But that is no excuse for uncleanliness the rug was so dirty I asked it to be removed likewise with the cushions they were grubby. Broken TV cabinet full of rubbish junk

- David (5/5): Dated but adequate place in an excellent location. - The location of this property was excellent; a half-block off the main street in Rotorua. We could walk to plenty of restaurants and it was close to the central bus stop. It was safe and quiet. The bathrooms were nice and the kitchen was sufficient. The description called this an "Elegant 2BR Apt with Courtyard." It was neither elegant nor did it have a courtyard. A lot of the furnishings were basic and dated, but okay. The curtains in one of the bedrooms were barely hanging on to the curtain rod. The washing machine was nasty! The garage where it was located smelled of mildew. The filter basket was so full of lint from many loads of laundry that it had caked into a solid block of mold. We emptied it and rinsed it out.

- Hayila91 (10/5): Comfortable and Family-Friendly Stay in a Great Location - We had an extremely comfortable stay and would happily return. The foosball machine in the garage was a fantastic addition and the kids absolutely loved it. Having both a washing machine and dryer available was incredibly convenient, especially while travelling. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore. The shower had great water pressure, which I personally loved, and overall the place felt very well set up for a family stay. We had a bit of trouble getting Netflix to work, although it wasn’t a major issue since we were out most of the time. Parking was limited to street parking only, which was noted in the listing, but the system was a bit inconvenient as you can only pay for 90 minutes at a time. This meant having to go out multiple times in the morning to top it up before heading out, just to avoid a fine. The bathroom was a little older and on the smaller side. The exhaust fan wasn’t very effective, and the shower, while powerful, did cause some splashback which made things a bit chaotic with younger kids. You also had to step up into the tub to use the shower, which could be slightly inconvenient, particularly for anyone with back issues. These were all fairly minor inconveniences. Overall, it was a phenomenal stay in a great location with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again when returning to Rotorua.

It was very easy to find, and everything was as it was stated. Roomy, relaxed and a perfect venue for a group of 6x. Everything suited us perfectly. We were really happy with the accommodation!

Seemed like old apartments were purchased and “nice looking” furniture was put into the apartment to try cover up how outdated it was. I also booked for a 3pm check in and when we arrived at 3:15 the cleaners were still there and we had to leave for an hour and come back once they were gone which isn’t professional when my 3pm check in was previously accepted.

The water temperature in the shower was hard to adjust, either scalding hot or cold. Showers were a bit “scary” experience but we survived!

The shower water did not mix well, it was really hard to have a proper shower. It was either burning hot or cold. Certain parts felt dusty. The room with the football table had a bad musty smell that was too overpowering to handle. The kitchen had a piece of metal sticking out of the floor which caused injury several times.

Only responded when I messaged him via booking.com, so you definately need data on your phone. Wifi is free but slow. Movies on tv constantly buffering.
