NICHT kühler stellen, sie heizt, kann aber nicht auf kälter gestellt werden. Das gilt für alle Zimmer, sie kann auch nicht in einem Zimmer komplett ausgeschaltet werden. Es herrschten also großartige 27 Grad Ende März im Zimmer - bei draußen 25. Absolut inakzeptabel und noch nie in irgendeinem Hyatt erlebt

Professional staff. Vast breakfast selection. Nice and quiet. A bit expensive, the western breakfast options were average. Mini bar charges were stingy. Gym was way too hot.

Priya (8/5): An enjoyable stay! - The staff were exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, consistently going above and beyond to assist. Even with some language barriers, they patiently took the time to understand my needs and made sure I was connected with someone who could help. Their commitment to service made a big difference in my experience. My room was located quite close to the elevators, which meant I could often hear families and children passing by, especially during early mornings and late at night. While it's understandable in a busy hotel, it did disrupt the quiet at times. Additionally, while the shower water temperature was pleasantly hot, the bath tub didn’t get quite as warm, which made soaking a bit less comfortable than expected.

Connected to the department store that had everything one needs: eaterie, fancy dining, shopping, etc. I would want to stay here again in our next visit to Shanghai.

Verified traveler (6/5): - 방은 금연실이지만 복도에는 담배냄새가 정말 심했어요. 그리고 청소하시는 분들은 정말 친절하신데 데스크 직원 분들은 글쎄요. 체크인할때도 체크아웃할때도 별로였어요. 데스크 직원들 말고 다른 직원 분들은 친절합니다. 2019년7월부터인가 규정이 바껴서 칫솔이나 면도기같은 일회용품이 제공되지 않아요. 다만 슬리퍼랑 샴푸들은 제공됩니다. 칫솔 한개에 25위안 받아요. 꼭 챙겨가세요. 이 호텔의 장점은 3,4호선 진샤지앙루 2번출구로 나오면 바로 있어요. 그리고 쇼핑몰이 있어서 쇼핑이나 먹을것들 한번에 해결 가능합니다. 중국에서 숙소가 지하철역이랑 가까운거 은근 무시못해요. 중심시내지랑 가까운 곳은 아니지만, 쇼핑몰이 붙어있어서 편하니 숙박시 참고하세요.

Verified traveler (10/5): 意外と便利なホテル - 上海の中心部からは少し離れるが、駅前で、ショッピングセンターの中にあるホテル。スタッフの対応も親切で、好印象でした。ルームサービスで注文したコーヒーが最高に美味しかったです。個人的にはまた泊まりたいです。

Ocean (8/5): - Facility is relatively new, clean and comfortable. It is next to a big mall which includes a lot of shops and restaurants. It is a bit expensive compared to the others, but worth it. Service is excellent, the lobby staff is very helpful and courteous. Only shortcoming is that the hotel is far away from major attractions in Shanghai.
TAN PANG (8/5): Convenient and spacious - Location is convenient, just next to a huge and modern shopping plaza. MTR station is beside the hotel. Bathroom is spacious with both shower and bath tub. Toilet is separated and can be used alone. Size of TV screen is above average standard. Wardrobe is also big. The only unsatisfactory thing is that you need to take a lift to 7th floor (check-in and out counter) and transfer to another lift to access accommodation floors. Soundproofing between the door and the corridor needs improvement.

Xinye (10/5): High quality new hotel in a good location. - Brand new hotel of typical quality standard of Hyatt. It's in a great location connecting to Global harbour shopping centre and cross road to a subway station. Very happy with my stay in this hotel.
Verified traveler (2/5): Would not recommend this hotel - 1. Rooms - The hotel is located bedside the mass rapid train track and with constant noise coming to the room. I have to change my room 2 times to reduce the noise and resolve issue that the room does not come with working desk for business traveler. 2. Food - The rest. food is bad and do not order their egg benedict! 3. Services - The housekeeping services very bad. I asked for water or bath towels , it took long time and I need to call them again to deliver them. I needed help to open a can of milk, the staff came after we called 2 times and waited for 1 hour but the did not open the can. Instead she said she will asked the kitchen to help but no one came to help us. Asked for conceige to help with lugguages and again took a long time that I eventually did it myself. 4. late check out - As a member of Hyatt, I was told I can have late check out to 2pm but on the last day told that I must check out at 12pm. I would consider other hotel chains in my future travels which provide late checkout as member benefits.
Rob (8/5): Close to shopping - Decent hotel close To shopping. Hotel does need to get better at ordering taxi for Customers. They don't have taxi waiting on site like other hotels. Could also offer more western dishes on menu especially on late room service menu.
Charlie (4/5): Surprisingly Primitive Hyatt in Shanghai - Booked the hotel because it's near Hongqiao airport & Jiading area where I am visiting, and it's new. While all were true, the scathing review of this property turns out to be equally true, and cannot make up for its advantages. The broken AC in 2nd night can be forgiven as a rare exception. But the room service breakfast, and (on second day) the Regency Club were shocking! While most hotels bewilder me with huge array of choices, this hotel has the smallest menu in the world, and smallest portion of yogurt I've ever seen of any hotel. The Regency Club & its food looks like a movie set. Looks OK, but most were not edible. When I asked for regular coffee because the expresso coffee was unacceptably bitter, they actually charged me for the coffee. YES! NO JOKE! The condescending attitude of the staff there was laughable because they had no idea what they were doing ... I think they forgot Global Harbor really isn't downtown Shanghai ... 5KM seems like 500 miles ...
Verified traveler (10/5): A very pleasant stay!! - Overall a very good experience, close to mtr and line No13 is a very convenient to take you to the city centre. Hotel within Global Harbour Mall is superb with some good restaurants and a supermarket. Would highly recommend !
