Showeer head faulty, off the wall and when fixed no water coming out. Bathroom wash hand basin without stopper. Staff rather arrogant when asked to change room, nothing available and if you didn't like it should have left when I arrived. Breakfast not on site, few hundered meters away in a different bar

Ambienti decisamente troppo minimal, nessun Colazioni a base di caffè liofilizzato e biscotti confezionati. A 6€ al giorno a testa in più TV in camera non utilizzabile. Telecomando scarico. Acqua doccia che arrivava a singhiozzo Ambiente vecchio e trascurato. Per le 95€ a notte ci saremmo aspettato almeno una colazione compresa. Camera con infissi non isolati. Si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni. Notti difficili

- Laetitia (6/5): - Hôtel bien situé proche du centre historique. Chambre agréable. La rapport qualité prix est intéressant. Quelques problèmes avec l eau chaude. L eau est difficile à régler. Je m attendais à avoir un petit déjeuner avec buffet comme sur les photos de l hôtel mais ce n était pas le cas. Quelques biscuits et croissants industriels sont déposés dans la chambre avec des sachets de thé et café.. Dommage .. la réception est peu ouverte.

- Iveta (7/5): - Very clean, pretty view from the window. Good location very close to the train station and the airport buses. Expected a bit more from the breakfats. Photos are not representative of it. Paper thin walls, we could hear every word of our noisy neighbours including their loud music. Very low water pressure in the shower. Temperature of the shower also difficult to set. Runs either boiling hot or cold.
- Judit (2/5): Senkinek sem ajánlom!!! - Napi takarítás rendben, azon kívül semmi. Addig jó és kedves vendég vagy, amig le nem vonják a kártyádról a szállás árát. (Az idegenforgalmi adó fizetésére bezzeg minden nap Whatsapp üzenetben figyelmeztettek. ) Utána a booking.com és a szállásadó manager is nagyívben hárítja a jelentett problémádat. A foglaláskor reggelivel lett kifizetve a szállás. A booking.com fotói alapján éttermi reggeli volt beígérve (kávé,pékárú, gyümölcslé,sajt,szalámi...) tetőterasszal. Nahát ebből itt semmi sem igaz. Az étterem és a tetőterasz végig zárva volt, személyzet sehol, csak egy diák a recepción, aki semmit nem tud. A szobába bekészített reggelinek nevezett valami (fotón) egy szánalmas dolog. Reklamációmat a booking.com a szállásadóhoz irányította, aki azt a választ adta, hogy 6 euróért ennyi jár. Ezt nem tudom honnan vette, nem tudom értelmezni. Semmi próbálkozás a probléma megodására vagy elnézés kérése.Nem erre lett befizetve. Azonkívül rendkívül zajos a szállás. 20fok nappal,a fűtőtest forró. A fürdőben a melegvíz alig csordogál. Egyetlen pozitívum a napi takarítás. Messze kerülje mindenki el ezt a szállást!!!

- Raffaele (8/5): Tutto bene, comodo, giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. - La posizione sicuramente comoda vicino alla stazione centrale, alla fermata del tram e non lontano dalle fermate autobus su piazza Garibaldi. La camera era nuova ed accogliente, erano presenti tv e condizionatore. La struttura nei giorni del soggiorno aveva problemi con la pressione dell’acqua infatti abbiamo avuto problemi nel fare la doccia in quanto per alcuni minuti non era presenta acqua ma poi è tornata regolarmente. Ovviamente il problema era della conduttura generale e non dell’hotel nello specifico

- talemme73 (10/5): - Ho soggiornato all’UP HOTEL di Napoli e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. Struttura moderna, ben curata e molto accogliente. Le camere sono pulite, ordinate e confortevoli, arredate con gusto e con tutto il necessario per stare bene. Si percepisce subito attenzione ai dettagli e alla qualità del servizio. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Un’accoglienza che fa davvero la differenza. La posizione è ottima, comoda per muoversi e raggiungere facilmente i punti principali della città. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è più che giusto per quello che offre. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole soggiornare a Napoli con comfort e tranquillità. Ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte!

