- Lindsey (6/5): - It was convenient for us. 1. Shower was an issue. The shampoo dispenser was empty from the first day we arrived. We also had to let the shower run for 20-25 minutes before it got even a little hot.
2. There was clothing in the top of the closet…this made us feel the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived.
We addressed these issue with the property and they just said they would have house keeping drop off shampoo in the morning and they’d also let them know about the clothing. We felt very dismissed especially since we were checking out the next morning and no one came before we left.

- S6759KAcarolm (4/5): Plumbing service was nonexistent. We had no working toilet on the second day - The place was nice and clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. We had a clogged, unusable toilet in our room. We made 3 requests to have it fixed. No one ever came. We checked out and left. The manager refused to give us any credit on our bill. She said she couldn't do anything for us. Not going back
- Rhoda (8/5): - Location & cleanliness (our room was spotless thanks to Maria L.)
- Christensen (9/5): - Our room was quiet and clean. The hotel is centrally located. Nothing
- Jeff (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Julie (8/5): You get what you pay for! - Very attentive staff. When we first checked into our room, the adjacent room was very loud (kids on spring break). I called the front desk and they immediately relocated us to a quieter room on another floor. Great customer service!
- heididH1192EN (10/5): Great stay at a great price - Great location in the heart of Nampa. Brand new hotel with a fabulous breakfast bar. Staff were friendly and always helpful. There were nice touches like an open elevator always waiting on the ground floor, and strong, hot shower, and a delicious cup of coffee always available.
- Tony (7/5): - Very clean Beds were ok.

- Discover19009083484 (10/5): Amazing Stay! - The hotel is very nice, well kept, warm and welcoming. The amenities are exceptional. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. At the front desk Gerardo took time to explain the policies and amenities, with a great depth of knowledge. He even went up, personally, to ensure our room was in order at check in. Araceli cleaned our room expertly before our stay.
- Dawn (8/5): Great value - Clean and value
- Joe (9/5): Loved it and will return to this site next time. - Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was super clean and smelled fresh. In other words, facilities were fabulous! Pillow were pretty lame. Our King room had one chair and a desk chair and the room adjacent had a couch and table and a desk chair. Ours would have been top notch with the couch and table.

- Aaron (10/5): Clean, mostly quite, great coffee in the lobby area, the food was great and the location was perfect - The coffee maker in the lobby that was able to make various kinds of coffee and chocolate was awesome and breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks.
- Rick (10/5): Great!! - Breakfast was very good. Room was exceptional (the nicest room we had on our trip). The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely stay there again.

- Joshua (10/5): Enjoyed our stay at Best Western Peppertree in Nampa. - Friendly staff and clean. Vending machines were not working.
- Jet30773363899 (2/5): Best western plus is not good anymore. - Beds are very uncomfortable. It is clear that the management doesn’t care about the customer experience. Asked to check out two nights early because we had an awful nights sleep due to thin walls and floors and hard beds. We were told no refunds could be given unless 24 hours in advance. How do you know you won’t be able to sleep 24 hours in advance? Was told management doesn’t allow any refunds and there was nothing they could do. Not a great business strategy for repeat business. Turned me off of best western plus all together. You can keep my loyalty points, i’m done with best western all together.
- Dawn (10/5): - It was excellent
- susanbC3337JC (10/5): Best western is the best - We moved to the area and have stayed here 2x in 2 months. Our housekeeper Araceli was responsive and through. We wanted for nothing both times.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area and freely share food and service recommendations that prove valuable.
The rooms are great, especially love the huge shower and the proximity of the power plugs to the bed.
Beds are warm and comfortable, there is a plethora of towels and Araceli will provide them if you need more.
The convenience of being able to text the front desk is a plus. Scanning the menu for the restaurant using the qr code helps, too. Love this location and the friendly, helpful staff the most.

