambini e nonni, abbiamo adorato il posto! - Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, molto pulito, ampi spazi, comodissimo per una famiglia di 5/6 persone. La posizione inoltre perfetta, la migliore di Valencia ed a pochi passi dal Parco. Consigliamo vivamente. Ho trascorso delle splendide vacanze con le mie figlie ed i nonni.

• Gail (8/5): October break - The location was fantastic, central to all the bars and restaurants in the old town. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The terrace overlooking the rooftops was charming and lovely for breakfast and early evening drinks. The shower flooded the bathroom after each use making it very sippery. The decking on the terrace was in very poor condition and potentially dangerous although this was pointed out by the host so we were aware.

• ejberkhout (9/5): Top appartement! - Fantastische ligging, mooi en ruim appartement. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren! Goede bedden. Twee badkamers. Kan niet zoveel bedenken. De glazen eetkamertafel vonden we erg ongezellig.