- Romina (1/5): Come ingannare il prossimo - Non mi è piaciuto nulla, non c'è parcheggio bisogna lasciare l'auto in strada contrariamente a ciò che c'è scritto, non è vero che si paga in struttura, ti chiedono il pagamento anticipato online prima del tuo arrivo privatamente e con insistenza, non è un hotel è un bb di quarto ordine tenuto male e decadente vicino alla stazione in una zona malfamata e sporca, la colazione è una busta con una merendina e tre liofilizzati, insomma scortesi pessimi e brutti, orribile Bugiardi le foto sono ingannevoli e non è assolutamente vero che sono in centro storico, scortesi, costosi

- Gabriella (7/5): - La posizione è molto comoda. Vicinissima al centro storico e a pochi minuti da una fermata della metro. Comodissimo poter gestire in tutta autonomia gli accessi grazie a delle password. La camera era discreta anche se con alcune pecche. Materassi comodi cuscini inesistenti (1 solo a persona e molto molto morbido). L'hotel si trova in uno stabile anche "residenziale" e non particolarmente mantenuto. Il cortile interno e le scale interne sono piuttosto malconcie, l'ascensore un tantino inquietante anche se poi il servizio lo fa... Siamo riusciti a fare il check-in con, presumo, il titolare/responsabile ma poi nessuno alla reception per giorni! Una notte è mancata l'elettricità (eravamo noi perché nel resto dello stabile c'era) e ho dovuto mandare un whatsapp con la speranza che leggesse 😅 La camera era, tutto sommato, accettabile anche se un pochino piccola per 3 persone, ma c'era sempre il timore di tirare lo sciacquone che faceva strani rumori 😬 Se gli spazi comuni fossero un pochino più curati non sarebbe male. Prezzo abbastanza equo. Consiglio che do a quasi tutte le camere: se ci sono spazi "inutili" sfruttateli per metterci un attaccapanni a muro, in special modo se l'armadio/appendiabiti è molto piccolo.

Then it turned out the room code didn't work, so I was stuck in the hallway for an hour. There was no staff at the front desk or in the restaurant. No one answered the phone or responded to messages. Only after I threatened to call the police and break down the door did they block my room.

- Carsten (1/5): Prøv at find et andet hotel. - God beliggenhed Hotellet var beskrevet at have restaurant - det havde det ikke. Morgenmad var angivet at koste 10 euro - det kostede 15 euro pr person. Vi ønskede at afbestille en overnatning af samlet 16 bestilte overnatninger - det kunne ikke lade sig gøre, så vi valgte at beholde værelset til afrejsen kl 18, men værelset blev tømt af hotellet og genudlejet, mens vi var på tur rundt i byen. Vi talte med den nye beboer, som var uvidende om at værelset var udlejet. Hotellet ville - efter vel nok en af de langsomst tænkende værter jeg har oplevet - ikke kompensere for vores betaling og den nu dobbelt betalte leje af værelset. Det tangerer efter min opfattelse svindel.

Recepcija radi od 14 do 20 a izmedju se nitko ne javlja na telefon i mail. Imala sam problem s putnom ispravom, recepcionar nije prihvatio jamstvo veleposlanstva i u jedan sat iza ponoći je došao na vrata sobe s dva policajca i nagovarao ih da me zbog toga privedu. Hvala talijanskim policajcima na razumnom postupanju i pristojnosti.

- Nicole (3/5): Einmal und nie wieder. - Für das Check-in brauchten wir 1h. Der bekiffte Mitarbeiter, fühlte sich null gestresst. Die Loby war voll mit Gästen. Der Mitarbeiter war total genervt von seiner Arbeit. Als wir endlich an der Reihe waren, blieb er unmotiviert und er erfasste alle IDs einzeln, was erneut ewig zu dauern schien. Im Zimmer angekommen, mussten wir mehrmals versuchen uns Eintritt zu verschaffen, so auch das ältere Ehepaar, dass um 0:30 so laut war, weil das Hotel hellhörig ist. Wir mussten ihnen helfen in ihr Zimmer zu kommen, da das System so kompliziert und teilweise nicht zu funktionieren scheint. Das Zimmer war mehrheitlich sauber. Wir fanden aber Plastikabfall unter der Bettdecke, die Toilette roch stark und wenn das Licht und der Abzug angeschalten waren, klang es nach Helikoptergeräuschen. Die Dusche hatte keinen Wasserdruck, wodurch das Haarewaschen unmöglich war. Die Nachttischlamen funktionierte auch nicht. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis inexistent.

Morgenmaden var pænt dårlig, den vil jeg ikke anbefale, at man tilkøber, der lå varer der var udløbet med op til et år. Det er heller ikke optimalt, at receptionen ikke var bemandede hver dag. Et fint lille og billigt hotel tæt på bymidten af Napoli.