- David (8/5): - Clean, comfortable. Affordable
- Richard (2/5): - Hair in the sink, PreCheck didn't work so had to wait to check in, did not request an ADA room and hate the zero-edge shower.
- Daniel (10/5): - Nice stay. I'd stay there again.
- John (8/5): - Bed was a little firm and minimal coffee supplies but the hotel is clean and quiet
- Jonathan (10/5): - Clean, comfortable.
- Carrie (10/5): - Very clean room and bathroom. Great bar!
- Heather (8/5): - Check in fast and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was horrible. Neither of us slept well it was so hard and tiny pillows.
- Robert (6/5): - I had to wait to check in then when it was time I waited for a person to check in then the employee walked away and took a break so I had to wait again.
- Julia (10/5): Easy and comfortable - Well maintained at a super price!
- Maria (10/5): - Our room was very clean thanks to Araceli.
- Carolyn (10/5): - Clean big room, great amenities, enjoyable stay
- annbK138IE (10/5): Hidden gem - We stayed at this property when driving from Minneapolis to Portland. The hotel is easily accessible from the freeway. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The interiors look new and attractive. An added bonus—there is a small bar/restaurant on the property (Open Mon-Sat) which is nice if you don’t want to venture out after you’ve arrived. This was a great option for a night on our drive.
- Larry (10/5): - Clean , safe and friendly! Newer facilities!
- Brandee (10/5): -
- Alan (10/5): - Very clean and nice. Located a few minutes off the interstate which made it quiet. There plenty of places to dine within a few minutes drive. The breakfast was also quite good.
- Danie**;l (8/5): - Online this property looks amazing! It's not bad, by any means. But I'll say it was a bit underwhelming. Props to whoever the photographer was!
- Craig (6/5): - Everything was good except the mattress. Comparable to a hammock
- Edward (10/5): - I did notice the toilet wasn't wiped down, but otherwise it was great
- annettemZ3474RZ (2/5): Terrible-not honest - I accidentally left my mother’s heirloom necklace, a gold chain, and gold hoop earrings in my room. When I realized it, I called the front desk, only to be told that after 30 days they “get rid” of lost items. Excuse me—shouldn’t they try to contact the guest first? On top of that, it raises serious concerns about the integrity of housekeeping. If a valuable item is found, is it really being logged and kept safely, or just taken?
The front desk was completely unhelpful and basically told me I was out of luck. Where is the honesty and professionalism here—both from housekeeping and from management?
Bottom line: Do not stay here. Your personal belongings are not safe, and if you lose something, don’t expect any effort from staff or housekeeping to help you.
- David (10/5): - No
- Glenn (10/5): - Nice room and bed was comfortable
- Lisa (10/5): - This was a very nice Best Western. I would stay here again, if I was traveling through Idaho.
- Susan (10/5): - Very nice staff. Nice room
- Valentina (8/5): - Clean, nice rooms, good place to stop over but nothing much to do in walking distance.
- Marina (10/5): - It was beautiful, friendly staff and clean
- Kenneth (10/5): - Arrived late around 11:00 pm for check in. Late night person named Carma had just started her overnight shift and she wasn’t overly friendly. Long day of driving and she asked if I had just two in the party. I said I had four and she looked like she was upset that I wasn’t honest because I booked through Expedia and the default is 2 people. I never ever change the default. If I am getting two queen beds that means the room can sleep at least 4 people and quite frankly it’s none of her business. I wasn’t overly happy that I was being interrogated at 11:00 pm in the evening. I quirkly asked her in response, I have a room with two queens correct? She replied yes, and didn’t say anything after that. She just gave me the cold shoulder. I’m sure she could sense my irritation with such a stupid question at 11:00 pm at night especially after she asked how I was doing and I explained that I was tired after a long day of driving. Not impressed with her, but that’s what you get with the night crew receptionist I guess.
Other than that, the room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The breakfast was good offering many options. I have stayed at this Best Western Plus in the past and enjoyed it as well. I would stay here again if in the Nampa, Idaho area, but hope that I check in earlier than 11:00 PM so I can avoid Carma.
- Paul (10/5): - Next time we need a room that has a higher toilet
- Rene'e (8/5): - What a nice facility. Our room was perfect, bed was comfortable. The property was quiet.
Check in took more time than usual because of multiple online forms to complete.
We had to wait for the bartender to show up and then she remained on her phone for a bit before acknowledging us. That was a little annoying.Despite the annoyance, we enjoyed being able to sit outside and enjoy our beverages.
It looked like breakfast had multiple hot options but we weren’t able to enjoy it since we were there on the weekend and breakfast didn’t begin until 7 and we had to be at our event by 7:15.
When we returned from our event Saturday night there was an event happening at the civic center so we barely found a parking spot. We got the last one.
If we’re ever in the area again we will stay here.
- Paul Charles (8/5): - The breakfast was very average.
- Anna (9/5): Wonderful, will stay again. - Clean, and quiet with easy check-in. nothing
- Ashley (10/5): - Very friendly staff
- Mark (10/5): - Mischa was awesome and very helpful, she had my keys waiting for me and answered all my questions. Benny’s room was clean and on point! Breakfast was great
- Jolene (6/5): - I needed to check in at 3 pm to get ready for a wedding at 4:30 and was told it was 20 dollars to check in early! 1 hour and the room was ready and they charged me! Very bad policy.
- Shantell (10/5): - 😊
- Kathleen (10/5): - Our second stay here, our daughter lives in Nampa. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean, spacious rooms. Pool and hot tub are well maintained.
- Valorie (10/5): - Spotlessly clean and very exceptional staff.
- Carmen (10/5): - We stay here every time we come at least once a year Na
- Allen (10/5): - This is a really nice hotel.
- Amy (10/5): - Very nice and clean hotel. I’ve stayed here several times and always had
- Lisa (10/5): - Beautiful room and super helpful staff!
- Debbie (10/5): Pillows - My only complaint is the pillows are huge, and dense. I just wish one of them was softer.
- Kori (10/5): - Easy access. Sort of far from busy parts of town. Clean & quiet. Bar and restaurant on site. Breakfast was ok.
- Tera (8/5): Great spot in Nampa - The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The pool was a nice spot to relax. Only thing I would change is the restaurant/bar was not open Sunday.
- Rachel (10/5): Loved how clean it was, would like to see more hours for the restaurant. - Clean and friendly staff. Restaurant hours weren’t very long.
- Mark (10/5): Definitely our go to for family who come from out of state - Everything
Communication, the room was fabulous, the breakfast was great Nothing
- Riley (10/5): - The property was clean, the staff were nice, the breakfast we didn’t eat, but it seemed to be good. This is a great option for cheap and easy. Not next to much, we were in the area for a concert in Nampa.
- Joshua (10/5): Stay here! - This is a top tier in quality hotel. I loved staying here with my family. We booked last minute and couldn't believe the quality.