- Gabriel (1/5): Naples bien , l’hôtel catastrophique - Le lit et la climatisation Le personnel nul et se moque de ses clients. Nous avons failli rater l’avion à cause du responsable de l’hôtel. Il avait placé nos bagages dans une pièce fermée à clé et personne n’était présent à l’hôtel après avoir téléphoné et batailler pendant une heure il s’est enfin décidé à venir nous ouvrir la porte. C’est une honte. De plus nous avons réservé avec le petit déjeuné, compris petit déjeuner qu’il a refusé de nous servir sous prétexte qu’il n’était pas compris dans le prix ce qui est faux.

La stanza era dotata del minimo indispensabile. Non erano presenti i prodotti bagno in omaggio, se non il sapone per le mani. Gli elettrodomestici (phon) non erano di qualità. Al momento del check out non ci è stato possibile contattare nessuno per usufruire del servizio deposito bagagli e abbiamo dovuto chiedere al personale che si occupava delle pulizie. Gli orari della reception non erano chiari.
- Aylin (2/5): - Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und nie wieder buchen. Die Lage ist schrecklich, laut und unsicher. Zu jeder Uhrzeit was los. Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig wir waren dort einmal und nie wieder, essen bleibt dort mehrere Tage liegen, Wurst, Kuchen etc.. schon hart. Keine Auswahl zum Frühstücken. trotz das wir für bezahlt haben, nie wieder dort hingegangen. Sauberkeit gleich 0. 5 Stock sehr unpraktisch. Fahrstuhl fällt bald auseinander. Dusche läuft über, und man kann sich nicht drehen. Klobürste macht das Klo noch dreckiger. Fenster quietscht. Wasser im Seitenspender mit Wasser einfach aufgefüllt. Personal nie an der Rezeption. Obwohl dort eine Lounge zum sitzen ist, konnte man da nicht rein, mit Schlössern zu geriegelt. Keine Bettdecke oder Bettwäsche bekommen. Nur ein Laken mit denen wir eine Woche lang schlafen mussten. Matratze Flecken. Waschbecken komplett verrostet. Bett quetscht permanent selbst nur beim umdrehen. Ich rate SEHR von diesen Hotel AB.
- Munise (2/5): - I have been solo travelling for 11 years, and I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting and one of the worst hotels I have ever been to, and not to mention the staff. Very disturbed by the way the situation was handled by the "manager." Unfortunately, I can't attach images; I have screenshots and evidence. I would say 100% avoid this place unless you want unwanted contact or fingers up in your private parts. You read that correctly: one of the male managers, I don't know his name, will insert his two fingers inside, and he also knows the code number to your room. You will be shocked and scared. The manager called Carly does not care, and she would not even make a phone call to prove that it was her over the phone and not the other guy when I was scared.
- Johanna (8/5): Up hotel - It was ok. Ok location. Bathroom door need fixing and toilet seat was broken. Brought it to the attention to the staff on departure. The staff was great about letting us store our luggage while we went in a tour. Breakfast was a nice addition to our stay.

DO NOT live in this area unless you want to experience the following: A group of guys threatened my boyfriend with a knife to make him withdraw money, somebody tried to rob my purse, and we got slapped in the face by some guys driving a scooter. We were only lucky that check in worked, as an employee arrived at the time we tried reaching the place as there were nobody to find…

- Aimée (6/5): Very friendly staff, building somewhat worn down - The staf is very friendly, helpful and accessible. We needed to leave our luggage and we could leave them in our room after check out and pick it up in the evening. The luggage was brought to reception for us. The room is spacious, there were more than enough towels. The furniture is new (almost everything IKEA). We booked this last minute because the price was sharp. It is very noisy outside and we get the building tremble several times. The rooms are very old, there was a large stain from water leakage on the ceiling and the halls are not clean. The floor in the bathroom did not look clean and we found leftovers in a drawer from a previous guest. It did not make me feel safe and this weighed heavy on my overall score.
- Mariola (4/5): Would not recommend. - When we first arrived the lights were not working, the room was ok but the beds were not very comfortable. There was a huge water leak stain on the ceiling. The bathroom was spacious but seemed old, the shower was super small and didn’t seem clean. Breakfast was supposed to be included but the “server” said our room number was not on the list and they didn’t have much there anyway. I messaged the property management about the rudeness of the server and did not get any response. The neighborhood was dirty but there are few restaurants that looked good, we ate at one and food was delicious. Only stayed one night there.
- Xin (8/5): For my business trip over all is super good. - Location. Although near the train station is abit more dodgy but overall is good. Staff is good and friendly and there’s a cute golden retriever welcoming u at the lobby. Super cute. I don’t like the smart lock for the room. Took me 10 mins to get in the room.
- Brian (6/5): Just needs a couple of things fixed - The hotel is in a great location close to the centrale train station. The rooms are large, basic, and clean. The owner has worked hard to turn a beautiful old Napoli building into good tourist accommodation. The breakfasts have all you need to eat on the go, and the staff member serving was pleasant and welcoming. Just a few things are letting this place down from a 10 as a tourist hotel. The shower heads. A few other guests we spoke to had the same problem. The water sprays everywhere. The water pressure is good, so it should not be hard to fix. The lift is old, small, and makes strange sounds. We had a lot of smoke in our room. The owner said it was from an electrical fault with the fire alarm system.
- Seaside60626887657 (2/5): worst hotel - do NOT stay here .....this is my story ..i booked 2 nights in this hotel on trivago , when i got to naples i saw i had a text saying that there is nobody at reception after 8pm luckily i got there in time and the lady gave me a code for my room and outer door , the first night went fine , then the following night i came back just before 12pm to find my bedroom door pass code did NOT work i tried and tried , then i rang the number NO ANSWER i sent a text to the lady she text me the code which i already had and told her that , that was the last text i got from her . i ended up walking round the streets of naples till 7.30am its scary ,not a nice city i was approached by a couple of beggers and a prostitute and spent most my time drinking umpteen coffees at a small stall. finally somebody from the hotel in one of the lower floors came and opened the outside door fortunatly he spoke good english , he thought i was doing the code wrong but after he tried several times he agreed it did not work , he went down the corridor opened a small cupboard and opened my bedroom door . i asked how do i get intouch with these people and he said you cant till they come at 12am ...this is madness ....this hotel should be struck off ...imagine if i was a family with small children .

- Milenko (8/5): Very good - The Hotel is near Napoli Centrale train station, there are regional trains and metro lines. The center is away about 2-2.5km. The breakfast was ok, staff also, especially girl in the reception. Clean room with ac and tv, and terrace. I would come back again. The neighborhood was little dirty, but Napoli is very dynamic.

- Barbara (6/5): - Gute Lage, nah am Bahnhof Garibaldi und Zentrum, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.. Man muss die Registrierung einen Tag vorher machen und kann dadurch auch nachts anreisen. Das Hotel ist durch WhatsApp gut zu kontaktieren. Haben uns das Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Das Frühstück ist gut, kleines Buffet aber ausreichend. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, das Bad naja könnte saniert werden. Für unseren Kurztrip war das Hotel in Ordnung.

- 151izzyk (2/5): We got scammed! - Worst hotel I've ever stayed at - horrible service and the manager was very very difficult and unreceptive when we tried to sort an issue after promising to refund if we booked another stay. Lying scammer, and would not recommend this to anyone.
- Francesca144a (2/5): Never book this hotel - they have stolen money from us. - Absolutely horrendous business. We are owed a £600 refund from this hotel for over three months and the management team are abusive in emails to us, or just plain ignore our requests. Do not book this hotel! We stayed once, and needed a refund for one trip - and we can confirm it's a horrendous hotel with awful service throughout.

- Charmaine (3/5): Dissapointing - On the first night we arrived the staff told other guests that it was their room and at around 12am these guests were trying to open our doors and we got a big freight finding someone trying to walk in on you. The last night of our stay which was 2 nights we apparently mixed up our room booking we cleared out the wrong room . The other couple with us had an extra night all our items including the other couples were removed from the room with out advising us. When had they noticed the room we had was already cleared out. I personally was very upset that all our items were touched and taken out of the room we thought was safe for the third night. Communication level ZERO. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

- kiaraojedaschulze (6/5): Not recommended for families - Doesn’t have a reception desk, the TV on our room didn’t work, so we made the claim but they didn’t solve. Also, the rooms don’t have mini fridge, so we need to keep our medicines in the kitchen fridge. The cleaning was good, the rooms are spacious for 2 people.

- 191yiannisp (2/5): Would not suggest - It is the worst hotel i have ever been to. I was there with my family and wouldn't suggest. First the area was terrifying and there was no reception. The rooms were neglected (the door of the bathroom was not closing, the toilet was not stable and more). Safety is an issue also inside the "hotel" .
